I wish I could give zero stars . Tony was terrible !!! He always has an attitude as if we ask for our cars to be messed up . He’s always outside doing body work on cars rather than inside helping customers with more important needs. As for the girl and boy in the front flirting . Please train them better .Terrible I will never recommend any one here . They don’t have anything in there anyway . The shelves are empty as if there was an apocalypse and zombies invaded . I asked Tony was he available to help me he replied no and walked away . I had to take my single mom friend all the way to the AWESOME boynton location driving 25 miles per hour seemed like . All because her car was overheating and needed a simple gallon of coolant . And he didn’t stop to even tell us that . By us taking a chance to go to the boynton location while my friend drove an overheating car should tell you how terrible the service was . Corporate if you see this please train your staff better and make someone’s day better as if we aren’t already coming there with problems . Just a joke !
Not sure about the overall health of the franchise but this particular location seems ramshackle, shabby and decrepit. Ancient ones for customer service work here, so everything in terms of service seems deliberately slow. There is an extreme lacking in the selection of tools for the budding DIY mechanic. Not too mention the selection was over priced. All I wanted was a 5mm hex socket in 1/4 drive. I did not need a set for $40. I guess this is a suitable place for oil and car wax.

The 5 stars are for the young man that tested our battery yesterday and installed a new one. He is patient, professional and methodically organized with the tools. We were done in no time. This is the second car he did for our family and we are more than happy both times. The guy inside (Tony?) is very professional too. All around a great place to go for miscellaneous car needs, especially battery replacement.
I placed an order online...I called the store so they can do curbside pickup... then they came outside and ignored me. Finally they told me to come in!...Annoyed, I go inside. Then Im told its not ready yet when I have the email that it is ready. Another employee, after 10 min says it has been ready!!! I ask if they can put it on (they have free installation on wiper blades) and he gets annoyed with me. Then they go to put it on and he cant get it on. The nicer employee comes outside and cant get it on either- He eventually does… but he tells me that it is a looser than what he is used to with other cars and wipers... I am extremely unhappy w Advanced Auto Parts and will be buying from Pep Boys again!!! The only reason I bought here was because of coupon 🤑💰
Very nice experience here, bought a battery for my jeep online and the associate installed it even though my jeep gave him a hard time 😅 jeep is happy now

Another POS store in the chain of many! So happy to see one cashier at the back of the store in the commercial division while six customers walked out with thousands of dollars in merchandise. Way to go keep hiring those high-class employees!

Great Service... My stepdaughter had some issues with her jeep Cherokee trailhawk, not starting, delayed starts, Advanced checked the battery and it was not holding a charge... 20 minutes later they swapped in a new battery and everything was working perfectly. Great experience.

Seemed like the staff was experienced and knowledgeable. They had what I went for which is always a good thing.
I dont know if this is a trend of this industry lately but I was surprised to find that you can no longer work look up your own parts (wipers, headlamps, oil and air filter). Now you have to hunt down an associate, wait for them to help you, tell them what you want and then waite fort them to go to look it up in the computer and then go into the aisle I was just in to find that the parts i wanted werent in stock. Wait for him to return, tell me he had another brand and goes to the aisle only to find its not there, return, repeat.... I was in that store for 30 min and all I wanted were wiper blades and an air filter. Had I had the book, I cold have easily found this out myself and been done in 5 min.
Bob answer the phone after two rings. He was knowledgeable and fast. They had my part at a decent price - in stock. His advice was clear and helped me make a few good decisions. This is exactly why I go here and not next door.
Hands down the best auto parts around town they are my go to for everything amazing staff from parts specialist to drivers they all have great attitudes thats why I keep using them daily and that wont change either yall greatly appreciated!.

Went to that stiore w a bad battery the tall dark complexities guy working at the counter had 0 knowledge of batteries and cars charging systems he was totally rude and abnoxious. After having to call triple A to restart my car. I went to the othe advanced auto on federal highway where they exchanged the bad battery which was under warranty. I don’t know how advanced auto hired the man from Atlantic Avenue but he is horrible to customers and has no knowledge.
Discovered a defect in the Rain X wipers I purchased new several months back. I no longer have the receipt on the day of purchase (2-1/2 3 mos ago) and I just discovered the hazard... while in torrential thunderstorms, the rubber blades slip off. The manager was aware and said he could do nothing without the receipt or exact date I purchased them. So I left his store in the rain with a faulty blade. Nice. He stated I should purchase a new one at 27.00 $$, but would not consider taking the defective wiper back and contacting the manufacturer to rectify the issue. .When I returned home, I contacted the manufacturer myself and they immdialey sent two new blades via fed ex, better then the faulty ones, to arrive no later than two days. No receipt nor did they want the old faulty wiper.Auto parts did not care that their customers are driving around in the rain on I 95 with faulty wiper blades. The manager was very aware of the issue, I take it Im not the first to return them. Rain X did not hesistate. I will call auto parts coorperate to file a complaint verbally and in writing. Would not go this store. Jeopardizing ustomers lives, our children because i couldnt remember the day purchased? Shame on him. I can only hope he has the same wipers and problem.

Misogynist Josh-proud to not honor the battery warranty and ran off a customer. I purchased advance gold battery in 2016 proof of bad battery read from the car dealer and needing 4 jump starts since purchase tells me the battery is not good & discharges. He started screaming it could be other things but didn’t check anything else preferred to threaten and yell.
