Wonderful lunch experience. The place is very quaint, cozy, and charming. Loved the minimalistic rustic tables and chairs. Feels like the perfect place to kick back with a glass of wine and read a book!Ordered the skinny pad Thai which was full of flavor and delicious. The tom yum soup was excellent as well and so was the service. The girl who took the order was very sweet and patient and the glasses were always promptly refilled. Would definitely go back again!
This was my first time eating here. It wasnt crowded and the service was good. I was surprised when I ordered a jumbo lump crab meat that came with rice. My jumbo lump crab meat was mixed/cooked into the rice. I have to be honest I barely tasted any crab meat and couldnt determine how much there was in the massive tower of rice. I will not be ordering that main course again. My friend ordered a spicy skinny pad thai with shrimp and the spicy was spicy. She loved every bite. If I eat here again I will try something different on the menu.
I am from Minnesota and traveled to West Palm for work weekly for almost 4 years. I’d often drive down to Delray with colleagues just to eat here. It’s still some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had and often times think about this food! I still dream about the oxtail soup and the banana leaf wrapped whole fish. I will always make sure to go out of my way to eat here anytime I’m in South Florida.
I was there on nov 5, 2021 with a party of 9 people. We arrived at 8pm start order around 8:20 but the food didn’t arrive until 9:15. There’s only 2 table ahead of us. To me take an hour for the food to come to table is horrible. Secondly my fried rice seem dry and very greasy. And the tofu tasteless. Seem they just dip with flour and fry no season at all. I can cook better than this. My first time and last time be there!
Staff and food was amazing. Will try again next time in town
Another delicious meal at Eathai! Love their food!! Great service as always! We love their pad thai, mushroom salad, papaya salad and short rib in green curry sauce. I highly recommend Eathai!!
Been here last time we were in Delray. Happy to be back. Always a terrific experience. Great food and service. Highly recommend!
Favorite place to go food was really good ask for specials great value. service is always good run well clean love the spices they use
The place is very trendy and inviting at the same time. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The calamari was really good and we loved the sauce it came with. They made an egg fried rice with green beans for my son and it was yummy. My only complaint is that was fairly pricey and they don’t have a kids menu. We shared the crab meat fried rice and the chicken pad Thai. Both were really good. We finished it off by sharing a Thai donut rolled ice cream and my son got a rolled Ice cream with strawberries. Everything was highly satisfying. We drank water and our bill was $63. So for some it may be expensive. It was a great meal, though, and I’d recommend it.
This is a very good place with authentic Thai food. If you visit this place, you should definitely try the Oxtail fried rice. Very delicious!
Saying this is the best Thai food is an understatement. An exquisite taste with deep flavor you would only find here other than Thailand. So, the owner and chef is locally famous for a reason and his top notch dishes and awesome personality makes Eathai a gem in South Florida!
Incredible food, was not ready to be so wowd. Im a big fan of spicy, but I loved that the foods kick came with explosive flavor. Cant wait to go back, menu offers enough to have a new dish each time.
This place is beyond amazing. Ive never been here before. I ordered the lamb chops sautéed in garlic with Noodles and it was amazing..Ive been looking for new taste and this place sent my tongue to another land..I will be coming back ..o and the coconut shrimp starter with that signature sauce is wow
The best skinny pad Thai ever. And very friendly team!
I loved the staff and food. Our waitress was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. This is now our favorite Thai spot
This place use to be so good. The food was dry and tasteless. Atmosphere was clean and empty.
Eathai, 1832 S. Federal Hwy., Delray Beach: 07/23/2021Four total violations, two High Priority violations. At least 17 live roaches, 14 of which were on the dishwasher wall. You have roaches. Lots of them. Do not leave bins of raw chicken on the floor of your walk-in cooler.Eathai passed re-inspection Saturday.
Nice, traditional Thai food. Open floor deco.
I love my Somtum combo... The taste is very authentic and spicy. The ribeye green curry is delightful. The price is reasonable, staffs are friendly.Highly recommend 👍👍👍
Just tried this place for the first time. Very delicious and flavorful spicy skinny pad thai.
Rolled ice cream. Unique Thai items I love the enoki appetizer
Absolutely loved the food here! Im on a vacation from Thailand and been missing Thai food. Eathai did it for me. Everything tastes just like home. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our food and experience there. Service is very good too. Definitely highly recommended if youre in Boca and Delray area.
The BEST Thai ever! Eathai is our favorite date night restaurant in South Florida. The chef puts his own fun spin on traditional meals and the flavors are always out of this world. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
This is my favorite Thai place in Delray. The food is amazing, freshly cooked to order with amazing ingredients. The staff is excellent and the establishment is clean and pleasant. Ive only ordered take out since the pandemic, but the food quality is still 5 star. Got to try the Papaya Salad.
This place obviously knows how to treat their customers. Regularly with a friendly approach. The food is reasonably priced, constantly flavorful and clean.
