To start off if I could give more than five stars I definitely would. I recently purchased a truck from Byers Ford and hands-down received the best Service I have ever had buying a vehicle. I had looked at a few trucks at different dealerships and not a single sales person would take me seriously until I went to Byers. It seems like being in your 20s at times when you go to buy things you are definitely not took seriously, as soon as I walked in the door Mark U had me test driving the exact super duty I had been trying to find for months. After the test drive the whole team in sales started right away in helping me get extremely reasonable trade in value on the vehicle I currently had and got me set up and financed where I felt comfortable. I am extremely grateful for the people at Byers that helped me purchase my 2019 F350.
Purchased a used car on 4/26/21. Im terrible with names but the 3 gentlemen that were there late to make it happen for my wife and I were absolutely awesome! They were very helpful and got us a great deal along with a low interest rate. We already had a foot out the door when they threw an offer at us as we were walking out. If this dealer has a car you like, I highly recommend them, they are ready to sale and entertain an offer.
Real easy to get my tires rotated and an oil change. Took care of me right as I entered the service department. The service was fast and professional. I will definitely be back for other services. The price is 20% less expensive than what I was paying.

This was the Best and Easiest Experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was not pressured at all. Everyone was very professional and polite. I first made a online request via auto trader and was contacted back promptly answering my questions. I was able to come in and literally was not hassled at all and actually received more for my trade in than originally thought! I was in the building maybe 1 hour. I cant thank Jeff and the Byers Team enough for this experience and love the New Raptor and will absolutely come back next time we need a vehicle!
A tow truck driver left me, with my disabled RV, at Byers Ford late one night. I dropped my key into the service slot and, hoping for the best, went to bed in their parking lot. The next day, I got fast, courteous service. Parts were ordered and I stayed another night In “Byers Ford Camp.” Since the RV couldn’t be moved, Jared had to work in the hot, humid parking lot to make repairs. He remained cheerful and pleasant throughout the day. We cheered when the RV started! I paid an extremely reasonable price for an all day job. By this time, the staff and I were on first-name basis and they wished me safe travels.As a widowed senior traveling alone, I’m grateful to have been deposited at Byers Ford.
Had a last minute and end of day service for my F350 and Byers Ford service was available. Setting up my appointment was easy and pain free. When I arrived I requested from Carson if the service team and add balancing and rotating tires in addition to my oil change and filter changes. If anyone owns a diesel you know it not a quick process. Carson and the service team stayed late and did not rush or skip anything to hurry up their day. I really appreciate the time Carson spent after reviewing what was done and advising me on what the technicians recommend for follow-up service. I was not up-sold but advised to add additional items in my next service. I will be taking their advise. Great service team to work with.Thank you
I didn’t have a bad experience by any means. They were helpful. Got me in a car when I needed one. There are things that other dealerships offer though and it’s my own fault that I didn’t shop around but… when buying new some places offer something like 3 free oil changes or something of that nature but this dealership does not. Also, they do not fill up your tank before you leave. They gave me a third of a tank when I left. Again, my own fault for not shopping around for a dealership that fills up the car but just know you’ll be driving away with hardly any gas!!

Actually got through on the phone the first time I called. Got an appointment that worked for me. The only thing that I did not like was that they couldnt give me a loaner or a ride home. That would have been very helpful because it was a 6 for repair
Had an oil change, a couple filters replaced and an alignment. Was told up front the price for all and the amount of time this would take. The time and price were both correct. My Ford points paid almost half of my invoice. What a nice perk!

I stopped by for a battery check and a tire leak. They responded quickly via email to ensure that I would be able to arrive at the end of the day and still be seen. Service was prompt and they kept me in the loop at every step. The battery checked out fine and they ended up repairing my tire for free.

The dealership is a pretty long drive, but it’s worth it. Sales staff is very nice and works to meet your needs. They normally close at 7 on Tuesday, but several people stayed till after 8 to get my sale and trade in finalized.
Had great service at the service department at Byers Ford Delaware from the time I got there Tiffany immediately started checking my car in and it was a few moments later Jared Conant was the tech to take care of my car. An excellent job I always get the works but he will change so everything gets checked out. And they made me aware of any parts are mechanics my car might need. They change the air filter and actually fixed my mud flap on my car I had lost a screw. The service was fast and very professional great job!

