Mike is great. We took in our car and it was a car they usually dont work on and he was able to fix it up and get it right back to us. Ive also bought a car off Jay in the past I would definitely go back them to buy cars and definitely go back to them for maintenance on our vehicles

Went in for an oil change. Don’t know Mike personally, but heard he was the “go-to” guy for cars. Tammy was great and got me in for an oil change. 42 Auto had me back on my way quickly, and you couldn’t beat the price either. First time customer and I will definitely be coming back.👌

Mike the co-owner was upfront, honest and fair. Although I did not have him do the repairs (the car is not worth putting the money in to is why not) I will take my other vehicles to him for needs.

I called 42 Automotive the other day and the new service writer was super nice and very knowledgeable, definitely will be taking my vehicle to be worked on very soon!

So far so good! We’ve only been in once but Ben, Tammy, and Mike seem very straight forward and easy to work with. Went in for brake line replacement, flush system, oil change, rotate tires. Will take other cars in for various routine maintenance.

Great place to get you car fixed or buying a pre-owned my 83 year old grandma took her car otherwhere to be looked at and they said its a 3000 dollar fix to take the motor out and whatever she then took it to 42, and it was a loose brake cable and he mounted it back up for free. I would highly recomend to anyone for fair and honest customer service.

If I could do 0 stars I would. When we were in process of purchasing vehicle we asked tons of questions about the car. The salesman said they inspect and really go over each vehicle that comes in to make sure everything is good and that all routine maintenance things such as brakes and tires are half life. We bought this vehicle with under 100k miles and within a week bumper hardware started coming off and covers on it. The rear brakes began grinding and when I took it in to be fixed he said our whole rotors, pads, everything was unsafe to drive. So I know the dealer knew about this or didnt care to look and lied to us about how they look over vehicles.When I called the salesman couldnt do anything and had the owner call me. He wanted me to drive an unsafe car 1.5 hours away so that they can fix it. Since the car was unsafe I refused to do that and he said I should just tow it. I asked at their expense and he said no that I would be paying for it.They refused to fix anything and could care less about customers. Wouldnt buy a car from this dealership again because they are not trustworthy.

Ive taken vehicles for repair twice and both times they were incredibly FAST to fix my car! BOTH times I was also surprised at how competitive the repair was! First time was ball joint and second time was alternator. Im satisfied and they didnt let my broken down vehicle leave me feeling stranded for more than a few hours!

Went to look at an 05 Sienna on a whim - I hadnt been planning on visiting since there werent many reviews on Google, but boy, am I glad I did! These guys are honest and direct, and they dont mark their stock up unreasonably. Before they were a dealership, they were a repair shop, and so they have decades of experience diagnosing and fixing problems. Paired with a high level of integrity, thats a combo thats hard to beat for a used car dealership. Peter (one of the salesmen) was very friendly, not pushy at all, and seems like a really great guy personally too. One of the mechanics is the son of another mechanic we know to be very good and have a lot of integrity.Nothing has gone wrong with the car we bought, but they say they are committed to taking care of their customers, within reason, in case something ever does go wrong after the car is purchased. Ive been in dozens of used car dealerships over the years, and far and away this was the best experience I ever had. Ive already recommended them to my family and friends, and Ill absolutely look them up again when it comes time for me to buy another car for our family.

Just like the commercials.*note to owners response* you do know who i am. As Mike and Jay avoided returning my phone calls for weeks on in, thank goodness the other “ real owner” has some decency and was able to deal with him. These guys are flipping salvaged, totaled and beat down rides while preying on those in a hurry or not understanding. Mike and jay are the rudest.