We went here from 4-5p and there wasnt a single other customer. But from 6p until close they had all reservations fully booked. The food was some of the best asian food weve ever tried. Mom had the Beef Crispy Pad Thai with some chili flakes added and I had the Oxtail Basil Fried Rice. Both of them were spicy enough to make us sweat. The seasoning was perfect with a very low amount of salt. Much healthier. And they have an aeroponic growing system in front of the bathrooms with bak choy and a few herbs growing right in the hallway.
Great Food and service!! I absolutely recommend the ribs with spicy curry!
Wonderful food and fantastic service!
The food was tasty but the service was slow and confused. It might have been due to it being Christmas in Boca. One of our party didnt get his soup, and we wanted more tea but that never happened. The food was very good...I still think its worth a visit. Its almost a family style dining so order accordingly.
I like this place! I’ve been here 8 times or so and will likely come back. Everything I’ve had is good, although some dishes are hellllla salty (a ton of fish sauce). I love fish sauce but sometimes they go with a heavy hand with their dishes. The chicken basil (pictured below) is a good stable dish they have. I recommend to check out for sure! Tons of options for everyone.
Best and most authentic Thai food we have ever eaten
Best thai icream intown
Very good foodIf you look for Thai, it’s the place to go abs price are excellent
This place is the absolute best!! Food and service never dissapoints! I have taken numerous people here over the years and everyone always loves it!! Bless up Eathai
Food was delicious.
Legit the best athletic Thai food in south Florida. Owner is so passionate and it shows in his cooking.
I highly recomend this place. The food is so delicious. Ive been to Thailand 5x and I could say that there food is authentic thai 👍👍👍👍👍
Lots of variety on the menu here. Its a mixof traditional and new. Everything was made really well.
Good food.Excellent service.
I highly recommend this place. The food there is authentic thai.
I was in Eathai twice this week. Both of my experiences were amazing. Staff was extremely attentive and when I mentioned I didn’t see one of my favorite Thai soups on the menu she suggested chef could make it!!! Chef So made an amazing Tom Kha soup special!Everything was fresh and tasted delicious! Can’t get enough of the flavors. I’ll be back soon!
Great food,great service!
Food is Phenomenal! Service is always a 10 out of 10!And the have Sticky Rice and Crispy whole fish!
Love the food, when Im thinking of Thai food I will think about Eathai first.
Excellent food and very nice people.
Made a 7pm reservation tonight but on arrival there was space available for walk-ins. However, the place filled up over the next hour or so. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful explaining items on the menu. In fact the menu is not your typical Thai fare. There are many original items to try. However we opted for 2 kinds of curry. We were able to change various ingredients to our liking...very cooperative. Very delicious! The ice cream made on the spot and with many topping options was a treat. Well be back to try some more daring items on the menu.
I went to EatThai based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. Its a small cozy place with a couple of long tables for large parties. The food was excellent. I have tried a lot of average to below average Thai places so this stood out. The oxtail was excellent as well as the shrimp and noodle dishes. The hand rolled ice cream is very popular and there was a line waiting for it but it was very good. Definitely a great inexpensive place to keep going back to.
I called with a take out request 20 minutes before I arrived. When I arrived I think order was only then placed. It took 25 minutes for my order while I waited. Pad Thai was disgustingly sweet and gloppy. Basil chicken dish was too spicy to enjoy. Small portions for the money. I do NOT recommend. (Maybe better if you dine in....if you like picnic table ambiance)
I ordered the chicken pad thai, i am trying pad thai from every place near me over the next month because i want to find the best. This pad thai by all means wasnt bad. but they forgot the egg. and there was only a little but of chicken. ive had 4 pad thai in the last 4 days. this would be ranked 3rd place out of 4. but again, not bad. seemed like they used fresh ingredients.
Actually, I mistakenly gave a 3 star to this place. Actually, its a 4 going 5 star place. I hold on to give 5 for a minute reason. But, I have to tell you, eating there was a pleasure and money worth. Delicious food, courteous servers, clean and accessible place in Delray, I couldnt ask for more. Ill be always going back there as needed.
Thai food, yeah, very satisfying. the service was helpful and kind. menu is like a place in san francisco i loved.
Everything is good in this restaurant.
The best Thai restaurant in Florida. It’s actually the closest thing you get to authentic Thai food in Florida. The chef is from Thailand and trained in NYC. The food is consistently delicious. If you have never been to Thailand - this will be like taking a short trip there :)
Thai food with a twist.
Food, service, and environment was fantastic. Flavors and portions were perfect. Had the crab meat fried rice and it came with a spicy chili sauce that made the dish. Highly recommend visiting. You won’t be disappointed.
Good food, good service, nice staff. Definitely a great place for Thai food. Ice cream is an added bonus. Communal tables at to the authentic Thia atmosphere..
Good food, but the prices on google are incorrect. I was under the impression that the chicken pad thai is $11, but it is actually $13. I was quite surprised to see that I was charged almost $30 for two orders of pad thai and nothing else. This was a take out order.
