Found this place on one of their busiest. Got a dozen fresh, delicious bagels no problem. Will definitely be back.

This place is fast and efficient. We usually do our order online and it’s been right every time. I got the bacon egg cheese, and hash brown on a cheese bagel. We also get something from the small bakery they have inside which serves cookies and muffins.

Always good! Some of the better bagels Ive had in South Florida. Usually pretty busy but very fast and the bagel sandwiches come out super hot!! Cubstas are great as well!

Great bagels, folks that work there are so nice and pleasant and the best is the Egg Creams, ability to make your own Egg Creams is unique and makes the place special...great touch.....

Which says a lot...we are New Yorkers, we know our bagels.Pass on the genuine egg cream UNLESS you know how to make one...they are make it yourself by following their directions on the wall. Yea...nope, they should have staff making this beverage. An old time soda jerk is needed.We WILL be back, you should come here too!!!!

I ordered a plain bagel, lox and cream cheese. It is generally good, but this morning my bagel was cold, not room temperature, and hard to chew.

I loved coming to this location.Unfortunately in the past 2 to 3 months... Im not happy and though I try again. Today... was the breaking point.Burnt Asiago ... was to be light toasted.Red onions and 1/2 Cream Chz 1/2 butter.I got BURNT so hard cut roof of my mouth.Tomato red onion and 1/2 cream cha. Butter was impossible to find inside. This is the 3rd time in 2 months they mess up and give a less than mediocre bagel. Manager seems way too sassy and her talking to employees is almost inappropriate.But food.... yeah. Last time. Ill stick to PGA blvd. Less screw ups and nicer tones.

The young lady at the register kept looking at her watch while taking our order, I was with a client who has memory issues, she seemed to be annoyed that it took her a few minutes to decide..there was no one in line and only a few people at tables ...did not feel very welcomed, I apologized for taking up her time, my client used to love to go there...not sure anymore

I have been a loyal customer for years but I am frequently disappointed if I ever order the Williamsburg. So much tomato and such little salmon for $10. I feel cheated and unappreciated. Why did I do this again? Last time...

Normally love the food. I ordered online for an in store pickup. The food wasn’t out when I was told it was ready. After calling, one of the servers brought out my order. Unfortunately the order was completely messed up and was missing the coffee. Then, the server messed up the coffee. What is normally a convenient way to eat breakfast, turned into a very frustrating experience.

I ordered a cheese omelet, with chorizo added to it, and a cinnamon raisin bagel. I instead got a chorizo bagel sandwich. When they “fixed” it, my omelet was what they put in the sandwich, with some weird green sauce. This is after they verified my order two more times. Scrapped the sauce of and dealt with it.

I work in NYC and frequently get bagels in the city - this place holds up to its name!

I CANNOT PRAISE ENOUGH THE STAFF OF BROOKLY WATER BAGEL. Today I placed an order through the app in which I picked a plain bagel and wanted it with eggs and cheese. The app did not give me option of eggs because I needed to have picked sandwich instead of bagel. However, unaware, I picked bagel and wrote please add two scrambled eggs in the special instructions. I received a plain bagel with cheese and no eggs, however as soon as I called the store, Claire and the rest of the staff at the Delray Location understood completely what the issue was and provided me the sandwhich I wanted at no cost right away. AMAZING. AMAZING. AMAZING. This type of customer service nowadays is RARE and worthy of praise. Brooklyn Water Bagel not only serves the highest quality food but with smart and well trained staff that understand how the service industry should work.

One person in the kitchen on a Saturday morning. A single bagel toasted took 10 minutes to come out. Ridiculous. When I said something the response was “we have one person back there.”

Bagels! Love their coffee ice cubes for iced coffee so you dont water down the coffee. I wish more places offered this. Restaurant is clean and service is pretty quick. Somewhat limited menu but thats to be expected. Parking is limited and getting out of the plaza can be crazy during busy times of day. Not sure if they taste like New York bagels or not since I have no comparison but theyre pretty tasty. Personally not crazy about their asiago cheese bagel; I like other versions better but I really enjoyed their everything bagels.

Bagels are good and the muffins are out of this world, my favorite is apple cinnamon!!! The service is good and they are taking all the pressure autions to keep everyone healthy.

The food was very good and the coffee and bagels excellentThe eatery must have been busy because the creams and milk machines needed cleaning along with some counters. Tables were clean though. First time fir this hiccup. Ill be back because we love Brooklyn Water Bagel.

Bagels are very good, thats the only thing Ive tried. Minus 1 star due to cleanliness, some cashiers will grab bagels with their dirty gloves used while touching register, money, phones, etc. Hopefully management keeps retraining them.

It should be a crime to charge someone $8.21 for a breakfast sandwich.

This place is a joke. Try way beyond, theyre not the best (you cant find a proper bagel in Florida) but theyre better than this place.

