Good cool honest workers ... they had what I needed

I called in advance. Stated I was from Fresno traveling to Bakersfield and would be stopping as this store was in my line of travel. The manager said he would set the product aside with my name to ensure it would be there as i said earlier the store was along my line of travel. I arrived. Wasted my time. The manager said he only had two and didnt save it as he said. This experience, this location, this manager (Bob) are unworthy of this corporate trust to promote Harbor Freight, and the City of Delano in bringing in outside revenue into Delanos income stream. Truly an unworthy experience.

There is more variety of items than before. Lots of great items at a good price. I recently bought a can crusher for 10 dollars and works great.

They have a good selection for just about any tool you need, except maybe specialty ones. They also have extremely good prices and care about customer service.

I happen to enjoy this place . The employees r friendly n helpful. The prices r great also

This store is cleaner and stocked better than the Bakersfield stores

I was welcomed by the sales manager Lizette. Store was very clean and tidy. Aisle were not of clutter. All merchandise had prices and with discount tags if that item was on sale.Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be doing more shopping there instead of driving to Bakersfield. (Bakersfield store on Rosedale is not so welcoming)

Prices are great, but it can be a hit or miss on getting a good quality tool. But with items that have a lifetime warranty who can complain.

*Update* Today my husband and I went in as we do quite often on the weekend for our little projects.I was very disappointed 😞 to hear the music in the background. I know we are all from different ages and backgrounds, but I really expected the staff to play appropriate music, not music filled with cuss words. At first I thought it was the radio, until it skipped mid-song and I looked up to see a Bluetooth radio playing music. From the time my spouse and i were in there, 3 out of the 5 songs were full of cuss words I wouldnt want my kids to hear.When my husband brought it up to the person at the cash register,, they demurly explained that someone was playing off theyre Playlist and they had no control over it.I sincerely hope an adjustment was made after we brought it to theyre attention, cause I really like this Harbor Freight and the value they add to our community. However I definitely want it to be a pleasant experience for people of all ages.... theres no way Id want a young one who goes in, with theyre parents, have theyre ears assaulted with the music selection that was playing today. *Greeted us right as we entered the door. Very helpful when we asked where an item was.

I found everything that I needed for a project for my garage. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all.

I have heard of people complaining about the tool quality. Everything I have bought in this store is great. This tools maybe only for personal use. Not for a everyday use. Overall great price and products.

Store was opened about 3 months ago and today I shopped there for the first time. Store is super organized and ofcourse super nice since is brand new. Ana the cashier was helpful and friendly.

I came into this store and was greeted with a genuine hello and how are you doing today not the kind of forced greeting employees are made to give by the store. The staff I encountered (Zenia, Ana,and manager liz)were very knowledgable friendly and gave a great atmosphere /vibe for the store . Knowledgable of what kind of tools I needed when I asked and knew exactly what isle to locate them and even Informed me about the warranty offered with each tool I purchased.i had a Very good experience at this location highly reccomend coming to this location the definition of good customer service was experienced here
