Top notch car dealership.I bought my Kia from a different dealership that really didn’t know how to maintain their own vehicles.Was apprehensive with Delray as they had never worked in my car before.They took me right away. They were fast efficient communicated well. In one shot they figured out the problem I was having with my vehicle that the other dealership couldn’t figure out & under warranty.Jim is an excellent service advisor. I had a great experience with Tyler as my sales representative. I just wanted to test drive a few cars from there and he was very helpful and not pushy at all, which was so awesome. He even picked me up from a difference location since i sold my car and couldn’t get to their dealership. Brett was super helpful in the financial part. He worked for two days to try to help me with the financial part to get me what i wanted. Tyler was super nice and made me feel very comfortable thru the whole process. Even though I wasn’t able to get the exact car i wanted and had to come back then next day. It all worked out in the end and i ended up with the price i wanted and a awesome car. I recommend them and the Delray Kia dealership to anyone.

Excellent experience when I bought my new 2021 Kia Soul at Ki Delray yesterday.My sales team member Sylvester SlyJackson was helpful, friendly,professional. There was no heavy pressure to buy my car, just helpful people.Sly stayed with me an entire hour explaining my new cars many new modern features... Be careful, other Kia dealers in the area are charging much more$$$ for the addendum fee for computer chip. I called another local dealer (Greenway )to compare.... While I was at the Kia Delray showroom... And the other dealer would not disclose their addendum fee over the phone.

Susan kept me informed as the day went on with what was needed and when the job would be done. When my car was ready she arranged to have someone pick me up and bring me to the shop to get my car. First let me start by saying Tyler and Andrew is the best. They got my daughter in the car she wanted before her birthday with my help all the way from PA which my daughter is in Miami for College. It was a very pleasant experience. I told Tyler I didn’t want my daughter to catch a Lyft 1 hr away if he couldn’t guarantee she will be leaving in a car he told me to trust him and I did. The approach in service is hands-on and with personal satisfaction to have time to explain and then be advised on how best to approach the service request and/or issue that needs to be checked out. Opposed to those dealerships extreme in size does one feel insufficient levels of attention are available. The service writer is what makes the difference. Thank you.

You know that gut feeling you get when you think you might be making a BIG mistake or a wrong decision…well NOT this time!!! Purchasing from Kia Delray was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Several weeks ago, my daughter and I went in to look at the Sorentos and Tellurides. Our sales rep, Tyler, was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. They didn’t have the one I wanted that day, but he kept in contact with me, sending emails of vehicles that were being delivered. We even visited other Kia Dealerships but came back to Kia Delray because not only did they eventually have what we were looking for, but I also felt that Tyler worked harder than any other salesperson at other dealerships to earn our business. Andy, in finance, was also extremely kind and understanding. After purchasing the Sorento, Tyler helped me set up all the fancy safety settings, the Kia Access APP, and even the radio stations! He checked in with me the next day, asking if I needed assistance with any of the features. Thank you Kia Delray!!!

I never post reviews but I had to this time. I visited Kia Delray in hopes to resolve and or get a deal that my family and I felt satisfied with. I have to say that the service was impeccable! From the moment we arrived, welcomed by Tyler a salesperson, who gave me his undivided, full attention regarding the dilemma we had with a car we had just purchased from another car dealer and left with financial uncertainty. Tyler brought the matter to Troy, manager, and as a team troubleshooted and began the process to solve the matter we had. I initially went to Kia Delray to see the same car I had just purchased for the same price but 6 years newer and 20k miles less. I didnt even want to see the car and get my hopes up. Finally, here comes the finance manager, Brett who helped us close the deal. No haggling just extremely informative and professional. They went Above and Beyond there call of duty! My salesman was great spent a lot of time showing me how to work all of the bells and whistles. I can’t find his card he was excellent. I suffer from anxiety and he was calm and informative which kept me calm. The whole crew were very pleasant not pushy. This is my third Kia and love the two years free service. I’m not good with all of the bells and whistles but they let you know just come by and we’ll help you . When your 66 you appreciate it.

