Empire was recommended by a friend. Chet was a great salesperson to work with. No long winded pitches to endure, kept it simple, friendly and responsive. Craig & the installation team were great. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional and got the job (21 windows!) done in the window of time promised. Would highly recommend them!

I ordered 23 windows and 2 sets of French Doors for my new house and Empire did an amazing job! The family room wall is all windows, including a huge arch. Many of the other windows are casement. I love them! The insulation company rep even commented on the energy efficiency rating and said he was impressed. My Salesman, Chet Gross made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them.

Chet came out quickly to give us a quote. They did not do the if you sign tonight Ill knock off X amount to pressure us into a sale which was fantastic. Answered all our questions after the first meeting and even modified the quote for any different options we wanted.Signed the papers about a week after the quote and they had a measure tech out the next day. Just waiting on install now!We had at least 5 companies give us quotes and looked at multiple others. Empire was by far the leader after talking to their competitors.
