Excellent service. The receptionist was very professional and polite and answered all of our questions. We had an issues with AC. They suggested to change coolant. They did it very fast. Only $90 with tax and 30 min. Not overpriced and very effective. Thanks Precision Tune Auto Care.

This is probably the best mechanics I’ve ever been too. They don’t ever suggest things I don’t really need and I respect that a lot. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and I’ve never had one issue with them. The old manager of the place doesn’t work here anymore and he will definitely be missed but the new manager has been great so far as well. I highly recommend this place for your typical go to car issues.

They did a 4 wheel alignment plus new wiper blades at a better price than others had for just a 2 wheel alignment. I felt comfortable with the gentleman who wrote up my order. He seemed very honest and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate going back when I need work done again. Precision Tune is owned my the same people as Pep Boys, an also popular and trusted chain.

This place is horrible heard good things so decided to try out, dropped car off on a Saturday early couldn’t really heard what he said due to his mask and went to work. Didn’t hear anything by 1 and google says they close at 3 so I called and no answer then I get a text saying they closed I have to wait till Monday to get my car( I live 30min away) he said he called but he didn’t then says maybe he dialed the wrong number because of his gloves. Monday they did. I thing with my car except give me a estimate for what they said was wrong so I brought my car to a reputable dealership and had it fully diagnosed, the quote I was giving that wasn’t even wrong with my car it was something totally different and they told me what they quoted me for was double what the dealership would charge. That weekend was a nightmare so be careful.

My day started off horrible by not knowing what was wrong with my car and I could not start it. I was researching a place to get my car towed to and I called Precision Tune Auto Care and they were the only place that sounded willing/eager to help short notice. The tow truck driver was able to jump my car and I ended up driving to the Precision Tune shop on Linton. Terry was fantastic and extremely helpful even without an appointment and me just showing up there. My day started chaotic not knowing how long I would be without a car and by the end of the day I was able to drive home thanks to Terry and the crew there. I will 100% be going to them for now on for all my car needs and plan on returning soon to get some things looked at. I watched the way Terry interacted with all of the other customers and could tell he genuinely wanted to help everyone and was always completely transparent with them. Highly recommend them

Just a quick visit to get STP Fuel additive to clean the piston heads. Only use fuel additive after an oil change. Nice people behind counter who pointed me in that direction of the fuel additive.

The reason i came here in the first place is because all the reviews are positive. Its true!!!! Terry and all the automotive guys that work there are honest and reliable. Very hard to find that anywhere nowadays!! You also VERY RARELY see this many positive reviews anywhere.

Beware. Charged $1200; my Internet advice puts the high end cost of this work about 1/3 lower. Missed or caused an oil leak that remained after they were to fix my oil leak. Close reading of reviews suggests bad work, avoiding problems (no call back until I emailed corporate), telling you you need expensive work when youre lured in by coupon or sale (upselling), new check-engine lights, long waits (mine was 2 hours over estimate). Better Business Bureau complaints unanswered. My bad Google review became a 5-star review under my online name but I didnt change it. I dont trust their reviews or ethics.

My experience was great! The customer service was phenomenal and answered all my questions. They were able to diagnose the problem and put in dye to see where my A/C was leaking. I am going back again to seal the leak and solve the problem.

Honest and don’t try to rip you off by telling you to change or repair something that isn’t needed. Reasonable prices as well. My go to auto shop and has been for the past 2 cars I had.

I am very happy with my experience at Precision Tune Auto. I had my headlights done and I have to say they looked brand new when they were finished. Terry, the manager, was very kind and made sure everyone was following the mask precaution for everyones safety. My car was done sooner than I predicted and I am just blown away by the service here. Only giving 5 stars because of the price. Groupon $34.98 4 tire alignment and set of free wiper blades. That is amazing. However I got there feeling great and left feeling as if they really didnt want to serve me but had no choice if that makes sense. Just left feeling odd so probably wont go back but will definitely refer others. Everyones experiences are different.

Took an hour for headlight restoration that left smears and then another hour and a half to fix it. That said, my headlights look great and they gave me a coupon for a free oil change for the inconvenience.

Best prices in town, friendly staff and great service! Marco is honest and friendly. I drove out of my way to come here because they always do great service to my car. I came as a walk in and despite being busy they serviced my car right away and I was out in less then an hour. I highly recommend this place and will not go anywhere else.

Near 500$ for just the front breaks. Over 800$ for all 4. Rip off. And they are grinding as I’m driving.

