I was on hold for the pharmacy the first time around for 10 minutes. Then all of sudden the phone was disconnected. I have now waited for my second time on the phone for the pharmacy and it was 30 minutes. This time the phone disconnected after so many rings. I even had a woman pick up the phone and tell me to hold before I was disconnected. I have had several different location experiences in the last decade. I have been going to Walgreens for 5 years. I have never had a bad experience with . The prices are a little expensive but not to bad if you went for picking up a few essentials or maybe refill or filling a script. I recommend using Walgreens!

Very nice customer service

I always get my photos from here because they do so much better than CVS in addition to having a newborn and not being able to go inside to get my photos due to my newborn and covid. The staff was nice enough to come out and bring me my photos which I am very appreciative of! The customer service goes above and beyond

The pharmacy doesnt answer the phone was the time

Everyone here is always so helpful. Been using the pharmacy for years, and they have always been friendly, informative, and there to help when needed.

I always like the place, but it can get pricey. If you want tobacco, I would go to Shell down the road if I wanted to save on cigarettes or other tobacco. But customer service is always nice, and they have quite a selection.

I have been trying to get a prescription filled for 10 days and its still not filled. I call Walgreens (Delaware) and am told they are waiting for my doctor to sign off on the prescription and the doctor say they have not received a fax from Walgreens. After many calls to both Walgreens and my doctor and still no prescription. I the a gal i talked with this morning that works for the Delaware pharmacy to just forget it....Ill work with the Marion location because they always do a great job....she said -OK. Really.......If i need to pick up a prescription in Delaware there is no way i will use Walgreens, I will use CVS.

The pharmacy staff was extremely helpful when CVS gave wrong information out regarding a drug shortage. Im out of state and appreciate the kindness and quick response on giving,me the correct information.
