My first time in this shop was an emergency because I was in Florida due to a hospitalized family member. After two days I realized that my sandals were the only footwear I had brought. A pending rainstorm put me in a panic but Rack Room Shoes saved my poor feet. I bought two pair of great sneakers here. They were ironically perfectly padded for my flat feet and very comfortable!

Decent selection and clean store. Fast checkout. I found some very comfortable shoes on my visit.

They were having a sale buy1 and get the 2nd.pair half off,so we saved $45.00 over all and that made me happy.

Unfortunately, you need more help I left without buying a $79 pair of shoes, 😭

Racist store clerk. I visited this store today with my elderly disabled mother and my little girl. While in the store we were the only minorities. The store clerk who happens to be Caucasian spent the entire time that we were there following us around and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Other customers who came in after who happen to not be minorities were able to shop freely with no stress no pressure, but we were constantly under stress because the sales clerk stood in a corner and watched us the entire time. After a while my mother decided to leave the store and went to sit outside. My mother shared with me her experience and I also voiced my concern and what I had noticed. I called the store and spoke to the store manager to express how we felt and to give her some feedback. I was very polite, however she became extremely angry and yelled and cursed at me - and hung up the phone. The store manager told me that she was following us to make sure that we did not steal anything. She proceeded to say that was her job to follow us around. But like I stated, she only followed us and no one else she actually left the counter unattended to follow us throughout the store for almost an hour. It’s unbelievable that as a customer you would call the store to express your concern and what you experienced and have the store manager get angry and I rate and disconnect the call because she does not like the feedback. Needless to say I will never go back to that store again as long as she is working there. Let’s keep calling these racist out. #RackRoomRozanne.

Excellent selection, very helpful staff, great prices and buy 1 get one 1/2 off. Excellent brands such as Timberland, Sketchers, Cat, etc. Nice selection of sandals as well. I got two pairs of sandals similar to Teva. They were priced at $50 a pair. Marked down/on sale for $10. And buy one get one half off. Paid $16.03 with tax for 2 pair sandals very similar to Teva. Very happy😎

On Feb 27 my 2 girlfriends and I went shopping at this store. I took the girls there because we were all looking for the best walking sandals. I bought shoes here last year and was satisfied.First we had to find someone to help us. Finally we found a young lady that we could ask for help. She didnt seem to have much product knowledge. She wasnt sure so she suggested crocs! After us goingthrough all the sandals I then googled myself the top 5 recommended.. Not many of the brands were in the store. I noticed a male not far away from us. He was texting... and totally ignored me when I walked by. I thought perhaps he was the Manager and had something urgent so I didnt bother him. Thenafter 5 more minutes I thought by then he should have stopped and asked us if he could help us out. So I asked him what the best ones were. I was shocked at his reply... and the girls were there to witness it. He said He isnt a women so how would he know!!! I replied... you should know... you work in a shoe store! He then suggested that we just try them on to see what was comfortable!!! Wow... is thatall he could do for us??????Before we left we told the Manager (who was the girl that first helped us)about the incident and she said she would talk to him (Jackson) We suggested she domore then that. She said he has been with the store for almost a year.The Manager herself was not very knowledgable. She apologized and said she has only been with the store for a month.Gee... what happened in 1 year?? I have never experienced such bad customer service. After the bad attitude and lack of service I wont be back. They dont deserve good customers. When I tell the story to others they are in shock that this is what we received. We are shopping at a shoe store... they should know all about shoes/high end walking sandals!
