Stay away from this company. They send you a Tracking Number but when you check where the package is, it says Label has been created. I placed an order 17 days ago and it still says Shipping Label has been created. I e-mailed them 2 times and no response from them. When I called today the guy told me item has been shipped today, I checked the tracking number they gave me and it still says Shipping Label has been created just as it was 17 days ago. We have also been trying to contact them through Amazon pay with no success. The reason I put 1 star is because it would not let me put 0.

We just moved into a new house with a pool and a pool fence was the number one item on our to do list. We have 2 kids and a small dog that we had to keep safe. This fences was perfect for us and it was really easy to install especially with the drill guide.I would really recommend this because it was $1000 cheaper than other fencing and labor that people were charging me. My parents saw ours and they are really considering putting on up too for their pool.

High quality, affordable and easy to install! I have two daughters—a 6 year old with Down Syndrome and a 3 year old that is typical. When my wife and I had our in-ground pool installed this summer we knew we needed an extra layer of safety.We could have purchased an automatic pool cover for $7k+ but we were already having to watch our cash after dropping 40k on the pool. After researching and reading all the positive reviews, I purchased this DIY pool fence. The only thing I had to buy was a concrete hammer drill and the correct bit (got everything for around $100 from Harbor Freight and Home Depot). A few hours later the fence was up! The drill guide/jig is essential in my opinion.In northern Kentucky I had to buy Permalocks to get the pool to pass final inspection, just FYI if you live in an area where these fences are just starting to catch on.

When we bought our home, we moved in during the winter and the pool was covered. We were told that the fencing was in the loft of the barn. After a few summers and use, two sections of the fencing mesh binding along the top was fraying. I looked online to find a provider that sold the mesh separately. I contacted PoolFenceDIY via email because their website showed the same setup as ours but their width was two feet wider. We live in the PST time zone and they are located in the EST time zone. I have four grandkids under the age of 3 and the last thing we want is to have any sort of accident at our pool when they are visiting. So I got on line and searched pool fences. I came across Pool Fence DIY. The price looked good and the product looked like it was something worth trying. I ordered and installed the fence from Pool Fence DIY and the entire experience has been GREAT! I had a few initial questions before ordering and their staff (esp. Chris) was very helpful in answering all my questions (several times!). Once I received the product, I began the project and their instruction guide which was included in each fence section was detailed, clear, and extremely helpful. The installation went in without a hitch and the fence was perfect. One thing I wondered was how many pounds of force the fence would take...especially from a child who was wanting to get inside the fence to the pool. The question was answered the first time the grandkids came over. My 3 year old granddaughter who weighs 30-35 lbs went running full speed towards the pool and did not know we had installed the fence. She ran into the fence and luckily bounced off the 3 section between the posts. My granddaughter was fine and the fence held up great. I dont know the exact weight restrictions/resistance the fence has but we feel like it will do the job while they are toddlers. Of course, a fence is no substitute for adult supervision but we feel so much better having the fence in place for extra protection. Once I finished the installation, I had two items that I did not use (the drill guide and an extra 12 section of fence) so I returned them for a refund. The return process was painless and I received my refund within about a week. I am a very satisfied customer and would have no problem recommending this fence or the company. They were a pleasure to work with! Two thumbs up!!
