Not as terrible as usual. I understand you get what you pay for and Walmart is cheap. It would just be nice if employees pretended to care about customers.
I called there at like 7:15 in the morning as soon as they opened I wanted a simple tire swap I said will you be able to get me and he says yes you would be the first one take mind I am literally 2 miles away from the place I get there at 7:40 it is now 9 o’clock and my tire still has not been changed I understand things happen but do not tell somebody that it will be done immediately very very poor customer service I will never come to this Walmart ever again
It was horrible, went in at 10:45 with appointment did not leave til 2. they also did not communicate very well at all. many people aggravated. too expensive to be sitting around all day. not happy.
Slow, nonsensical process to how they handle the service center. Its all about waiting and confusion. But hey, its cheap for an oil change
Local. busy. accurate.it seems retailers are holding back on products, services, but charging more; and then blaming covid.i would love to see what products are really being stashed in the warehouse area, as opposed to stocked.its time to move forward...my opinion ♡

I like the convenience of being able to bring my car in for service close to the house. The only reason for the 4 stars is they need to give their service drop offs a serious check either by numbers for customers or numbered parking spaces. Otherwise, after waiting an hour on a Saturday morning people just cut in front of you even though you say something to the service lady. We honestly won’t be back unless something is done.

Waited to have a tire put on a rim. 2.5 hours they still didnt touch it. Just went home. So groceries didnt spoil. Can i give a 0 stars would be more accurate.
Get there early because there is a line on the weekends. The Manager of the Auto Care Center is not a people person. He needs to either get some training or find another job that doesnt require him to have contact with customers. When something is wrong you own it as a Manager even if it was your employees fault. Dont turn it on the customer. First thing is to apologize and correct the problem.
Dont call the number it wont be the Auto center and youll keep getting put on hold and nobody is going to answer you
Prices are great! Your downfall is the wait time. Tried to get tires installed twice and told theres a 5 hour wait. Starting to wonder if you even want our business

First time I went there I admit was later in the day around 5:00 pm and they said they could not take me because too may were ahead of me but the manager there also told me there no 10w30 oil offered for the pit crew cheapest oil changes so when I came back I had to get the more expensive standard oil change if I wanted 10w30. When I came back in a days later, though they were able to take me,and I asked for the standard oil change like I had been told to by the manager last time I was there, they now claimed they had run out of 10w30 oil I had to pay extra for it, but then one of the other employees changed that information and claimed they did not ever offer 10w30 for the standard oil change at all which is not what I was told by the manager when I was there a few days before and is not what is listed on the website. I walked out
Went in to get my oil changed closed to when they opened and it took 2 and a half hours for them to finish it, pretty ridiculous considering there was only one person ahead of me and he had to wait just as long as me. There were 3 techs working jor I should say not working with 10 people after me waiting in line. There was only one person working the front desk and she was kind of slow so I wouldnt even give them one star,not acceptable Wal Mart! P,S.had to give them one star to be able to post my comments, but they dont deserve it.

Ive called the tire oil and lubes for 2 days in a row and no one ever answers the phone..... the front of the store has to transferring me over and over cause no one picked up... guess they dont want my business someone else will be happy to sell 4 tires and an alignment
Wait times wayyy to long and customer service sucks. Ive tried to have a tire checked for a leak twice in the past week . Sunday was a 5 hour wait so I was told to come in early on a weekday. Came in at 8am this morning and an hour later my car had not been touched. Walmart has lost my business for good.
I don’t normally write reviews. But 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when told about 1 hour is crazy. Also they need more people as there was times there was no one behind the counter and a line out the door of people waiting.
This Walmart is terribly mismanaged. Got here at 7am on a Saturday for an oil change. Was second car in line. The person who checks in cars was over 15 minutes late. An oil change takes 20 minutes with no wait. Its 9:45 and my car is still out side. Was told they only have 2 techs. It appears they are taking cars out of sequence! Looks like a 3 hour oil change!! I wish I would have read the prevous reviews! Walked out after 3 hours. NOBODY was doing oil changes the entire time!!! They were only working on tire orders. The clerk didnt bother telling me. I would have left sooner instead of wasting my time! I figured it out since my car didnt move the entire time. Spoke to a Manager who seemed not to care. Obviously they would rather work on installing tires rendering much higher sales rather than their techs wasting time on low dollar measly oil changes. Like I said there were 2 techs and I was the second in line at 7am and 3 hours later no oil change. Profits first, people can wait. Will never be back!!!
I’ve been here twice in about a month. Each time, “they only have one tech” even if you get there first thing in the morning. You can expect an unnecessarily long wait. If you have the option to go someplace else, it would be more beneficial for you to do so.
Same experience as the other reviews. Multiple people standing around in the shop. Was told 4 hour wait on one occasion and at least 3 hours on another. That department needs new management. It is a joke back there. Picked my online ordered tires up and took them down the street to osteen auto, mounted and out in 15 minutes, not even exaggerating. I stood in line longer than that just to pick them up at walmart.
Never saw a place so slow in my life. I arrived at 7:30 am for tires. They have done one truck for a nail in tire and it has been 2.5 hrs and now they are going on break. How in the world does a place run like this. They take one car back every 2 hrs even if it’s an oil change.