Since our car was not used for several months, we had the car checked out and had the tires checked out since they had deflated. Terry’s knowledge about cars provided us with the service we required. We had major issues last year and we were very happy we went to Precision, they are reliable and fair. Any future issues with our Buick, we will be back for service.

Shop opens at 8, it’s 8:20 and the shop doesn’t even look like it’s going to open for another hour nobody is in there. People have things to do of the shop isn’t open they need to fix the website or put a sign on the door or something, waste of time.

I brought my car in for a spark plug replacement. I explained to the manager when I gave him my keys that the first key can only be used to unlock/lock the doors and the car will not start if put into the ignition, so, the second key must be used to start the car. His respond was “understood”. One hour later I get a voicemail saying the car is not starting. Very frustrating that the manger did listen to me when I told him this. Not to mention charging me over 400$ for spark plugs??? SCAM.

Horrible experience at this Precision Auto Tune location. I do not recommend and after many years with Precision Auto Tune Company, I will be taking my business elsewhere.I have always trusted my Mercedes at the Precision Auto Tune location in NC but I recently moved here and decided to use this location in Delray. I went for an oil change and light check and there was a man who was filling in that day for the original receptionist. His attitude, vibe, and persona were so uncomfortable and rude that I actually ended up leaving and took my car with me. A week later, I tried again when Terry, the original receptionist that was back. Because Terry had many good reviews I trusted they were up to par. Haha. We talked together about how bad the fill in guy was and I asked him to stamp the second spot on my oil change coupon (buy 4, get the 5th one free) and he said “You know what I’ll take care of it. Your oil change is on us this time” I was so happy I even brought him and his team Chick-fil-A. After buying them lunch and waiting 2 hours, Terry called me and told me that I had to many check codes on and that they couldn’t help me there, that I needed to take it to Mercedes and I asked “well can you still change my oil because I need that regardless” and he replied “well that’s not really fair for us to spend our money on your car, when it has bigger problems that need to be checked”.... A- they let me wait 2 hours to tell me the service I came for would not be done that day, B- offered a free service and then backed out of their agreement, C- my oil did still need to be changed regardless and they could have changed it and I’m positive that if I was paying it would have gotten changed.On top of all that, his reasons were false!Skip to the end, my car ended up not starting a week or so later. Had it towed to Mercedes $160, had a diagnosis with Mercedes $190 and drumroll...My battery just needed to be replaced $300 (with Mercedes)That all! Just battery!Something that Precision Auto Tune should have/would have/ and probably did noticed when they checked, also could have replaced, and also would have saved me hundreds of dollars.I almost feel as if they needed to back out of a free service they offered me. And sadly, they went to that extent to do it.I went here to have my oil changed and complimentary light check. I now have an additional $350 towing and diagnostic fee with Mercedes that could have been avoided AND I still don’t have my oil changed.Horrible experience, beyond dissatisfied, 0 stars.But I do take some blame, that is what you get when you go to fast food with a steakhouse appetite. You will get dissapointed and you will get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

When I called for an appointment the service rep was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. When I arrived it was early in the morning and I was helped right away. Everyone was professional and efficient. I thought Id have to leave the car and come back, or wait a long time, but he told me it would be about an hour, so I waited. The work was done in 45 minutes. The waiting area was large, clean, and comfortable. They performed the job perfectly and I felt like I was treated like a regular customer, even though it was my first time. I will definitely consider Precision Tune Auto Care in Delray Beach for my next vehicle service.

Terry Austin the manager of the store is an outstanding person. He is attentive and caring. He was able to help me install my tires and gave an amazing price which beat 5 other tire stores i have visited. I cant forget he was the nicest person i dealt with all day today. Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Interrupts repeatedly over the phone while I’m trying to understand why they want to do more to my car than requested. In a very condescending and rude way says that it’s either the way he says or no service at all. This happened to me, even though my wife just took her car there a week ago for full service and four new tires, for which she had to wait over two hours longer than they originally said, and after I had brought my car a few other times for oil services, having had similar experiences. I guess I should’ve learned my lesson the first time. Not recommended. Save yourself the aggravation.

Terry, the manager, is by far one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond helping me when my motor blew on my Audi. The service provided by Terry and Teddy, who worked on the car, was top notch. We will be recommending everyone to this shop. We were treated with respect and kindness. We knew we were not taken advantage of and he took the time to find a new motor that would last. We cannot thank them enough for the hard work, time, and politeness they have given us. First time here everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. The pricing was amazing! They were very fast. I was surprised to be quite honest. I got my coilovers put in as well with aftermarket fog lights and to top it off with an alignment. End result I am extremely happy with the work it came out very clean all around and would recommend anyone to this shop.

