This place is always more stocked than other stores. They always have different varieties of hair and hair products you need. I take that 20 min drove from West Palm Beach faithfully

Even though I have a hair store near me I love going to elegant because they have great selection of hair. I became a kid in a candy store.

Went in off a limb and an associate got me a set of extensions that (when I got home) found they didn’t match my hair. I went back to get another shade and the manager was unbelievably helpful! He treated me like family and helped me find the perfect set! Great experience, will be coming back in future!!

I’ve given this store multiple chances. I’ve gone there countless times and it’s always the same issue. The manager nor the employees care about their customers. They speak among themselves, they’re disrespectful, and the manager was not wearing a mask the last time I was there. I heard the manager call me dumb because I forgot to put my basket back before leaving. Like come on. Providing customer service is not their priority or a goal. It’s a shame because they have such a great selection of supplies but they continue to miss the mark in providing an inviting environment to shop in. And that’s important to a lot of people, including me. They need to do better, especially their manager. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I went in for hair accessories and that had a wide selection. It was noticable that they have lots of different hair products wigs and extensions. They have deals throughout the store and a clearance section.

My go to hair store but lately I’ve been trying to find new ones! It seems like this place only focuses on wigs because they have the SAME stock selection each time I go. Sometimes I don’t go for months and they are STILL out of the same exact items. Manager is nice but cashiers should at least smile!

I was having an issue with extentions i bought at the store, not only did the manager assist me in getting the correct hair, not only did he come in early to help me but he also waved the fee there was to exchange the extensions to get the correct extensions and gave me a store credit. The manager was so accommodating. I highly recommend this location. And I am grateful for his help! Five stars

As my girlfriends and I were shopping the manager was following us around. It made all 3 of us extremely uncomfortable. Im African American, my gfs from Jamaica and the other vietnamese. I tried to dismiss the notion that he was following us because of our ethnicities. None of our hand bags/clutch purses were even large enough to fit all the stuff we got and we had no pockets. I Was also very disappointed before purchasing over 80 dollars worth of things I tried to use my VIP card and the location doesnt do the vip cards. Upon leaving the store I verbalized my distaste for the manager stereotyping us and Ill never go back to the location. It was disrespectful and offensive especially due to the fact in from Chicago. 0 stars 2 thumbs down

I love going into that place.. They have everything you need for your hair, including a salon. I visit this place anytime I need anything hair related. Staff are great especially the two young ladies who do the cash register. They know everything about the store. Some of the other ladies are not great speaking English, but they try.

This place is hair heaven! But it doesn’t stop there they have a lot of nice inexpensive makeup, shoes and accessories. I came in to buy wigs with a friend and one of the employees Gerardine was very patient with us while we were deciding which one to purchase. We walked out of the store wearing the new hair and got double takes from some guys that saw us on or ride back home. Definitely a great place for all hair types with a HUGE selection of professional dyes, plus it’s open an hour later than Sally’s and has even more to choose from!

I went to store to get some hair yesterday the cashier was so rude. Didn’t even Acknowledged me.i really hope they’re trained their cashier how to do customer service.

I purchased a REDPro Hair Steamer from this location on September 2, 2018. I was able to use the appliance with no problem 2 times. It was great. On my 3rd use, i turned the steamer on, no different than any other time, and the water would not come to a boil. So i did some research and some trouble shooting to make sure i wasn’t crazy and still, NOTHING!! Clearly something is wrong with the heating element and this product has a defect!I took the steamer back to the store as soon as i noticed there was such a major problem with it (09/22, my 3rd try with it was last night). I tried explaining this to the manager and he gave me every excuse He could think of not to refund my $99.99 plus tax. He even went as far as saying how he would “lose his job” if he gave me a refund, how “it’s not cost effective for the store to offer refunds... foolishness...He couldn’t even look me in my eyes. His bottom line was to make sure i lost my money, so he could protect his.You buy an appliance with the intent to use it whenever you need it, not to use it a set number of times, and certainly not 3 times!!! It hadn’t even been 30 days. You expect the appliances you buy to actually work. A hair steamer! Not shampoo or conditioner! He tried to cut me off and make me understand the business’ position, as if he didn’t understand that at the end of day, i was sold a defective product, an exchange was impossible (because they didn’t have any other steamers available at his store or others), and that a simple refund should have been the proper solution.In the store’s defense, store policy is store credits and exchanges, but not refunds. The manager did offer to order a new steamer from whomever, but i asked him what to do if the new product didn’t work and i wasn’t satisfied with his answer, i really lost faith in the situation and didn’t want to bothered with it beyond getting a refund. I actually spoke to one of his employees before the purchase and i was assured i could bring it back if something was wrong.I wouldn’t buy any hair appliances or tools from this location, simply because you won’t get your money back if the appliance is faulty or doesn’t work. Definitely try a major retailer first! This was my only negative experience with this store. They’ve lost me as customer forever.Unfortunate.

