The service is really good. They all know what their doing and the Supervisor is really nice also.
I had never had a problem here. Great customer service. Staff not to friendly but they do want they need to do. Help and serve you. Thats the main thing in my opinion.
I have been coming here for years now since I do not own a printer. I usually get good service and the owner is ALWAYS nice; however, today the lady was so rude. I left feeling very unsatisfied with the customer service. As soon as I got to the counter and told the lady that I came to pick up an access point package that had been delivered the day before, she immediately said that they hadn’t been delivered without checking when I clearly had the delivery confirmation in front of me. It was the first time I had chosen the UPS access point option and I made the mistake of putting their address. Instead of explaining to me how it works, she made me feel bad about it. I simply won’t be coming back to avoid dealing with that again.
Not a friendly service at all, staff and Ower no mask, i felt very uncomfortable going in there, just had to get biometrics taken
I have been at the store 3 times. Overall good costumer service.I honestly dont get why people have been giving the place bad reviews based on the high prices. If you are going to give a review please base it on the service and experience! So if you want to rant on the prices, please just add it to the review and give it the amount of stars for the service.

Sent in an order online; received an email indicating it would be ready the following day for pickup at 1pm. When I arrived after the promised time my order was not ready. I was a little irritated as I was promised the prints and needed to send some of the prints out in the mail. The owner indicated he drove up from LA and was covering the desk for an employee that had car trouble. He had not looked at the online orders at all because they were busy. The owner said he would get it finished and it would be ready the next business day, which would have been Monday . I arrived Monday around lunch time, my order was not complete. The two people working behind the counter said they needed another 15 minutes, no problem. They called me 10 minutes later to let me know my order was ready. When I arrived a few minutes later the order was still not ready! I waited another 10 minutes for them to finish the order. When I arrived home and looked at the print job I noticed that they printed a double sided document upside down. I had to send the job to another print store in order for it to be mailed out. I will not be using this UPS any longer.

I would give this store negative stars if I could. I was cut off at the intersection by a white sports car running the light. The lady in this car entered the parking lot and parked her car first. I waited for her to finish opening and closing all her doors and trunk so I can park. When I got inside she was looking at mailing stuff so I got in line since I was ready to send my packages out. The staff told me to go to the back of the line because they were holding her spot for her. I told them I wouldnt and they refused to serve me. They continued to admonish me for other customers to watch in attempt to publicly humiliate me into doing what they wanted. I ended up leaving this place because they wouldnt send off my packages and kept making me wait.
Very professional. People who say they were mistreated dont understand the procedures they have to do to make sure your packages make it on time and in good condition. You should valued that they care. Thank you to Vito and his team.
Hi my Mel,Ive been going to UPS for two years,and I highly recommend Delanos UPS,Their staff is super friendly,and helpful.They always answer my questions,and help me if I need help.I wish I can give them more created than 5 stars.If you need to print,or mail or creat a shipping label DELANO UPS is the place to go.
Went in for a live scan with no line no customers Behind me and the cashier told me that it was by appointment only call in the morning asking if I could walk in was told yes. Will not return tried to make an appointment and was told they didn’t have any available until the next day.
I don’t normally review business but my experience today at this store was horrible and so I feel like I need to share. I went in to print out a document and the staff (and older man and younger woman) completely ignored me for a few minutes even though there was no one else in the store. Once I was finally helpled the man directed me towards the computer to retrieve my document from email. It was then that he noticed the Internet was out, so without explanation he went to the back of the store and began discussing the Internet with his coworker. I stood there waiting and more customers came in. The man began helping the now line of customers and left me standing there. I waited about five minutes and then left. If there charging almost 4$ for a single print then I feel they should at least have halfway decent customer service!
Worst experience I ever had when it comes to delivery service! Packages always late.
I had written a review based on my experience recently when I sent time sensitive documents for 2nd Day delivery, but the package was received one day after expected paid for date. I was quite not satisfied with the results and wrote about it giving The UPS Store poor rating. But the right thing to do would have been to go in person to the store and speak with the manager about my particular situation. Anyway, I just wanted to inform the public that this person named Vito Camat, owner or manager, took the time to call me to inform that he was working on solving my problem. I don’t doubt that if any person has any problem or concern and let him know about it, he’ll make things right for costumers. I appreciate his attention and I look forward to continue using this store for my future shipments.
The UPS Store charge way too much. Here, I was $11 for a scanning a document and mail it to myself. That was ridiculous. The Central Valley Office Supply (CVOS) in Main Street charged me $3 for the same service, and the CVOS has a way better service.

I just spent time in the Delano UPS Store. They were sooooo helpful!!! I needed a birth certificate notarized. They helped me figure everything out, and got the forms shipped to the right places. They were patient, courtious, kind, ... Ill definitely go there again:)
Go to a real ups store. Cant even ship hazardous materials from here.
Very nice and fast service. Had to ship something fragile to my sister and it got there in one piece and in time. Cheaper than USPS or PostNet.
I was saposed to get my package yesterday and its in the town next to me and its not getting sent to my house untill the 7th. And thats that ups told me it was gonna be at my house yesterday
The lady game me a huge hassle about shipping a board game. And took about 30 min doing it

Opened up my package in a rouse to tell me that it wasnt packaged right and sell me more stuff. Went to USPS shipped it for $7 less and it got there in two days priority mail. Not shipping at this Ups Location.
