Grab a cone and go for a walk on the beach! What could be better? Thanks Ben n Jerrys!

I’ve been coming to Delray for over 20 years. B&J replaced the previous ice cream joint and has been reaming its customers pockets for overrated ice cream ever since. If you’re a tourist who loves overpriced store bought ice cream maybe this is your preferred choice, otherwise take your business 3 doors down to CREAM, the saving grace to DelRay ice cream east of the drawbridge.

We just recently visited and we had a mask on but our child with is did not. They would not serve us because the young child did not have a mask. The gentlemen (use the term loosely) behind the counter was very rude and this is not the first time I have heard of this type of poor customer service. We walked a few doors down to Cream and had a MUCH better experience. We will no longer support Ben & Jerrys.

We were after non diary ice creams, after a while, we found this and they had 3 selections, happy to try some vegan and non-diary ice creams. Restrooms on premises with 5 tables to sit and enjoy

We came to the Delray Beach shop and had a party of 6 people. We checked out and ate outside. I went back inside to purchase a drink and when I was done checking out the man behind the counter asked if I was going to leave a tip since the man in my party didnt leave him one. I was really taken back by the question and felt it was really audacious of him. I told him no and said people dont typically tip at an ice cream shop (its not standard as its not a high level of service and they dont work off tips. He also did not go above and beyond nor was he super friendly). He also shouldnt be asking for one...if people tip employees where yipping is not standard, its of their own free will. What he did instead is make me not want to tip him. The tip I shouldve left is tell him not to ask for one or do something deserving of one!

I am a big fan of Ben and Jerrys ice creams . You dont see many of their retail locations anymore.

It has been a very long time since I have received service from any establishment that went above and beyond my expectations. Rick helped me place a custom order of ice cream sandwiches over the phone. When UberEats was unable to deliver my order due to distance parameters, Rick offered to delivered the treats himself. THANK YOU!

Staff was so friendly, they always make me feel like family! If youre on Atlantic Ave Ben and Jerrys is the Ice cream shop to stop by! You wont regret it!

Free Cone Day should be a fun experience. Unfortunately, due to who owns Ben and Jerry’s at the Delray location, that was not the case. First off it states in the advertisement you can go back as many times as you would like for free ice cream. Then, once the time has passed an employee hands out free coupons to people as incentive to come back. My boyfriend was handed a coupon which he gave to me. Then, he asked for one for himself since everyone is allowed a free coupon. Apparently the employee was only suppose to give out 1 coupon to an individual and claimed he gave my boyfriend 4 tickets which was not the case. He then decided to argue with my boyfriend implying that he was lying and trying to close the door in his face. If anyone was the liar it was this employee(Anthony). You would think the owners would make this right, but nope not at Ben and Jerry’s. The first co-owner Joshua took it upon himself to argue that the customer was wrong. He event so far as to wanting to check security cameras. Then he made fun of him to the other employees in his establishment. Then the other co-owner, Linda decided to come outside and tell my boyfriend to think about what he did. He did nothing wrong but try to demand respect. Last but certainly not least, the employee who was handing out the coupons comes back out and is mocking him because he wanted to write down his names. Needless to say this store is owned by incompetent individuals and they should be ashamed of themselves, or take their own advice and think about what they did.

I had participated in the free cone day and when I had asked for a coupon which I was given by a completely absent minded employee, Anthony. I then gave that to my girlfriend who was sitting down and asked if I could have another one. The employee told me I already gave you 4 to which I replied you did not. The owner, Josh, had proceeded to incinuate that I was lying and that we could check the cameras. I told him be my guest because I knew that I had not received 4. I was treated incredibly rude and the whole experience was horrific. I have never experienced such rude behavior by an employee, or an owner. Then the co owner Linda had come out to ridicule me and telling me to think about what you did like she was my mother! Then Anthony had come out to ask if I wanted to get their names too in a snarky tone. Basically I was called a greedy liar and all I was trying to say was that I had not received what was claimed!! The rudest owners, or people for that matter, that I have ever encountered!!!

Its Ben and Jerrys! What more is there to say?!? Not sure if they rotate flavors or not. There were a couple favorites that were unavailable... But still so much to choose from and oh so yummy! Try the shakes!

Although I have no complaints about any of Ben & Jerrys ice cream flavors, I recently purchased a cake there, the ice cream of course was very good however, the size, and decoration of the cake were ridiculous poor considering the price

Expensive, small cone costs $8. Waffle cone was stale and hard.

Friendly staff, good assortment of flavors and toppings. Nice little inexpensive secret along Atlantic Ave. Softserve is seasonal, though. They dont carry it in the winter months.

They have flavors you cant get in stores ..and some new flavors .. they also offer catering .. ice cream parties and such .. but a kids scoop is $4.50 and you can get a pint of Ben and jerrys for that lol but you know how it goes ...friendly staff

I visited Ben & Jerrys on the 4th of July 2015 and loved my experience. Friendly staff, great flavors and loved their Naturally Squeezed Lemonade.

The kids and I loved the ice cream and customer service.

Too busy facing the drinks and playing on the phone to help customers. Frequent customer that will never be back. Too bad.
