Took my car into service . Claudio helped me in the service department. I took my camaro in expecting to spend quite a bit of money. and was blown away at the honesty and service I received. I came in for an oil change and requested the tires be rotated. The tire lock was in the back area of the car where it always is. I waited for nearly 2 hours in the service waiting room and when I went to check out, I asked about the tire rotation. I was told they did not do it because they did not have the wheel lock. When I asked why someone didnt come ask me where it was, I was told, I dont know, they just dont do it unless the lock is left in the cupholder. I was never instructed to leave it there. I was told I would have to wait to get the tires rotated if I still wanted it done. The service department was very busy that morning and even though I had an appointment I feel it was a convenient way to not have to do the full service. I was very disappointed in being treated this way.

I had a few hiccups trying to get a sales deal, but after sales rep Hector took over the negotiation he made the entire transaction a hassle free one. He was able to get me into a new Sierra Denali at the right price. Also Norma in finance finalized my initial deal and followed through with everything as promised. If you need a new car ask for Hector, I highly recommend him!

They lag to send out reimbursement money. Took about a month and thats because I called that they finally sent it. Also canceled my extended warranty. 2 Months AGO! and still they have not refunded that. I called of course manager was not in and said I would get a call back. And still have not got a phone call or my refund back. I guess Ill have to call again to remind them. Hopefully somebody takes care of it soon

I got an oil change & my tires rotated and this service was not thorough as my lights started flashing for my tires and it is a mis- read on the screen now ! I live in Bakersfield I’m counting on the job being down correctly in Nate as of having to drive back. I still have issues with this radio staying on while the car is not even on it’s a 1year now and it still does this. So I’m not happy with this service

I was there at 10:07am for an oil change and didn’t get my truck till 12:45pm there was 5 people after me and they all left before, next time will definitely go to Three Way Chevrolet in Bakersfield oil change is done in 30 minutes or less

$150 for an inspection of my 2013 Chevy Sonic. And then $1200 parts and labor to replace my catalytic converter because of a lean condition DTC P0171. I took it home to do the work myself. I felt like they were taking advantage of me because I was from out of town. The staff was friendly but the prices were way too high.

Best experience was with Danny, he knew we weren’t ready to purchase just yet and didn’t pressure us at all and answered all our questions over the phone regarding the truck we were looking for. Once we’re in the market we’ll definitely be going to him

When you show some interest in buying a car they actually pay attention to you to try to convince you as best as they can to get you to buy the car. But when you’re actually in the process, they ignore you and make you wait hours. They didn’t give us the paperwork we wanted and refused to give it to us when we asked. This has been one of the worst experiences at a car dealership I’ve ever had. The customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Husband and I walked in with a pre-approval letter and were interested in a Yukon and they wouldnt budge on the price a few thousand dollars. We walked after being told theres nothing they can do for us. Ended up buying an Esclade from Three Way instead. Ill never go back nor recommend them to friends and family.

We drove in on a Sunday afternoon. There were a few salesmen outside. None came to us until we walked over to one of them. He was not wearing a mask and proceeded to fist bump one of us. We let him know what we were looking for. He walked us over to one vehicle and then walked away to go to another customer. He didnt say goodbye or ill be back just walked away. They must not need the business. I would not go back, they were not busy so it showed lack of interest. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Well this place had good customer service but we have to different people working there now we have bought 5 trucks from them in my life time I always enjoyed buying a new truck from there but this last time was very disappointed with the word that they use to have when they made a deal it was the deal out the door price not a lot of extras add to the final bill and my intelgence was very low grades but I do have a master in business administration and I was told by an old friend that I think he was the one that started family motors a dear friend that no matter what you always keep your customers happy because they pay us we are here to sell our self not the cars a good man told me this as a kid I used to wash the cars and clean them for the dealership in bakersfield so I was disappointed in the customer service that was provided by the people that care for his business now

I have already talked to someone at American chrevrolet and told them that if they don’t give us the right car we’ll return it and get our 2000 back

The car buying experience feels pressured and service is actually terrible. We took our Chevy Cruze there for a quick oil change and it took 3-4 hours average. And to top it off the service tech always seemed to break something. They would strip out the oil plug and not have them in stock, we would call to make sure things were in stock just to get there and find out they dont have stuff.

Worst dealership in Kern County!!! Friends and family have had numerous lemon law issues with their vehicles. The service team takes their sweet time!!!! Sat for hours watching them walk around and joke with each other! Most the mechanics were seen laughing and pushing each other around. Save your time and spend your money elsewhere when shopping for a new car.

We bought a car for ny daughter all the sales persons were super nice we talked to Enrique nice guy helped .the only problem which is why I didnt give over 3 stars was that their finance person Maritza or something like that. Spoke to quickly we speak fluent English and Spanish she was speaking in Spanish and if she had slowed down a bit maybe we would have understood her.her Spanish was not that well and spoke so fast it was so hard to understand her we asked her to repeat it various times because it was hard to understand her so if she would improve on that, it would be very helpful to everyone.Thank you