I was not in the market for a new car, but when my car was stolen, I suddenly found myself knee deep in trips to car dealerships. When I say I went to EVERY single company you can imagine, I am not exaggerating. When I walked into Kia of Delray, they helped me quickly. I was able to test drive (as they had some inventory). I was unhappy with the price on the first day but Ivan (my sales rep) was able to call me the very next day with a deal I was very happy with. I came in that same day and put a deposit down for the next shipment of vehicles. I got a call tne morning the vehicle was at the dealership and was able to come in a few hours later to finalize the deal. Ivan did a great job of showing me how EVERYTHING worked on the vehicle and made it clear that if I needed any additional help, I could reach out. He was also very attentive to my 7 year old, who was bored while he was waiting for the process to be completed. Andy, in finance, was also phenomenal. He was very understanding of my financial situation and was able to get me some add ons while still keeping me within my budget. The receptionist who cashed me out was also great, as every time I needed her (two separate occasions) she greeted me with a smile and was able to get my payment processed quickly. I will absolutely be buying another vehicle from them in the future and I would recommend them with 5 shiny, sparkling stars. Thank you all for such a pleasurable experience during a really stressful time in my life!

They didn’t look at the vehicle for 5 1/2 hours, was unable to fix a simple issue covered under warranty and stole $5 cash and $4 quarters from the console. Follow up on Oct. 25, 2021 - I was contacted by Thai Tran from Delray Kia regarding an arrangement for the return of my Kia at the lease’s end. He acknowledged the previous difficulties I encountered, and while he couldn’t undo what had previously been done, he was very helpful in taking me through the lease end process. He was courteous and knowledgeable and did his best to make what could have been a difficult and contentious situation into a virtually painless one. Thanks again Thai for your help.Why I will never buy another Kia, especially from Kia DelrayI had a flat tire caused by a screw in the sidewall, necessitating a tire replacement. When I opened the trunk to take out the donut spare, I discovered there was no spare, just a patch kit. The patch kit was not usable with the puncture I had. Even if it was, how could I patch a tire if I didn’t have a jack to lift the tire off the ground and get to the puncture? I called to have the car towed by Kia roadside assistance and they never showed up! I called Kia Delray and left a vm for Christian, the General Sales Manager. He called me back, but I couldn’t get to the phone in time. I called him back, left another vm, but he never bothered to return that call. A trip to Kia Delray the next day resulted in dealing with a hostile and downright nasty Christian. No spare of any kind is a potentially dangerous safety issue. A belligerent salesperson, especially a manager is a product of poor training and a lack of interest in their customers needs. I was going to lease my third Kia. Now I will be leasing a car from someone else.

I arrived at 7:50 am on a Tuesday at Kia Delray. I was surprised and not delighted to learn that it would be at least 1 1/2 hours to check for a recall problem and do an oil change/ tire rotation. Everyone was very polite and friendly. The waiting area is pleasant and comfortable, and the free cappuccino from the machine was surprisingly good. I was hoping my car would be washed as part of the service, having had that done at a Toyota dealership in the past. It wasn’t, but then again, no one said it would be. They do offer shuttle service to those who desire it. I chose to wait.

I had leased a car Under the Greco name. I paid 10.00 per month more than the monthly agreement. Greico sold the store. I received a call 1 month before the lease was up. Sylvester J. talked me into leasing a 2021. I did. My first lease was supposed to be final. I received a notice that an account has gone into collections. Evidently, Kia Delray now says they never inspected my veh upon the lease return. They claim that they DONT perform this policy.My questions, who does and why wasnt I informed upon returning the car?Everyone reading this should question their policy (Kia Delray).I truly hope this gets the attention of corporate.I also have found fraud warranty claims on behalf of the service department.