We had a wonderful experience, the manager karim helped us find the best tape in extensions. I got tape in extensions elsewhere and they fell out instantly. Karim directed me to the extensions and tape that would work for my hair. He is very nice and knowledgeable about his store. Im so glad I found this place

They had everything but need better customer service

My first experience was nothing short of a 4 star, I’ve been wearing clip in extensions for years and I got the help I needed and was out of there in 20 min and was given a great price. Second time, awful. The woman who helped me was so kind, took her time, tried to help me as much as possible however I have really hard hair to match. The closest color we could find was in a brand that they have stopped carrying but had a few left in... she told me “hey I’m not so sure about this brand, there has been some problems and I don’t want you to come back upset” and said oh wow what is the issue and the manager came up behind her and yelled at her for warning me and instantly rang me up for the extensions. Well I’ve had them for about two weeks and the track is already falling apart.

If i was the manager I would completely hire new employees. Why would you go into a store when they have no desire to help you? Why work? They just sit on their butts and earn free money. Hire people who want to work. Not the lazy one. Very bad customer service. Fire them.

Very poor customer service here. I was skipped in line so the cashier could wait on two of her other Caribbean friends, which seems to be common practice. Another worker had even brought an item from the back area and placed it next to the register so I was clearly next in line. I was not greeted the same way as the other customers in the store and there was no prime manager active and fully engaged at the front counter like at other locations. I will definitely NOT come back to this location again.

They carry a hair product that my wife uses that not all places carry. Seemed very well stocked for hair supplies. I only bought clipper oil. She got hair supplies for mixed hair for the kids, and her perm stuff.

Ridiculously overpriced beauty supply store with rude and inattentive staff. I was visiting my mother from Orlando and asked her where I could get hair care supplies. She took me here. The markup on items is almost 40% compared to other stores. Add to that, the young girls they hire to attend to customers could care less. I will not spend my money here again.

I Love elegant however the new one that they just built on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd in west Palm Beach Has Thee WORST employees they are rude impatient and unwelcoming every time that ive gone inside of the store. I was happy when they built it because it is closer to my house however I will just keep travelling to the okechobee location because I do not Like that PBL location or their employees at all.

Terrible customer service and extremely rude. Also, They told me that they did not have what I was asking for (a specific extension line) and that I only had one option that was no where near the color or length I needed (and extremely pricy$$)- I decided to look around myself and found an ENTIRE WALL of the brand I was looking for and it was on SALE! I would have left right away if I believed the rude employee who pretty much dismissed me from the second I walked in. Then, no one even acknowledged my needing to get the hair from behind the counter for 1/2 hour- so I just left.

Karim went above and beyond to find me my favorite Ebin 48 hour edge control! When they didn’t have it in stock he had it shipped from Jacksonville!! Thank you Karim!! Give this man a raise!!!

I visited this store for the first time after a competitor referred me here for their great prices and variety. That in itself is remarkable. This place is Candyland for hair extension wearers!!! I have never worn extensions or any other type of hair clips but I needed to find extensions to make an updo look fuller for my upcoming wedding since I have very fine hair. The manager himself was kind enough to educate me in the pros and cons of human vs synthetic hair extensions. I bought with confidence under his advice and felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. He signed me up for the lotalty program which offers additional savings and fully explained the return policy. Even though I found out there are other locations near home, I will be coming back in the future to this location for the great customer service the manager provided.

I am not comfortable going to this store . The morning team is not attentive, the two fair ones who sound like Hatian dont smile and have a lot of attitude. So this morning i finally decided that i will stay away from that store because this is not going to change. I had to ask the cashier after i stood there waiting for assistance why she never smile, she was there chatting with the others, and they dont know to welcome nor apologise.and the others came out staring at me while she gave off her attitude.