I took my car to get my tire fixed after a nail got lodged in it. The guy at the front desk and everyone else were very professional, attentive and friendly. I was out in under 30 minutes with my tire fixed (There were a few people ahead of me). Prices are fantastic, I will def. be going back if anything else occurs with my car.

The service manager was great. He kept me informed of what they found and what they were doing to fix the problem. They did a first class repair as well as some much needed preventative maintenance. The price was very reasonable for the work performed. I would not hesitate to go back.

Great honesty no pressure sales

Honestly the best at what they do in south palm beach county. Great staff. Always upfront with what you need for your car. Prices are as good as they get. $20 for an oil change and also have a complimentary brake inspection. Never will go any where else for car maintenance!

The Groupon is a great deal! The employees at the Delray Beach location are fantastic. This is my second time in for an oil change and I will be back. The employees have made a customer for life. I was able to get a quote for my brakes and I will be back to have them done in the near future.

I was driving in Southern Florida with my children on my way back home to Central Florida, when my truck started making a loud noise! It was near Precision’s closing time, however, they worked over for two hours to fix my truck! The entire belt needed to be replaced!The employees at this place are compassionate, professional, and extremely nice! They cared so much about our safety driving back home that they also checked the tires, oil, etc... I can’t thank the employees enough at this place and would recommend them to EVERYONE in Delray Beach and all surrounding areas!!!!

Terry, a master tech and service manager at Precision knows his stuff and is seemingly an honest man. I followed an ad for an alignment to Precision. They told me it would be a waste until I had four (or at least two new tires installed. One I bought four new tires (through another shop) I returned for an alignment. At this point they said this would be a waste until I had two new tie rods ($300). Terry allowed me to see my busted tie rods. I proceeded with the new tie rods and the alignment with Precision. Car runs great and drives much straighter and is more stable.

I recently got my break done there and on my way home the front break was smoking and hot. The main reason I am doing this survey was that the fact I had the break done 2 years ago, full break and a year later I had to bring the car back for break failure, they fixed it. Six months later same thing happen a gain. So when I went bak to him on my recent visit he told me that he was going to fix the break and charge me for parts only. That wasnt the case after my car was fixed.I have been going to that place since 1997 when I got my first car. After 23 years that I have been going there, I decide that I will take my business else where

Recently started going to them after another shop did a terrible job replacing my brakes poorly. I’ve been here 3 times and have received courteous service and better rates than other shops in this area. It’s nice to finally find a shop that gives you honest estimates and not trying to upsell on unnecessary maintenance.

Ive taken my mothers Lincoln Town Car for service three times--2 for major suspension and 1 for new discs/brakes--and Paul has just been fantastic! Absolutely no nonsense from him and he knows his stuff. Treats us right and provides fantastic prices. And the mechanics here are kind, quick, and precise. For the last job (rear suspension), Thomas helped us and everything was perfect, he gave clear options and took great care. Highly recommended and the first and only stop for repairs. Thank you!

This place is excellent! Terry knows what he is doing, is honest, and values time! Not to mention he beat EVERY estimate by over $200.... and thats 4 estimates they beat. I work in the used car business up north and this business is ethical and cornering their market.

The folks at Precision Tune honored a warranty For a water pump and didnt charge me any labor to fix it. I was extremely thankful for that. They were fair and honest.

It was 4:30 pm when I brought there my car tire problem and supposedly they close at 5:00pm and the job will take an hour to fix the problem..I live at West Palm Beach and theres no way for me but to fix this problem in order for me to go home with peace of mind. I was in at my job that time to be out at 8pm so I escape to my boss since my work place is near in the area..I drop off my car they accept it and I told them just lock it when they done and i have extra key in me..so I can say right now that they dont just do business..they care..so I wanna give them the perfect rate..excellent job..guys more power!!!

I come from an automotive back ground. I no longer find joy, or the time to work on my own vehicles. So I am very skeptical when testing out an unfamiliar shop. Everyone has had the experience of taking their vehicles to a shop for a simple oil change and come to find out the shop tries telling you that your headlights battery fluids need to be replaced and itll cost you $400 on parts and $250 for labor. (Clearly sarcasm). but not these guys. They get straight to the point. And offer their input and keep me updated through thr process. These guys seem pretty honest and legit so far. I will continue to take my business there. Thanks guys!