Friendly staff, good menu, priced well. We are always looking for good bagels. They were fresh, softer than I was expecting. But good! We ordered the everything with egg and cheese and the chorizo on everything (we are everything bagel folks).

I had the Jersey boy with an everything bagel, cheese and taylors ham. The bagel was delicious, but the egg was a little too watery and it had two thin slices of taylors ham. Ive had this sandwhich in new Jersey, and this is a closest Ive found in fl but typically the taylor ham should be nice thick slice. The cheese tasted good, we had pepper jack and cheddar and it was perfectly melted. This would be a perfect sandwich if the egg was more yellow rather then the pale color and the taylor harm was thicker. You should be able to taste the taylor ham with each bite, which wasnt the case with the thin slices my sandwhich had.

Good bagels. Price is high for amount of food u get. Add a few more slices of Taylor ham to sandwich to start. Quality bagels. Clean establishment. Good coffee.Price point for food offered is only complaint..

Fresh hot bagels with lots of toppings- not just a sprinkle. Delish. But my favorite thing about this place is the cubesta. Frozen coffee ice cubes that do not dilute your iced coffee. I will say it is a little pricey for bagels but well worth it

I love this place! Manager Lance is fantastic!!! I called to ask about the nuts in the restaurant because my son is allergic to peanuts. His grandson is also allergic and assured me its safe! He said hed rather not sell a bagel than jeopardize the safety of my child!! That is awesome!! Someone who really cares!!! Ive eaten here many times! Excellent food!!

When I visited this place from the West Coast a year and a half ago and before that it was awesome filled with bustling fun New Yorkers great atmosphere as well as layout and design. My last visit six months ago the place was a graveyard they redid the interior space which was a big mistake and now it’s lame and I’ll never go back. Why in the hell did you guys mess whetherworking formula is beyond me?!

I’ve been a frequent customer of Brooklyn Bagel in Delray. I’ve always loved coming here. But over the past few months, service has gone downhill.Today, I ordered a sesame bagel w/ cream cheese & hash browns. Not only did I wait 10+ mins for JUST a bagel, I waited even LONGER for the food to just be sitting in the window while the cashiers continued to talk to each other. Mind you, there were at least 3 cashiers working. While no one considered to check the window for food.By the way, there were 3 total orders — including mine, just sitting in the window. The cook had to even say something to them to get their attention.Look, I’m patient as I have years of experience working in the hospitality industry. But this just set me off..... not sure I will come back due to this inconvenience & lack of service.

We used to go here until a few years back when we arrived during the Christmas holiday season and found a Closed for Renovations sign on the door. Suspicious, we checked the public record and discovered they had been cited by the Health Department for violations. While we never had a bad bagel here, we discovered other options in the immediate area, and have not returned as we are satisfied.

This past summer I was in Montreal Canada and I had the opportunity to compare the Montreal water bagel to the water bagels in Florida and I have to admit that the Montreal water bagels are far superior Florida water bagels still taste like a roll with a hole in the center while Montreal water bagels are unique they have a different taste and even after you freeze them for 3 or 4 months and take them out and toast them they taste just like you just bought them

I use to really love going here nearly every day for breakfast. However as of recently they have hired several new people who seem to have no idea what they are doing. Every time I go now, they mess up my order. I order a bagel with butter to go, i got a bagel with bacon. Please train the new staff.

I absolutely love the bagels here, they closed the one near me which really sucks but when I do see one I will most definitely get my everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon which they stack on for me!

Really great bagels. Reminds me of the bagels I used to get as a kid growing up in Brooklyn. Iced coffee is fantastic - never gets watered down since the cubes are made of coffee - brilliant idea.

Went in to store 12:40pm, not crowded, ask for 1/2dozen everything. Didnt have a single, said goodbye and went to Brighton Beach bagels right down the street and they had want I wanted. Very warm and welcoming greet.

Everytime I come here Im greeted with a smile and a friendly hello! I love the iced coffee with the coffee ice cubes. My bagels are always toasted to perfection and I love the scallion cream cheese. I go to the one on Northlake and Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens,Florida.

The bagels are great. This used to be a favorite of ours but lately [in last 3 or 4 months] things have really gone down. The service is not what it used to be and the overall cleanliness of the dining room has deteriorated. But the bagels are still good.

Terrible atmosphere great bagels. Lets put it this way, if you want to eat a delicious sausage egg bagel sandwich while watching a senior citizen UFC match go for it! On the card today was a heavy handed bout pitting Morty the I asked for no capers Mallet vs. Steve The Manager. Great fight, Morty came out strong and persevered for the new Salt bagel with Nova victory.

They have the best bagels in South Florida, but the amount of customer service that you receive should be a lot better. Again the bagels are good but they are (not NY bagels).