The worst! Brought the car in at 2pm. They werent busy & got it in the bay. And piddled around till almost 7pm. 4 new tires for a PT Cruiser. Guy getting a new battery was there just as long. Manager got whiney because we went on social media to say something.

Always overly busy & the employees are unfriendly. Im pretty sure Ive never seen anyone in the auto care dept smile. Ive encountered the manager & he was kind & apologetic. I understand the amount of customers is not his fault. The hold time on the phone was insane.
Ordered tires at counter as I had no spare and needed tires due to blow out. Next day when tires came was told at store 5 hour wait. Apparently everyone who came in that morning was ahead despite them knowing about this the day prior

I went there for 2 tires, tire rotation, and fuel system service . I left with both break lights and directional lights out . I checked all my fuses and found out it was an electrical issue . When I went back the next day to have them correct what they broke, they told me it wasnt thier problem and sent me on my way . Those guys dont know what they are doing . Do not let these people touch youre vehicle . Pay the extra money and get professional service . Horrible work and customer service .

I sat in Walmart this morning from 8:30 to 12:15 for a simple oil change.
We were told at 8:15 Am that it would take two and a half hours for an oil change. Decided to get it done anyway and it ended up being three hours. Watched employees stand around and do next to nothing for the first two hours. Will never use any Wal-Mart for car services ever again.
Had emergency unfixable flat that they were able to help me out. Even very close to closing time

Low tire pressure light was on so I took the car to be serviced and was told I needed a new tire. After purchasing the new tire, low tire pressure light was still on. I was told to drive around for a bit and the light would go off. It eased still on two days later and I think the car back to Walmart and was told I needed a new tire pressure sensor. Waste of time and money!
Good service but a little busy
Worst experience ever. Waited two hours for a basic oil change while associates stood around talking in the garage. Two went on break, came back and spent 20 minutes talking to some friends outside the garage. Manager has a so what attitude. I finally got my keys back and left without the service. Never again at Wally World.
I went there for the first time for a 4 tire balance and she said my tires are worn out. The installer wont fix It. Sat there for 30mins to here that.
Counter person was nice, took 1.5 hours to change one tire...It was 7:30 in the morning.
Been here a couple times, same experience each time. Always short staffed, always an extremely long wait, and staff are aggrevated and short with customers. Wouldnt have went back last time except my tire blew in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Had a brand of tire on sale, computer said 8 in stock, couldnt find a single tire. Employee said this is normal, as inventory isnt regularly done. Lesson learned, dont be back.

Horrible experience! Dont take you car there I went in for a cary in tire installement that was originally going to cost me 50 dollars when I called for the quote and I ended up paying 90 dollars!!! Its wal mart there is no reason why they should be charging customers ridiculous amounts of money especially when they take forever with you car!...employees there are careless, lazy, siping coffee instead of working and the service sucks! On top of that the customer that came in before me complained about the exact same thing plus the fact that they broke his shifter! Horrible horrible service and Im never taking my car there again!
There was no order. A couple of us were first to arrive at this spot. We got there before the store opened. But three store attendants paid no attention and let at least three other people skip ahead of us. Plus I was told that it would take about an hour to put tires on my car, but it actually took 2 hours and 15 minutes for that to be done.

Paid for a full package, oil change and filter, tires, battery check. Tires were clearly not even checked (report said all at capacity, this was not the case) as well as the battery. The technician did not complete those tasks, and I have to wonder what they actually did do.

I got my tires rotated and my oil changed. They kept me updated on time and everything was done in a timely manner.
Wow he always checked the ratings online and they rarely fail and if I could see that the ones here were quite bad but I wanted to give them the opportunity but it was really true, terrible place of the service I can not speak because they did not give me that bad is the place I arrived today around 11 am and they did not have any vehicle in the workshop I parked like in all Walmart in front of the workshop and nobody ever approached my car while they were inside as if nobody else existed then I go inside to the counter And the same thing happened, nobody approached and I had to leave without my new tires, what a shame and so many people needing a job and wanting to work and on many occasions only because of discrimination due to race or language, they are denied it and they have those lazy working I understand that these mega chains it is almost impossible that the main management can not be close but I think they should better choose the supervisors of each branch and department so that this happens less h Until the greatest empires fall.
The service is terrible from 615 am for two tires and its 950 am and Im still waiting
