I would not recommend this shop. I took my truck in for simple things and they took almost one week to get it done, and yet i had to called them to ask about my truck, when i called them they told me they were waiting for some parts still which it wasnt true because, when i was complaining to them because when they told me to take the truck into the shop, they told me they had all the parts and that the changes would be quick. So i decided to go and pick up my truck up. I was really mad because i notice that they used my truck. i took pictures of my miles and it had more miles then what i had left it with. and something else they left my truck super dirty from the inside.

This place is not it, takes way to much time. I’m not sure if you noticed either but most of these reviews are employees and their friends and family! I can confirm this. What a joke

I dont normally post reviews like this but I had to say something. This body shop isnt your best one to go to. Weve taken our cars here twice. First time, the bumper started popping out after it was replaced. 2nd time, instead of fixing multiple deep scrapes. We were left with one but just painted over. I talked to one of the workers named Sal about it. Instead of apologizing about it. He was being so defensive just because I called him out on his workmanship. They obviously, offered to fix it. But I just didnt feel comfortable taking the car back in and wont do any future business with this body shop in Delano. I have no idea how this place has almost 5 stars.
