My sister received her flowers, perfect timing. She described them to me as fresh & beautiful. The flowers looked like they were picked from a garden. Thank you for brightening both our day!

I got here at 4:15, theyre hours say close @ 5:00 pm. I left work early to get flowers for my wifes birthday. There was a young man sitting there. He told me the florist had left early, he was only there to take orders for the next day, that didnt help me. When you run a business, you have to maintain your posted hours, period!

Mom loved her birthday flowers! Great job communicating with her about delivery. She was out most of the day and they arranged a late afternoon delivery to make sure she got her flowers on her birthday! Beautiful arrangement! Terrible experience, no customer service, would never recommend. We agreed my order was on hold until further notice since the recipient was in the ICU and unable to receive flowers. Your company accidently fulfilled the order and the patient never received the flowers. The order was for $91.97 and you were unwilling to remedy the situation. Not willing to send a new arrangement when the patient could receive flowers. Shameful practices. Please do not give this florist your business because they wont do right by you. I cant even be sure they even made or delivered any flowers at all.

Since moving to Delray Beach this has become our go to florist. We have always received beautiful flowers and have recommended this florist to friends and family. My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary yesterday and he sent me flowers, it was the biggest disappointment, the petals were already falling off the roses. I have tried contacting them and it goes straight to voicemail and then you are told mailbox is full. Very disappointed

They were exactly as described on the company’s website and when the delivery personnel delivered them and found no one was home, I was contacted and asked if the flowers could be left on the doorstep. Disappointed. We sent flowers to my 97 year old mother for Mother’s Day. My brother visited her 2 days later and saw the flowers were already starting to wilt. We contacted the store to let them know this should not be happening in just a couple of days. The manager was not very helpful in rectifying the problem and only offered a very meager credit needless to say I will not be using this florist again and suggest that if you are thinking of sending flowers you go somewhere else to a company that stands behind there product.

Two weeks ago I ordered an arrangement of orchids for a friend. I saw them in person last night and they were flawless. They looked healthy and full of blooming flowers. The customer service was also outstanding. This is now my go to spot for flowers.

This is a wonderful local flower market. I live in New Jersey and I have ordered flowers many times for my mother from here. I have heard nothing but rave reviews from her and how wonderful they make her apartment look and smell. My most recent order started wilting just after a few days but it was done so beautifully. I guess that can happen sometimes. I will definitely continue to order from Delray Flower Market. I’m sorry that I don’t have photos - my mother has not gotten that far with her iPhone yet :-)

I want to express our deepest gratitude to the women at this shop. We arrived at the shop early afternoon and needed 12 small arrangements for centerpieces for a rehearsal dinner...that night! Realizing that this was an outrageous request, we still thought wed give it a shot. The two women in the shop were very kind. Partially through making up the first arrangement I realized that she hadnt understood that we needed 12. Upon clarification she looked at me wide-eyed, but said she could do it! She could have very easily said no and we would have completely understood. Instead these two women made up 12 beautiful arrangements. The bride was so excited and grateful! Lisa at Delray Beach Flower Market was the most responsive florist I spoke to before deciding to go with them for my wedding. I wanted peonies which were going to be out of season and hard to get but Lisa was able to get them for me and made my bouquet look exactly as I dreamed it would look.