The most incredible Thai food I have ever had. The crispy Pad Thai was incredible and siracha rice with egg was phenomenal! To top it off, they have amazing ice cream too. We will definitely be returning next time we are in town!
Excellent food not often seen at the many sushi Thai places around here. This seemed to cater much more to a cosmopolitan audience. It was tasty too! Service was good. Swank setting although cozy and a little loud. Family friendly if a little flexible. Will go again.
Great.. very creative cooking
Amazing! Love the vibe, the food is soooo good! Everyone on the staff is very attentive an always friendly. Highly recommended. Oh and not to mention the rolled ice cream is delicious!!
My boyfriend and I came here for the second time. They were completely packed. They always suggest amazing food to eat. My favorite is something that’s not even on the menu. They’re always kind and have great customer service even when they are busy they know how to take care of people. The food is the best Thai food that I’ve ever had in my life. Their prices are perfect.
This is a very unique and delicious Thai restaurant, both in food and service. You can really taste the chefs attention to each dish on the menu.Every time I visited and had the pleasure of dining at Eathai and no matter what I ordered I was very satisfied and happy...Thanks!
Delicious, tasty, mouth watering!
Your mouth is in for a treat the food and service were great. When they say hot the spices and heat were a pleasure. The menu is different with food I have never seen cant wait to go back and try something new. This is a place to be adventurous the staff will take time an tell you about all the dishes. Dont forget the ice cream.
The owner So is extremely friendly and greets you while youre at the restaurant, making you feel very welcomed! The staff is very attentive and always a step ahead. Food is authentic and very good, none of their dishes have disappointed us. Best thai food around!
Such a great place! Authentic but with slight twists, amazing Thai iced tea, and great service.
This place is amazing! The food is super tasty and service super. So (the owner) is so nice. It’s great to step away from Atlantic ave. I wish them much success. I highly recommend and will be back for sure!
Excellent food, excellent service as always. I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. If youre looking to sweat out half your body weight, get their spicy sauce.
A lovely local spot with a larger than life friendly chef. Lots of small plate options that allow for a nice variety. The dry rub wings are fantastic as well as the larb and the poached beef salad. My only suggestion would be that shrimp tails are removed before serving, it can get messy and bothersome to have to remove them. Very fun and great place to have around the corner
Very delicious. All kinds of Thai food there are great, and authentic Thai style. Even the lemon juice was the greatest ever, it helped cure my sore throat right away. I tried the alligator meat there both times I visited. Its taste was really nice, and its soft. Everyone in the restaurant are very friendly, and they can explain details of all food when you order it, and everything was true. (Other restaurants may also explain well but the real tastes may be different.)
Go! Eat! Delicious!!! Its tucked away off Linton and on Federal, next to the Original Pancake House. Pad Thai was out of this world as well as every other fish that was served. Even vegetarian options! The owner is super friendly and kind.
I could eat here every day and find something new to love.
So good. One if my favorite spots in Delray. Their Mee Kati with Shrimp is my favorite and its in their Specials! Not too pricey. The ambiance is great with tables that feel cozy. The service is like a family restaurant and everyone is very warm. Rolled up Thai ice cream is so good and theyre constantly changing things up!
The owner takes great pride in this comfortable Thai restaurant. The food is well prepared and has a few interesting twists (Chicken french toast dont ask just enjoy). Service was friendly and efficient. Enough space so you dont feel jammed in. The ice cream is novel and mixed to order -peopke just stop in for the ice cream. If you like Thai cuisine, this will become your regular spot.
Delicious every time. The ambiance and music make you feel like youre in Rome eating the best Thai food in Palm Beach County. Im literally addicted to the lamb satay and chicken pad Thai. As a matter of fact, I think Ill go get me some right now!
Love Eathai. Amazing Thai food. Such an excellent, unique menu. Every dish Ive tried here was fantastic (and Ive tried a bunch). My favorite rice is their Siracha Fried Rice... and I love their Crab Curry special with noodles. Matter of fact, I love all of their curry. Their food is extremely tasty. Im a regular here and can t wait to return.
Tasty, authentic Thai food but be very careful about the spice/heat level. I tried the mushroom salad for an appetizer and it was hands down the spiciest food I have ever had in my life, and I like spicy food. My mouth was on fire for 45 minutes or so after, though I could tell the base taste was very good. The minced chicken with veggies and chili paste as very good and not so spicy.
Reasonably priced. Good portion. Awesome chill decor and atmosphere. Great customer service. Highly recommended. Try the Thai rolled ice cream!
I’m a Thai good lover and reside in another town. When I searched for a local restaurant in Delray, of course this one got my attention. I didn’t know what to expect.I won’t bore you with the details but I’ll say this... if I had a better Panang Curry before, I don’t recall. The mussels soup... mouth watering... the icecream.... an experience. Amazing taste, super friendly service! All thumbs up!!!
