He worked with us to find two great choices at two different price points. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. Sean was a very nice young man. Listened to what I wanted and talked me through all of it. Even pulled down the mattresses several more times because I wasnt sure. Sean is very knowledgeable about every product in the store. He answered EVERY question we had, didnt recommend out of our price range or try to upset us. Weve shopped to furnish an entire home and he has been the only one to clearly answer the COVID-19 backorder dilemma without saying idk. Just went back to purchase pillows and he was still just as helpful and fit us both for the best pillows for our sleep style and body physique

My husband and I recently stopped into Mattress Firm in Delaware to browse. We didnt need a new mattress, but thought we would stop and look at them and get some ideas. Sean K. greeted us as we walked in the door and helped us out from there! He was great! He was not pushy at all and went through a thorough explanation of all the types of mattresses. We didnt end up buying one on Saturday when we were there initially, but went back in on Sunday and purchased one. We could have gone to any store around the area and bought the same mattress for the same price but chose to come back and see Sean since he provided such great customer service! I spent over an hour with the sales associate, Sean K, who helped me understand the type of bed that fits my sleep habits. All the brands, materials and tech can be overwhelming when making a big purchase but every question I had (or didn’t know to ask) was answered and I feel great about my choice. I would highly recommend this experience as opposed to guessing and buying online based on random reviews and good marketing.

This was the first time buying a mattress and i had no idea how complex and expensive they could get when going to buy one but with the help of the store manager Rob he was able to explain and breakdown what kind of bed i was looking for and was able to answer and explain all of my questions i had perfectly. Not only was he able to do all that but Rob was also able to get me the bed i wanted at an amazing price, way better than competitors pricing. I would highly recommend going here when you need a new mattress.

The salesman I dealt with was excellent. I told him what I was looking for (a cheaper mattress for a camper) and he took me to the perfect mattress. Cheaper than I was expecting to pay, and so far extremely comfortable. No pressure or upselling at all. It was a great experience.

We went in very skeptical as we had been shopping around for a new mattress and had noticed all the Labor Day deal seamed to be inflated to offset the price “reductions”. Ed took the time to really educate us and inform us of multiple options. At the end of the experience we walked away with upgrading our teen daughters from twins to queens and us from a. Queen to a king. 3 mattress purchases and from start to finish the red carpet experience.
