Wonderful experience here. I have been twice now - once for a seasonal inspection / general maintenance and then most recently for an emergency repair. The service staff is amazing - they kept me updated at all times during the repair and explained all actions that needed to be taken. I have an older boat so parts are hard to come by and they took the time to find them. I like that they really took the time to get it done right even if that meant talking me into them keeping it for another day to do another sea trial of the repair. Finally their costs are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Really amazing service and great people!!! As a new boat owner with a boat that had issues, I knew very little about what needed to be done and where to go. I was completely confused. However, not only did they fix what needed to be fixed, but they spent the time to really educate me and help me learn the important stuff about my boat and general boat service. They certainly went above and beyond. I really appreciate the insights and guidance…and it certainly gave me a lot more confidence about owning a boat. Also, the people there couldn’t have been nicer….super helpful, considerate and nice to the kids. The guys here have always treated us right. They gave us a great price on our boat and have always had went above and beyond when it came to service. We luckily ended getting a Scarab from Delaware Marine after an unfortunate incident at the sub-par Yamaha dealer in Columbus. Don’t ever spend a dime at “Fizzle” Marine. Just read their reviews!! Trust me. The only reason they are so big is because they are one of the only boat dealers in Columbus. Take the time to drive up to Delaware and talk with Keith. He has always treated us right and remember our names even years after we bought the boat. And another thing, the Scarab we got is WAY nicer than what Yamaha puts out. Don’t let the yami fan boys scare you off. Yeah Yamaha sells more boats but Scarab has done a good job making a better boat. Also, Scarab boats are much easier to control. Yamaha jets boats are inherently harder to control at slow speeds and probably will never be as good as Scarab or anything with a Rotax engine because of their design and can’t copy what Scarab/Rotax has done because it is patented.I’m sure going to miss being able to get our boat serviced here and hope to find a good shop near our new home; however, I’m sure not going to miss the snow. :)
