They jumped the gun on the new regulations for supplying Diabetic Supplies. I was told by their representative that they were my new provider as assigned by Medicare. They coned me for information concerning the supplies I was using. I told them that I was happy with my present supplier and did not need supplies at this time. I specifically told the rep that I did not want a new meter. I thought I was done with the shyster outfit but two weeks later almost $300 worth of diabetic supplies for a brand new meter kit AND A NEW METER KIT arrived. I called Am Med, only to get a song and dance. The rep said they would not take back the supplies.I immediately contacted Medicare and learned that- l. Am Med should not have contacted me. 2. Medicare does not assign vendors. 3. The vendor has to take back the unopened merchandise.I immediately contacted Medicare, as of this day October 22, the only reply from medicate is that they Paid Am Med. WHAT A RIP OFF TO THE AMERICAN TAX PAYER.On, October 16, I received another batch of unrequested diabetic supplies from Am Med. Called Medicare again, I was told to hold on to the supplies in their mailer. As of this a.m. October 22, I am still caught in the middle. Time for my diabetic supplies for my wonderful Bayer Contour meter and I have to pay for them. Because I have 180days of supplies still in the mailing pouches on my table FROM AM MED for supplies that do not work on my machine.Oh! By the way, no one ever answers the phone at Am Med and you are put on continuous hold by Am Med. If you do get through it is to an answering machine that is full.RATING SYSTEM SUCKS HERE. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN ONE STAR. PUBLIC BE AWARE OF THIS OUTFIT.

I placed an order with Beyond for a 90 day supply of diabetic strips. They sent a 60 day supply. I called and they would not correct the order and blamed it on my doctor. It came time for a reorder ant I did not receive a phone call or a notice by mail.I call to inquire and they gave me a run around so I cancelled. This started a series of automated phone calls to my home for a reorder, which I declined on more than one occasion.I went to Walgreens and had my order filled in 15 minutes without any trouble. Now I just received one month supply from Beyond that I did not order and Medicare said Beyond already billed for it but they could not accept a complaint until I returned the supplies. These people are scam artists as now I cannot get the charge removed from Medicare which means my diabetic supplies will be curtailed. They should not be an approved Medicare provider.

These people received my mothers information from another source, not sure who, though she does receive mailed diabetic supplies from another vendor. About a month ago, she received a Priority Mail box in which contained 2 ankle/foot braces. She has never had any dealings with these people, and out the blue she received these. So naturally because it was coming from a Medical vendor the package was opened. Being that she did not order this nor did she agree OR sign any consent to receive anything from this vendor, we included a small note stating that she did not order this and DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING ELSE TO US, and taped the box up and took it to the post office. In most cases, she would have been responsible for the shipping back, however the USPS manager was nice enough, to write REFUSED on the box and sent it back free of charge. Two weeks later we received another same Priority Mail box from them, with the same braces included. I opened the box from the bottom this time, copied all included paperwork, and took photo of contents. I then taped the box back up, and this time on the outside of the box, I wrote, Return to Sender, refused, and Do Not Re-mail! This time I also called these people and chewed into them about sending unordered crap to her. Their response to me was they need to talk to the patient in order to stop. She is not nor has been a patient of theirs, and the next time something is received I will be calling the police for fraud. In the meantime, we will be checking her Medicare to make sure they have not billed her for these items even though they do not nor did we provide them with any of her information. The only way they could pull her account was by phone number. These people are a fraud and DO NOT buy anything nor provide any information to them!!!! As with others on here and on the BBB (in which they have a F rating) they do not offer good business practices. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My name is Bob and Beyond Medical does not send appropriate items that you order. They then send you the same stuff as often as they can so they can bill Medicare . I would not use them because they are not dependable. If you call they put you on hold forever and then yes you to death about delivery of their products. Be careful because they will keep mailing items to you and bill medicare . Let the buyer beware...

BEWARE ELDERLY PATIENTS to be aware when you order medical suppies from this company, that the represenative do not suggest other items that you do not need. My mother is 89 years old and has diabetes.... she called to place an order for her strips and lancettes...The representative suggested other items that she did not need( It is for swelling in the ankles) My mother does not have swelling in her ankles. They said they could send her something to make them feel better. (they fax over to her doctors office an order for this device for him to sign as a prescription( Medicare paid 137.00 and they billed my Mom for over 27.00 something they suggested will make her feel better.....(not her Doctor). If anyone else had the same thing happen to them please call medicare.....

The voicemail box is constantly full at the 800#, cant leave a message or get a human. They do not even respond to letters sent or bill secondary insurance properly. They never sent my box of supplies so I have nearly run out.