I bought a Ford Bronco and not having bought a brand new car in quite awhile, I wasn’t sure if I was getting the best deal. Everyone was very nice. I like the salesman because he let me just look around without bothering me. I asked for a couple of things and he got right on it. (Keaton) the only reason I do not give them 5 stars is, I ordered a brand new truck and paid alot of money for it!!! Alot!! And when I picked it up it had over 80 miles on it. And Im not sure I believe there story. There is still evidence that it had mud on it. Not alot of mud but it had mud on it. Other than that it was a great experience!
Very nice and very courteous!stopped off at Sawmill Road Ford prior to coming here to try to get my oil changed and felt like I was not treated very well and they had no openings in service and 2 hour wait in fast lane even though 10 mibutes prior I was told 45 mibutes.so drove out of my way to this location on outskirts of Delaware close to Lewis Center where I had been taken care of before and once again they proved to be wonderful and very quick.Even though Ford dealership on Sawmill was a little closer to me I will continue to go to the Delaware Ford dealership
Took my car in for an air bag recall. I was disappointed when I got in my car to find my tire gauge on my passenger floorboard which was in my glove compartment. I hope they liked my CD collection as well. I dont know why the service person would need my tire gauge. I thought they had their own. At least put it back where you got it from. I cant tell on my inspiration form if they checked the tires or not. My arm rest was also looked through as my coins were all over the place. Also disappointed in paying $139.50 for an air bag light inspection. They told me over the phone it was the passenger seat airbag. However the light was still on. But then they decided to try adjusting the connection to see if it would go off and it did. Why that wasnt done in the first place is beyond me. If that was done first I would not have had the inspection done. Because my receipt says tested pass seat airbag system found no concerns with system reconnected connectors and found light code to leave. So then why was I given a quote of over $600 to replace the pass seat airbag if no concerns found? Makes no sense to me! Other than trying to get more $.
Great experience, the process was easy, no hassles, and very fair. Finance manager was great, but most especially I was fortunate to work with John G. in sales who was beyond helpful, genuine, and a great person.

Made appt easy on line. They expected me and took the truck in and started work on it right away. Done pretty quickly. We could see them working from the lounge. All the way it is supposed to go. Plus, at checkout, cashier realized I had $80 is Ford pass$ rewards (which I didn’t know I had) and applied that to the bill. Win! I’ll definitely go back bc that is the important stuff but If I had to get picky about something, the customer lounge had good WiFi service (80mbs down) for me to do a meeting but it is very small and underwhelming. TV wasn’t on, coffee was out (but when I said something, they thanked me and promptly went to get more), the room is only 14’x10’ maybe with 4 chairs. They integrated tables for the chairs were all busted. Had naturestone floor so it was a little dirty and cold feel. Acceptable for sure but was just expecting something a little nicer than your average speedy oil change place. Anyway, like I said, it was about getting my truck serviced right and I feel good about that and customer service was very good, so I’ll be back!

I cannot say enough good about the service at Byers Ford. I was on my way home to port Clinton ohio from my sisters in Circleville when I had a light and alarm go off to check my charging system, then my air quit. I called my husband, we both agreed it was probably my alternator or belt but knew there really wasnt anywhere to stop that could probably help me but knew there was a ford dealership outside of Delaware. The goal was to keep going and try to make it there and hope they could help me. I got a few miles away and lost power steering, then power. I could see the ford sign and not a minute too soon. I had every bell, whistle and light go off and my computer screen shut down. I pulled in not knowing if they could or would help me but Ron had me back on the road headed north within about 2.5-3 hours. The whole service dept was great!!! It was a tensioner and belt and they didnt have either part but they found them elsewhere, ran to get them and repaired my 2015 explorer with no hesitation whatsoever!! My husband and I agreed that when the time comes to upgrade our truck, Byers Ford will be our 1st stop.

Taking my car up for service I experienced a flat on the way to the dealership. I phoned DriveSure and received a run around for assistance. I called Byers spoke with Tiffany Marks, she called DriveSure, had them call me to get the information and send a tow truck. About 30 minutes later I received a call from Tiffany to make sure I had been contacted and if the tow truck had arrived. I really appreciate her taking the 2 minutes required to make sure I had been contacted by DriveSure.

Ive just bought a 2017 F-150 and I was treated very well. They made the process very easy and everyone was more than friendly. The truck was clean and ready for me to test drive. Even found a broken vent in the dash and they didnt order one and make me come back to replace it, they took one from another truck on the lot and got it fixed before I left! That is quality customer service. Would recommend them to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle.

I live in Cincinnati and purchased my F150 at Byers Ford. I was having issues and took it to a local Ford dealership to have them fixed (all under warranty). It was an absolutel nightmare. They were slow, did not communicate, and by the time I got my truck home, the check engine light was already back on. Went through the same process 3 times. A job that was supposed to take 5 days turned into my truck being in the shop for over 25 days.... and it still wasn’t fixed when I got it back.Finally I decided to call Brad and Bob to tell them about my issues. Without hesitation, they sent a driver to deliver a loaner, and picked up my truck. They went above and beyond to make sure all the issues I was having (as well as the new ones that the local dealership created) were fixed, and fixed correctly. Brad informed me that it would be done in 5 days, and sure enough, I had my truck back exactly when he said I would. For any issues in the future, they are the only service team who will be working on my truck.10/10 would recommend their team.
Byers Ford Body Shop, specifically Mr. Hatfield gave me a written estimate for body work on my car after a fender bender. He worked with the insurance carrier of the party that hit me to get my car fixed in a timely manner. He answered emails and returned phone calls immediately. My car looks great (thank you body shop, folks) and it was ready when promised. Its nice to deal with a professional and customer friendly company to get my car repaired after an accident that wasnt my fault. Thank you Byers and Mr. Hatfield.

