The staff was very helpful and the property and products were extremely well organized.

Their Del ray nursery is still the best nursery Ive ever been to in South Florida. Their layout is so organized and beautiful. I wish I had time to take care of plants.I like the fact that they open up at 7:30 a.m. so that you have a couple couple hours to look before you get baked by the Sun . .Anyway they are very friendly people especially Heather. If youve never been there you need to go out there and look. Just make sure you bring some sunscreen if you go there after 10:00

They sold damaged grass as told to me by the head employee. Frosted tip damaged sod this is what they are selling. I tired to get a refund but they refused . They said I would have to live with this grass, all discolored, until the warm season comes. I have been a customer there for over twenty years and never asked for anything until today. They do not care about their customers. I will never go again.

Bushel Stop always has top quality plants. I have bought plants elsewhere that dont survive or thrive as well (money wasted). Bushel Stop also has everything I need for hardscaping. They can be a little pricey on outdoor decor though. The staff is always polite and helpful. Just ask for Tony if you have questions- hes the best!

They have a nice selection, but their prices are high and their negative customer service doesn’t deserve my continued business.I’ve been buying my plants and flowers at this Bushel Shop in delray for a number of years now for my landscaping needs. I’ve purchased expensive trees and plants from them that died within the year (had them planted and maintained by professional landscapers). And now I discovered that Walmart has many of the same plants for half the price!! Will never shop here again. I feel ripped off.

To the owners....We like to go to the very nice Pompano location. The people there told me that Delray is larger/more variety. Delray shows a video. The forklift driver is backing up while using the cell phone. Another person is riding on the pallet holding a palm. I believe both of these are safety violations - check it out.

I was happy to buy from here but there was several mistakes and issues with their selling, shipping and customer service. The guy told me gray slate stone bag is 40 pound and that was lie it was 20 pound bag. 2nd issue i bought several plants with shipping. the $150 Bougevalia plant they damaged when they shipped as their truck guy do not care if they ruin any plan. we planted the bougainvillea but its not survived. we spoke to the gentleman about this issue they said no warranty for anything, so i am not going to buy anything.

Called ahead and it was explained they carry what we wanted, went there and they did not. Also the person that helped us had NO knowledge of the bushes and could not quote a delivery fee.

I own a landscape company, almost 80% of the time I come here to get bags of mulch the people working there never come to load me up. Every fing time. I wave at them to come and sometimes they stare and look the other way or walk super slowly over. But if a regular homeowner drives up to be loaded they rush over very quick because they get tips from them!

Reminds me of the massive selection we had upstate NY. This place has everything. I mean, every rock, plant, flower. If they dont have it, ask. Ive been here a few times but I havent brought my wife yet because that will be multiple weekend projects in the making. Right now, Im just peacefully enjoying.

Great place for information, the staff are very helpful, they have plants that range from ordinary to exotic, they have gravel, stone, sand, wood chips, etc by the bag or by the truck full. They have decorative statues, fountains, flower pots of all sizes and the patio furniture that is made for south Florida and will last a life time. They also have sod and astroturf. We love this place!

This place is great just bought my second desert rose plant which they are awesome if you want a nice flowering plant thats amazing looking and they have an incredible assortment of pots very colorful ones like I got custom painted spent about $100 all together but got a gorgeous set up including a $15 bag of fertilizer and a bag of potting soil

Very helpful staff and the selection was pretty good for mid August.

The place is awesome but what make it real special is Tony, the knowledge that he has is really really incredible. The way that he explains thing is sooooo friendly and special and the results after following his advises are incredible. I will most definitely recommend everyone to visit the place and see Tony, he will make it a even better visit.

Totally disappointed, I ordered Top soil and I was shown a mound of soil that I will be delivered from but the delivery was totally wrong soil loaded with mulch and rocks. It is a total waste of time. I just cannot believe they will do that to a professional client.

Absolutely the best place in Delray for plants, sod, rocks or almost anything for your lawn garden, fountain or pond. They have the largest selection of plants, trees (from small potted plants to 10’ palms) decorative rocks, mulch, stones, pots and more and at the lowest prices because they work with the trade. They also have a much better selection on these same items because it’s all they do. If you need help deciding what plants will work for you they have a large staff to accommodate you. They also carry a lot of stone and rocks that aren’t even carried by the home improvement stores. We used black mountain ore sold here to line our back garden bed that turned out beautifully. I highly recommend this store for almost anything outdoors!

The guys always are happy to give advice when I ask. Anything from mulch to pressure washing. Great crew and great prices! Almost excited to do yard work knowing I get to stop in.

I purchased gravel, sod and mulch today. People were friendly and helpful and they have a great selection. I had an issue with the stone delivery and Tony took care of it right away. I will be back for the next phase of the yard work!

Very unfortunate because overall I’ve had a decent experience here but their customer service is beyond awful. Recently bought what the employee stated to be a butterfly vine but turns out it is the opposite and deadly to them. Called them to state my concerns and the fact they misrepresented their item however they could careless and essentially told us to pound sand. Let me clear I’m a casual customer which I’ve bought a couple thousands dollars worth of mulch and plants from this location. The fact they would not exchange the vine due to their “store policy” although they clearly made the mistake is completely ridiculous. They’ve lost a customer over a 30 dollar plant, silly...

Excellent selections. Since so many commercial landscapers are and go there we the residential public are treated as rather bothersome with our questions on smaller purchases by the busy counter staff. Has happened more than once.

I bought a tree that was supposed to flower. It never bloomed and I brought it back. Their policy is they will not replace Any plants. They said I did not take care of it properly and it was in too much sun. They never told me any of this when I bought the tree. I would never recommend this nursery.

Of the few times I have used the Bushel Stop, I find the STAFF to be Abrupt and with an Arrogant Attitude Issue. Most recently, I purchased about $2,200 of Rock from them. The 2nd Delivery had A LOT of Silt and Crushed Rock in it. That was not what I was paying for. When I asked the Counter Mgr about it, his Answer was Well Thats Mother Nature. No, Sorry but the Bushel Stop would 1) Get you a small load of rock ot cover 2) Take $100.00 off your order or a refund the delivery cost of $85.00. Could give a Damn because they are the only ones close with a good selection. Their prices are EXPENSIVE and You Get Attitude to Boot. Even the Delivery Guy could not spread the Rock as he was dumping so it was easier to spread as it is back breaking work. YET, he did it before for me. So Bushel Stop KEEP YOUR PRODUCT and KEEP YOUR ATTITUDE Until Enough Good Customers Leave You and You Go Out of Business.

DISHONEST AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, BUYER BEWARE!was quoted by a customer service agent for some packing fill i needed for a large paver project, was told delivery would be $85 but my order had to be split into 2 different trucks. confirmed twice that the total for delivery was $85 total as i wasnt interested in paying another $85 for the additional $50 worth of material, i was assured it was $85 delivery total. no formal quote of 2 delivery charges, nor did or would i have agreed to it. low and behold after all the material is dumped their invoice shows (2) $85 delivery charges. when i called to dispute both the agent and her manger were extremely rude and were unwilling to do anything to try and make things right after spending $600, they told me to deal with it or they would order their driver to shovel the 8 yards of material back into the dump truck. not only would that have botched my entire project but the poor driver would have been stuck with hours and hours of hard labor for their misquotation. SHAMEFUL BUSINESS ETHICS!do yourself a favor and find an honest outfit to do business with and spare yourself the headache
