Sadly the service is terrible! It felt like a bad Seinfeld episode. The owner reprimanded me for not ordering the ice cream by its proper name and served me something different than what I ordered and refused to fix the order. Disappointing but not shocking.I ordered “mint chip” and he said, “ You mean mint chocolate chip” and then he proceeded to serve me only mint. 🤷🏻‍♀️ When I asked why he didn’t put chocolate in the mint chip he said he did and showed me that I got the last bit of old gelato and then proudly brought out the new fresh gelato that had chocolate chips in it and refused to give me it. 🤣😂 SMH. You have one job!

The associate was very caring and attentive and quick to help any and all customers. Gelato was nice smooth and rich. Coffee is a must try flavor.

Stayed in DelRay on vacation, found the gelato shop on a walking excursion. Visited it often with a large smile on our faces as we were eating the coffee gelato. My new addiction!!😊💕

Fantastic and delicious chocolate gelato, I was highly impressed. I highly recommend this spot for a quick dessert fix! Expert tip: ask for the ghirardelli chocolate sauce (WOW!)

Place inside smell like raw sewer. No soap in the bathroom. Tables outside were dirty like pigsty. Cannoli that we got 3 for $2.50 were rancid actually the dough itself, cream was Ok. Pastry shelf looked pathetic. Lady behind the counter looked like she didnt want to be there. Obviously owner doesnt care or has no freaking clue or both, how to run this place. Owner, first of all drop prices for everything by at least 50% .Second, try to build up clientele by volume and quality and then you can jack up the prices. $4 for coffee for the way things standing currently is absurd. I would have a line out the door and around the block for cheap coffee and gelato. And have extra person to work there! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because international Womens Day!

We were walking on Atlantic Ave and saw this place. We ordered 4 ice creams and 2 coffees and sat outside. Given the current environment, place was very clean and the staff was wearing their masks. We started talking to the owner and was told that the management has changed and they are doing all they can to revive this place. The owner was so nice he didnt charge for the 2 ice creams for our kids. Well definitely come back!

Amazing. You need to stop by. I had the hand made tiramisu cup and my friend had the orange cream sherbert.

The ice cream was good but very expensive for what you are getting. The staff was not very professional and was on their phone lounging on a chair and when we walked in.

The lady working the counter was wearing AirPods and was not very friendly. Along with this, they were out of most of their flavors, leaving only a few fruit flavors. Given all the great reviews, I’m sure this place has the ability to be fabulous, however my experience did not live up to the expectations of the other reviews.

Very good ice-cream on Atlantic Ave. The prices are reasonable and the owners friendly.Stop and enjoy 2 or 3 s oops of ice cream at a table while watching the interesting characters walking, rolling, riding or driving around.

We are so happy we found this place! This is the best gelato around with some authentic flavors. I got the Pistachio and Bacio and my husband got the Coffee flavor which would pair really nicely with the Milk and Cream. We felt like we were back in Sicily :) Thank you!

We stop by every time we’re on Atlantic. But when we were there today, the portions were noticeably smaller. When I mentioned this to the young woman working there, she dismissively replied, “Gelato servings are smaller than ice cream.” But that doesn’t explain why they were smaller than on previous occasions. The prices didn’t get smaller.

Gelato is good but the woman who works here is miserable. She ruins the whole place.

Meet a Real cutie in this establishment. O mean the ice cream is a no brainer, choose the milk cream flavor but the server was from Cuba and she was in my opinion better than the ice cream.
