All have the lady at the door check my bags ! This lady doesnt just check your bags she goes through your whole bags not only your receipt and takes everything out of your bag like youre trying to steal stuff happens almost every time I go in the evening

This walmart was having a bad labor day weekend, but it has a subway. Everything else about them is great. Customer service, store layout, prices, and cleanliness (except womans restroom). I meant to post pics of the visit on hopes that they prioritize bathrooms because the bathroom was covid nasty

It’s a mess and never has anything in stock. Your should Plan on shopping elsewhere for the basic staples like milk and cheese because they most likely won’t have it.

Great pick up service, although I do feel like some items that come back Listed as out of stock arent always out of stock. Sometimes its best to go in and check for yourself.

Cant go wrong with Wal-Mart.

The self checkouts make leaving much quicker. Only concern I have is why cant the lady/man who is at the register by the self checkout charge me for my alcohol (keep in mind I know there is a certain age for associates to be able to sell the alcohol).

If I could give no stars I would. First they forget three items on my pickup order. I called several times, took 20 minutes for them to pick up the phone. Got hung up on. Called back several times, finally they answer again. She tells me shes gonna put me on hold and page a manager SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. At this point im LIVID. I will be emailing corporate. 👍

This is a good Walmart, for the most part. Alot of things have been affected by the pandemic, but its still a good store. Always clean, hired help are in good spirits most of the time. Sometimes it takes awhile for things that have ran out to be back on the shelf, but that didnt happen till the pandemic. My only real gripe about the place is how long it takes to get help at the spray paint cabinet! They need to work on that.

Im on my vacation and stop by its clean but the cash register person is the rudest person Ive ever encounter to let you know, in TEXAS we give them so much respect they are the most important, they made our life easy...yall need some training on RESPECT..

I like Walmart but they have a gift card reading machine in there to give you your balance on any card for free so after entering 6 cards later I asked an Walmart employee ....does this machine even work because it keeps saying error and hasnt gave me a reading on any of my cards ...he proceeded to tell me, I wouldnt use it because its from a third party company and its not a Walmart approved machine so shouldnt they have that posted before you put your bank cards and gift cards in there? Now I wonder what did it do with all my six cards information?!!! So buyer beware dont use the ATM machine and the Money Mart in Walmart.

Not to crowded. And have most items, except for toilet paper, Lysol, and sanitizers. Other than that theyre pretty well stocked. The store is clean and comfortable. Stores people are friendly and they have easy checkouts. All around great place to shop.

Shopping is okay. The tire center people are terrible. Theyll often forget the little things. Like a nut on a battery terminal.

Some woman from management at one door making everyone coming in wear a mask but at the other door the greater not saying anything at all.

Made me wait an HR in the jewelry section and asked 4 people for help and no one would help me. Worst customer service ever!

Meat selection was horrible!!!!Most of it looked old and outdated. Salmon looked disgusting!!! Only meat I was able to buy was steak.

Good as any other Walmart, but they need to restock a lot more often. Sometimes what you are looking for is out of stock. Even though it is one of those larger Walmart stores.

Went to this Walmart at 5:40pm today and I wanted to buy a razor but I couldn’t get it cuase it was behind the glass with the lock no worker was around so I went to the by the kitchen supplies and asked the worker he said he was gonna ask someone to open it 10 minutes pass by and I go look for him and ask him again and he said they would be there 15 minutes pass by and I go look for another worker and she said someone would be there waited 15 minutes again and no one showed up really bad workers they have not responsible to be able to work there instead I ended up leaving and not buying anything really bad experience.

Most of the Employees don’t stay in there positions when you need the help and when you go look for someone for help they just redirect you to customer service and yet still no help this has gone for two days now

Pretty nice for a Walmart. Im sure the solar panels in the parking lot add some nice shade in the summer.

It needs to be stocked much more neatly and more employees need to be socializing less and working a bit more. Clarifying that not all employees were doing this but the majority of the few I did see were. Also they have no regard for social distancing between employees and customers, it seemed they were always right next to a customer going about business as usual.

This is a good Walmart and it has decent parking.

Built new in 2013, it is very well kept up. It smells of fresh bread in the entrance because of the subway. Much better than the greasy McDonalds smell in most Walmarts. It is not usually very crowded however it is a very large supercenter located in a small Hispanic town 30 minutes north of Bakersfield. There is an auto center for travellers if needed. There is also a large solar array covering half the parking lot so you can park in the shade

Self check outs have been remodeled and upgraded to the latest technology. No longer slow machines, there is also new self check outs with a conveyor belt. New self check outs have also been added to the second entrance/exit near vision center.

Probably one of the few, most unorganized, dirtiest, messiest Walmarts to ever exist in California.

Crowded but it was Halloween and Sunday.

This is the worst walmart Ive been to.

I picked up an online order here. The item was located quickly. I am giving three stars because the location didnt appear to be controlling the number of customers allowed in the store while others in the shopping center were. This could contribute to the spread of covid-19 while other businesses are closed to control the spread.

I love shopping at Walmart. Thisstore has more stuff and priceis reasonable than other stores.

I needed two small dog harness vests for my Boxer puppies I had just picked up and this Walmart had them in stock. Wish I could have spent more time here, but my baby brother and sister had things to do. Maybe next trip down I can.

Much cleaner than Bakersfield Walmarts and better stocked. People are also friendlier, more polite and more helpful. Definitely the nicer Walmart in Kern County.

Dont know whats going on but I was being watched heavily and by the time I checked out got out side and saw the state trooper by my truck after I spent $138 AND you call the law on me??? Something must have happened here while in out over the road and been living in this town three years and now this??? I feel very uncomfortable to shop here any more

Store was slightly crowded but made my selections and was able to checkout quickly.

All the Walmarts are the same. If you go in the evenings they are always restocking. The Walmart was clean and all organized.

I swear sometimes its a hit or miss if you dont know what the heck your buying, but have an idea. So the best place is a Walmart Superstore that has everything, am I right. Enough said!

Always clean and great associates. Nice community of people. Be mindful of new methods being practiced to accommodate to COVID. You can only enter and exit through one door on the west side of the building (the right if youre looking at the front) as of now. Not sure when theyll reopen all doors.

This was my very first time to this Walmart. The womens bathroom was in disarray. Several stalls were out of seat covers, toilet paper strewn all over the floor and one stall the toilet paper dispenser was completely off on on the floor. There were no paper towels to dry hands. Very bad first impression.I went to pick up Kiosk to pick up an order and after I followed all instructions on the screen I waited for 20 minutes with no help. I called customer service and it rang for over 3 minutes before some answered and told me someone would be there shortly. Again waited for another 10 minutes before someone came asked if I could be helped. I explained the situation and she the called someone to assist. Another 5 minutes and finally received item. Very disappointed in customer service there.