Living out of state, during this pandemic, with my elderly parents, I needed to make a quick purchase of a vehicle my parents could get in and out of and ride more comfortably in, than the vehicle I previously owned. I had researched various appropriate vehicles for my needs and knew I wanted a Ford Escape. I contacted Byers Ford and they were able to get me into a newer, more accessory filled, Titanium than I imagined I could afford. I only had 6 days to get all paperwork and transfers done - and they did it! The service was impeccable and done with professionalism and a smile! I received the title papers and had to leave immediately for my parents home and enjoyed an amazing ride! It was a great choice of vehicle and sales group. Thank you!

I purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento on 6/30/18 and was advised that it had a engine recall. They said to just bring it back and they would send it to Byers Kia to have the recall checked. I took it to Byers on 7/31/18 to have the tires that we were promised put on and then they sent it to Byers Kia on 8/1/18 to have recall completed. I picked the Kia up on 8/2/18 and was told engine all good at this time. On 8/11/18 my Kia burst into flames and is no more. I called and went to Byers Kia and Byers Ford and the most I got was sorry for your loss. I was advised at Byers Kia when I went to go get paperwork after the fire that they would recommend me getting my engine looked at a later date. I told him my car burnt up 8 days later would you like to look at it now. He said oh sorry. I sent the video of the Kia fire to Byers Ford. While looking at my car fax I did notice while they had possession of my vehicle on the car fax in 1 day their is almost a 700 mile increase from Byers Ford to Byers Kia. I spent almost 3 hours down at the corporate office trying to get answers. I told them I could of lost my mom in the fire because she was the one driving it at the time. We were supposed to take it on vacation with us and could of lost my children or husband. Corporate told me they knew nothing about the fire. Why is it that I have been to Byers Ford and Kia several times over 2 weeks and sent the fire video showed pictures but no one ever let anyone know anything. The owner did offer me help on pay off the car what ever the insurance did not cover as long as we buy another car from them. He said he would call me back in a couple days to see if i wanted to take the deal. That has been almost a week ago and havent heard back from him. Thanks for all your help. That is a joke. Good thing I got good insurance and they paid it off for us. I used to be a very happy customer we just purchased 4 cars from Byers Ford in the month of June 2018 but will never be back.

I had spent quite a bit of money on my rear braking system and emergency brake, and after several attempts taking it back in for not functioning properly decided to try Byers Ford in Delaware. Made appointment and explained to service representative Ron of my situation. Received notified of what they found and cost of repair. Was very satified with cost and service, and will be taking my vehicle back to Byers Ford Delaware in the future.

Unable to give 0 stars or I would. They will rip you off and tell you work needs done that actually doesnt. I was warned that the service center here was atrocious but gave them benefit of the doubt when taking in my wifes vehicle. There were several occasions where she could not get a straight answer out of people but the last time was the worst. She took the vehicle in for recall work and they told her how she needed new shocks. She explained how this was strange considering her shocks had been replaced not even a year prior. She told the individual she would contact the business that replaced the shocks and would call right back to which the employee said ok. What proceeded was 4 hours of her attempting to get in contact with the individual. It wasnt until I called in and requested to speak with the service center manager and, through voicemail again, explained how we were trying to get the situation taken care of. She was finally contacted and we were able to go get her car to take it to the same place who replaced the shocks. We were contacted back shortly after and told they saw no problem with the shocks and were unsure what byers Ford saw. I went in and they personally showed me the dust collecting on the shocks as proof that no leak was present. Most likely, my wifes car had hit the mileage where shocks may need replaced so they went ahead and said they did for the easy money. If you have to go through this company for service, I would suggest a second opinion if they start racking up the price.
I purchased a 2021 F150 Lariat PowerBoost.The purchase was simple due to the fact that I was purchasing a difficult to find vehicle so negotiation was very minimal. They offered a fair trade allowance without a hassle.There seemed to be vert little effort towards making us feel like valued customers or retain us for future purchases. I realize that there is not a lot of motivation for a dealer to invest in that effort but on a $70k truck you would expect at least a cup or a hat.... A bed liner would also have been nice. When I asked about it I was told they are cheap, go get one.... I also asked about tires, I was told they arent a tire company.They said they cant register my truck for me with the state due to an out-of-state trade. One reason I bought now was to avoid a trip to the BMV to register a vehicle for a month... I have traded out-of-state multiple times in the past with no issue. They still charged a doc fee for the trade but I got the feeling that they just didnt want to mess with the registering the truck, especially since it was late on a Saturday.The salesmans knowledge of the truck was limited, possibly due to them moving through the lot so fast that the salespeople dont have time to acclimate themselves. I had Googled most things before arriving but there are some options that are tricky.The keyless entry number pad code is still missing. I can get it by pulling up a trim piece inside the cab but I shouldnt have to risk breaking a retainer clip to get my code.Would I recommend this dealer? I can honestly say I would not send someone there specifically. Would I go there again? Yes, if they had a vehicle I wanted but I wouldnt make a special trip to Delaware based on anything Byers Ford did.

Came in for an oil change and they also noticed my front tires were misaligned. They said it would be about an hour or so and they were actually done in under an hour. Very professional. Waiting room very comfortable.
