Rebecca stole money off my card after saying I was declined she played a lot of Games and wouldnt let me pay for my for my purchase in cash insisted I use my card called manager he said to call a 1800 number didnt even care she did that

Needed help and a young white male ended up helping me print the papers.while I was supposedly having a minor panic attack.

I was publicly shamed for not wearing a mask. One staff member said out loud that I was putting everyone in danger and the other customers looked at me in disgust. The staff member was rude and did not offer me a mask nor offered to accommodate me in any way.

Terrible customer service and small store. Management really needs to take a hard look at the in store experience if they want to compete with Amazon, I see no reason to go back to this store and will order online. Even the layout of the checkout line made no sense.

I work across the street from this office depot and I’ve given them so many chances but today I decided I need to write a terrible review. This store has the rudest employees who act like you are a nuisance for coming in and asking for something. They told me I could bring my printer in and get a discount on a new one which was not the truth and actually made me feel like I did something wrong even for asking.This store doesn’t have what the larger stores do and in fact they never have anything here don’t even bother coming in here.Rude employees who don’t know anything about their products I said “ I guess I’ll go to Best Buy” and they said that’s fine with us have a good day.

If you have ever wondered by brick and mortar retailing is on its death bed, visit this store for an explanation.I checked online about an inexpensive printer and the website (also hard to use) indicated it was in stock. I went to the store, found where the item should be on the shelf, including its tag, but no printer. I asked one of the employees who *conveniently* remembered that particular printer being missing during their recent inventory. She called over another employee who scanned the tag and said the system indicated one in stock. Next came a, Dont you remember that we couldnt find that one... conversation, after which employee #2 tried to sell me on another printer at 4x the cost explaining that the ink was cheaper. Nice try.So much for the convenience of a neighborhood retail store. Ill stick with Amazon or drive to Costco.

Went to a few office depots around Palm beach county for my business. Do lots of printing mostly, but came to this store to do my posters and flyers and because I was in the area and I have not yet received as good as an experience as coming to this store. I got my printing done within 20 minutes by the worker named Nick who seemed to have many people waiting on him, the store seemed very understaffed in the morning when I was there. Nevertheless, He got me in and out with printing even with his other customers, I thought it would have taken a few days till I could pick it up yet I got everything I needed done in the one trip. I will now only go here even if its out of my way. Even though it was understaffed the employee who was helping me was able to manage it, and for that 5 stars.

Once again, this Office Depot is a lifesaver for me! Had amazing help from Dee in purchasing a new laptop a few months ago. Then, hit an issue yesterday, took my laptop in, and she had it resolved in 5 minutes.In-person, high-caliber customer service is why I will still go to brick & mortar establishments before purchasing online as much as possible!

Tried to purchase a modem. Empty boxes on the shelves representing their inventory but had no actual products in stock. I was told to go to another store- maybe theyll have some inventory. They wouldnt even check the inventory at the other location for me. Ultimately i went to Staples and had a fantastic experience with very helpful staff.

Older gentleman at printer area was very helpful and gave good insight. Store was quite clean and stocked nicely. All the attendants were nice. I would and have there again. Nice store.

Nick helped me print my business cards after visiting a different Office Depot and not being able to have it done correctly, got plenty done in time for an important meeting.

This store was a complete mess when I went in there. Like no one wanted to help me and then I went to ask for the manager after I had an issue at the cashier and the woman (Kara? I think) didnt even listen to what I was explaining before she OKed it and walked off. The literal only saving grace was when I came in the day after to pick up my things from copy and print where there was one worker I think a young man who handled it all so amazingly and quickly. He is what got the store 2 stars I would leave 1 star otherwise. Will not return here.

They say they dont use jet ink printers but just a few months ago i came to this same location and printed 6 t-shirts on jet ink paper but you dont do it why did you do it then? Thats cool tho

This office spot has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whoever is the manager needs to evaluate the team members.

I always find new TuL accessories to liven up my work space. Gorgeous and useful isn’t always easy to come by but Office Depot nailed it with these notebooks and pens!

I went to purchase a toner for my office, and the employee decided to follow me every step I took. I stayed back to see if they would follow the white women who walked in as well and nothing. I DONT OR HAVE I EVER STOLEN. If you are going to follow people make sure its done equally.

I had a superior experience at this store today. The staff was exceptional, especially Chesika who went above and beyond. My wife and I were in a jam when my inkjet printer went kaput in the middle of making artwork for a show next weekend. Chesika was patient as we explained what we needed. When it was apparent wed found the right solution, the store did not have the paper we wanted in stock. Chesika along with another co-worker called ever store between Deerfield and Lake Worth. After trying for 30 minutes, she finally found a store that had what we needed in stock. She is personally going to pick it up and call me when I can come back on Tuesday to complete the job. A great experience!!

Im at the Delray (Fed. Hwy) OD once a week, for the past 5 years since starting my business. So I have to say, it really is my 2nd office and the range of products and services is really good. Im glad I have this store as a resource.

This is one of the most poorly run stores Ive seen in a long while. This review is based on the approximately 4 times Ive been here, not just one bad experience. Today I waited 11mins standing at the main counter before anyone said a word to me. There were 3 people behind the counter and 3 people standing anywhere near the counter. How hard can it be? It took 56mins just to give them 2 files and fill out a print request. When I came back 5hrs later it wasnt ready as promised and you could see the agony on the faces of all the many frustrated customers waiting in line. Id rather wait in line for 56mins to get into a cemetery to dig my own grave then go back to this Office Depot. I hope Staples and Amazon crush them.
