So I had forgot my purse on the counter while bagging my groceries and when I went back to see if they might have seen purse, the employees luckily did get it and held it in the back office and returned it to me and that was a relief . But when I checked to see if I was missing anything sure Enough I was missing $100 and I let the worker know and they acted like they didnt know anything but I was not going to make a big deal . Whoever took my $100 out of my purse must of really needed it. Because to stoop so low like that and steal from a customer just makes it seem like they are not making enough. Makes me wonder if they steal from the cash registers at Aldi as well.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My Spanish speaking mother was disrespected by a cashier. The cashier seemed to have an issue with my mother putting her groceries further down the automated tray line table. When my mother told the cashier I dont speak English the cashier responded with Of course you dont speak English. Management really needs to train their employees on hospitality.

I think this is a wonderful store. Not huge selections like you would get at other chain grocery stores however the quality of what you get in most cases is better than the chain stores. The Aldi finds or especially nice but if you think you like it stock up on it because the next time you go they probably wont have it

Ive been in several stores in town since the pandemic began and I was relieved when I went into Aldis in Delano Oct. 26, 2020 My Facemask had broke and we all know you cannot enter a store without one especially Smart and Final, so I was trying to use my shirt at checkout to cover my face and the cashier lady in the only lane opened asked why are you covering up for me or for you cause I have a mask on she said, like it was ok my facemask broke, I was so relieved it didnt matter that I didnt have a face mask on since mine had broke.

Like going here. They have some corky stuff. Hehehe.

Amazing prices, friendly cashiers. And the cart return system is fantastic. People have been complaining about having to rent a cart for a quarter, but would you rather see the carts on the streets, around homes or sides in a dirt field like every other shopping cart in town. No right!! For now everything is looking great.

I love ALDI. They have everything at about half price, they are not brand names but just as good. The produce are usually priced lower and they have numerous specials throughout the store. You can even buy Christmas and other holiday decorations and gifts. The chocolate is equivalent to gherardelli and Lindt but way cheaper. You have to put a quarter into the shipping cart to use it then after you are done you get your quarter back, thats to prevent theft from people that steal them.I shop Aldi every week.🤩
