I found a rare vintage receiver via ebay from a seller who stipulated “local pickup only”. Unfortunately I live 900 miles away from the seller. I called UPS store (right near the seller), and asked the helpful person (Nick) if I could setup in advance that the seller would drop off a 35lb piece of electronics, then he could accept it, package, insure, ship, and accept payment from me vm remotely. Nick said it was a good plan. I explained the plan to the seller and he was willing to deliver it to the UPS store. I bid and bought the receiver. The drop off and shipment went flawlessly. It was packaged so well it probably could’ve survived falling out of the truck.Thanks to Nick and the UPS store on Sandusky street, for making this acquisition possible.

Several UPS Store locations advertise they have a notary public and never do! False advertising!

Worked with Jeremy to have an expensive high-end replica of an 1820s Eli Terry Pillar & Scroll clock (which I purchased from an online auction) shipped across several states... Arrived very well packed, in perfect condition and on time...

I looked for a notary online and they said they were a notary I arranged the a seller and i too do a trade on an ATV with a title so we go in and the guy in the store says he does not do titles, something about blah blah blah mileage and getting Sued. So dont take any vehicle titles here to get notarized I dont know what the difference is between notarizing a car title and notarizing anything else and getting sued for it would cause an issue, anyway I went to the bank across the parking lot next to Wendys and a very nice lady name Suzie helped us she did both of our notaries and did it for free, I offered here payment but she refused. She was such a great passionate employee and truly liked her job. so if you are wanting to use the UPS store in Delaware Ohio as a notary for your vehicle title dont even bother just go to the bank next to Wendys and ask for Susie shes the best the guy at the UPS store is worthless dont even waste your time. Truly a waste of my time and the sellers

I had many size packages and was unsure of how to box and send them without spending too much. The staff was patient and ready to help. They gave me a few pricing options and left me feeling confident of when my packages would arrive!

I was quoted 55 cents for a color print on glossy and to trim off the white. Told to email the file & theyd have it ready for me. When I got there they didnt have it ready but agreed on that price. He pulled up my email. Printed my flyer multiple times because their printer kept streaking and cut off part of the image. In the end charged me $2.52! Why? Printer usage they said...I should have just said no & walked out. I would rather use the library for that quality.

Ok, I messed up the address, had a bad day, my attitude was bad but the employee at this store did more than I expected, and was polite at all times. I will use them again.

I am a graphic designer in Phoenix, Arizona who designed a poster for my siste, Jo Wickline at LJL Farm in Sunbury Ohio. She needed 8 posters and one 8-1/2 X 11 brochure to present to her students on the last day of Summer Camp. TIME WAS OF THE ESSENCE!! On Wednesday, August 5th I sent UPS (The UPS Store in Delaware) the poster and standard size brochure to be printed and laminated. I STRESSED that the items HAD TO BE READY by Friday, 8/7. I asked them to call me or my sister if there was going to be a problem. I sent at least 4 emails thru-out the 3 day period and made at least 7 long distance calls during that same period to be sure there were no problems and that we would get the items on time.Today, August 7th, I was stunned when my sister told me UPS told her the items were printed but could not be laminated and we would need to take them somewhere else. We were never contacted by them at any time and never told there would be a problem. Their attitude was totally indifference and they offered no apology or compensation for the unfinished order.My brother-in-law drove to their store, picked up the items and took them to Office Max in Sunbury Commons who said they would laminate the documents. Between long distance calls and emails and speaking to both myself and my sister Jo, at LJL Farm, this should never have happened and was a total shock.I will not recommend this store to anyone, This was a total mess and the stress was terrible. Thankfully Office Max can finish the job for us. This UPS store was totally unprofessional with no concern for us as customers.