Jennifer in service is great! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about my Sportage. Apparently, the salt air tried to eat up my rotors. She spotted it immediately and the mechanics confirmed and fixed my car in just a few hours.Excellent customer service in that department.The only thing I didn’t care for was -after I dropped off my car, someone called me saying I have a chipped windshield and that I could replace the entire windshield for free. She wanted permission to go in my glove box to retrieve my insurance card to file the claim.I appreciate someone noticing a chip on my windshield and alerting me- BUT- It seemed like a way to get some business from filing insurance claims.I of course declined. When I returned to the dealership, I was concerned and I asked to see the chip. Jennifer, the service advisor didn’t know anything about the chip, or that I had been contacted about my windshield.There was a couple of tiny tiny little spots that could have been nicks but they were barely noticeable.I disagree with person that called me saying that I need an entire new windshield.I was very happy about the experience at this dealership with the exception of the windshield issue.

We took our Sportage in for recall work and an oil change. James Craig was our service advisor and had our car done in a little over an hour. KIA service is always optimal. Today a complete service was done to my Kia Forte. Al Dopman explained to me in detail the service to be performed in my car previously to take it for service, and after when the car was ready, he explained again the things that were done to the vehicle, and made sure I was completely satisfied.While waiting in the reception room, I had coffee and cookies. My rep was Susan and she was excellent. However when I picked up the car it was left dirty inside from the mechanics feet. The outside was full of dirt and the car was returned a mess. I had to have it professionally detailed. Terrible way to treat a car thats in for service.

I went to make the first free oil change for having bought the car there, and what will the windshield fix because when I bought it they were damaged. The disagreement I have is that 4 quarters, 4 coins of 25 cents that I had in the car disappeared, a fact to reproach, not because of the amount, it is the fact that they can do it with hundreds of cars a day. for the rest the service was good and the attention was also good. While waiting there is a room where there are cookies, water among other things that you can have for free.

If you don’t want the “hard sell”, the “haggling over every item”, “the surprised, I didn’t know those costs!” aggravations, then Kia Delray is the place to go!!. It was a wonderful car buying experience and that is not an oxymoron! …Nothing was a surprise. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. I traveled 1 1/2 hours to get there.. it was absolutely time well spent! Everyone from Edgar our salesperson to Dave the business manager were true professionals!

I received a quote via email. But when I got there and it was time to sign the papers, they tried to tell me some numbers were part of the quote when it wasn’t listed on the quote. We went back and forth on how a quote works. It’s simple. If it’s not included in the quote, then it’s not part of the quote. Simple!!

The service was great, and they really did do quality work on my Sportage, and the work was done “on time” as promised. Also, I was treated with such dignity and respect by Service team member Carol. She was so easy to talk with and answered all my questions genuinely. She treated me like my service appointment was really important to her. The experience was great. Troy had a lot of information on all of the vehicles we were looking at. When we decided and purchased he explained all of the technical aspects of the car. They say, first impressions are very important. Well, my first impression of Delray Kia was through my service provider Carol. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. She was cordial, real/ not fake and engaging. Then the friendly conversation just kind of flowed through all the staff that was present in the service bay. In dealerships that’s a rarity. Salesman are still sharks and service people are abrasive. But not at Delray Kia. They have that friendship almost family like vibe. Bruce was my driver back to the dealership. He was cool. It just slipped my mind of my first driver that took me home. He was just as cool. I found out that we both had something in common. Also. Why doesn’t everyone have a shuttle service? That put Delray Kia over the top for me. They are now my new Kia service family. Listen even those that answered the phone were very friendly and helpful. Also, they were very fast at putting on my new tires. I didn’t even get a chance to enjoy being at home, because right after I got home I received my call that my car was ready. Great service. Did everything that was supposed to be done at the other dealership, who failed to tell me that I needed additional service outside of my oil change. They were pleasant and made sure I knew where everything was before I sat down since I was waiting for my car. Definitely found my preferred Kia service location.
