Photos were fine but I was unable to get a credit to my account from them which was a refund.After many attempts, I finally gave up. Not right!I am unable to order from them again because of this money issue. Buyers beware!!!
My experience with my photo has been excellent! They truly back their satisfaction guarantee.I was not satisfied with the photo in glass and reached out to them. Right away, Jesyca contacted me and assured me she would take care of everything. She resubmitted photo to production in a timely manner, and the result? BUYER BEWARE! There are A LOT of complaints on the BBB website. This company has no phone number or address listed on their website. The only way to contact them is through email. I searched for info on the company and finally found an 800 # but it was only a recorded message saying if you needed to contact them then send an email. You couldnt even leave a message! Very shady practices! I placed an order on 12/1/19 and they immediately charged my credit card. I havent heard a peep from them since!
Ordered for Christmas before the guaranteed deadline. One month out, I started to worry and wanted to followup in case I was going to be the only one at the family Christmas party without gifts. We have a limit and we live in a remote area so it’s hard to find something nice here. The first red flag should have been that they had no phone number listed. The second was that I got an auto reply and never a followup afterwards. I attempted several more times to get a response. I am now out the money for the gift and now I have to spend even more money than the $120+ spent on the gifts mailing them all over the country. Quality also wasn’t impressive. The worst part of all of this as everyone makes mistakes but the total lack of communication tells me this is a company I would never shop from again.
I loved the 2x2 photo cubes that I ordered. However, one was not cropped like I expected. When I left my review saying I wasnt pleased with that one, they contacted me immediately, updated my photo to the way I wanted it and sent me a new one, all with prompt and friendly service. I will definitely use MyPhoto again and highly recommend them.
I placed an order and the they stuck the picture on the outside, HORRIBLE WORK. I HAVE TRIED TO REACH THEM AND NO ONE REPLIES! NO NUMBER TO GET A PERSON, THEREFORE WHEN A COMPANY DOESNT PROVIDE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BECAUSE THEY ARE HIDING AND KNOW THEY ARE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS! ***DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!***
Very poor customer service. My wife ordered an ornament on 12/2, her credit card was charged but the order has not shipped. She sent an email regarding the order on 12/10 and, so far, no response. She tried calling them today using a number found, not on their website but on her credit card statement and it went to a recording with no way to speak to anyone. She just sent another email today and if she still does not get a response we will dispute the charge with the credit card company. Stay far away!
I had an issue with a family photo in an acrylic frame, and I called and they got back to me within hours to correct the problem (cropping) and sent me a revised product right away. EXCELLENT customer service. Their products are terrific.
I just received my first 8x10 photo package and it is so much nicer in person. I will definitely be ordering more vert soon and thank you also to Madison for great customer service.
I’ve ordered from my photo 2x already and plan on ordering again. The acrylic blocks I got are amazing! Only took 4 days order to door! When I had an issue (not their fault it was the usps) they corrected it immediately! I can’t say enough great things about this company!! 😁

Myphoto provided a variety of different options to decorate our photos. Nowadays we use phones and cameras a lot and rarely have them printed. If you ever want a hard copy of your favorite photos, Myphoto is the best choice!My recent experience is the Valentines Day gift I selected for my parents. They are married for more than thirty years. I found their wedding photo and uploaded to Myphoto. We received the product on the Saturday prior to Valentines Day, which turned out to be not very satisfied because the product did not show as I cropped the photo. Then I called and emailed to the customer service. Valerie L. was the staff who took care of me. She treated me in a very professional way and helped me in replacing the order without extra payment. The replacement order was perfect and was delivered on Valentines Day. My parents were so happy and touched. They loved their wedding photo in another way! :) Thank you so much, Valerie and Myphoto.
