Came here for a quote on a new muffler/exhaust system. Nate and his staff were extremely qualified, professional, and friendly. The work needed on my SUV is a fairly large project so I will need to return in the coming weeks when the budget allows. I have complete confidence and trust in this crew. Refreshing to walk into a shop and feel like a valued customer. Will update my review with before/after photos after I have the work completed.

Took care of my Miatas exhaust leak, and replaced my broken muffler with a great sounding Magnaflow while keeping the look I had before. And properly centered the exhaust tip too! Same day in my case. Recommended.

Nate is the man!! Used him a few times and his work is amazing I highly recommend this shop.

There are still good people out there doing good work. Nate took his time getting my muffler tips centered and placed exactly where I wanted them. I would never go in expecting someone to be as meticulous as I am, but he stepped up to the plate, even on an early Saturday morning. I welded up new exhaust as my first welding project. I started from the headers and ran it all the way down to the diff, I mounted half of the muffler and was having difficulty getting all the angles around the diff to connect the two.I took this half-completed project in, and Nate was completely unfazed by it. After he started working on my car, he completed it in near an hour . Now it looks great! I will definitely send anyone I know here.

I went here for a simple inspection of water leaking from the back of the engine. They were my last stop for a third opinion. On their sign, in the front of the business, it says FREE inspections! They were wanting me to pay $39.95 for a FREE inspection, and then told me “everyone else charges this fee” in which I replied, I just came from getting two free quotes. I left there feeling, maybe they just are overwhelmed and didn’t have time to look at the water coming from the back of the engine? Or, maybe under staffed? Cause I only seen one guy in the garage, not sure. But free inspection means free inspection

Ive got to say that the young man I worked with was awesome his name is Nate. His work was clean and as I watched him work he was very professional I was also very impressed with his welding skills.. At the end of it all the price was very fair and I will definitely go back to this business.

The main guy never told us his name. Seems to be on something as well, and doesnt know much cause he said over $300 to do a tomei exhaust which dont get me wrong not a lot of people have dealt with. At the same time then we ask how much for just test pipes and he said over $200. 👀 thats ripping people off. We left and will never go back.

After calling and going to countless exhaust shops wanting to get a muffler delete on my C5 corvette and getting rejected because “it’s too complicated “ or “your car is to low” I finally found someone who was willing to do it for me and did a excellent job!! It was definitely a complicated job but the man who helped me for sure knew what he was doing. The welds look great and everything was lined up perfectly! Also for the price you can’t beat it !! Highly recommend this place!!

I would highly recommend this company! I brought our C7 stingray in for an after market axle back exhaust we were having trouble with installing. They were able to get us in the same day and install it perfectly at great price. All the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be going back to them in the future!

Had an annoying noise in my exhaust and couldn’t find where the issue was. A fellow car club member recommended Nate and Muffler Man. I drove all the way from Universal Studios area to have him look at it. Wasn’t expecting much since he mentioned he had a big job he was doing but he would at least look. I got there and he took the big job off the lift and found the issue. Gave me a recommendation and actually took the time to fix it right then and there. I called in advance... few days prior to set an appointment. When I got there 15 min after they opened, I was told by Nathan that there where 3 cars ahead of me, was willing to wait but was not eager assist me and told me that if I leave and come back he will not guaranteed my place nor did he provide time frame when he will be done. Nathan did not show eagerness despite me doing everything I could have done.Went to another local(20 mins away)where they assisted me with my car needs and earned my business!

Called this morning and spoke with Nate about modifying my son’s exhaust system. He took his time to explain in detail some options and invited us to come by so he can look at it. When we got there, again he answered all our questions and left the car with him. We picked it up and my son was thrilled with the work and how the exhaust looked and sounds. Went here on the recommendation of a family member to see what was causing the battery in my car to constantly drain which was causing my car to not start. Left it there for a few days and then got told to come pick it up and they tried to tell me that the car wasnt starting because the battery in my key was dead that it was draining the battery in my car. The battery in the key had been dead for over a year, and of course when i got the car back, the next day it wouldnt start again. $90 for a key battery.Decided to bring it to a different mechanic and they figured out that it was because a part in my brakes had broken and was causing the brake lights to constantly be on which was draining the battery.

I never do reviews but I had to with this place!!!!! I stopped in because the metal piece in front of my muffler on Dodge Charger was hanging he explain that it was broken but still take the time to try to fix it the best he could. I left the lot within 5 minutes not fixed but looking 100x time then when I pulled in I greatly appreciated it!!! Thank you

I showed up with Short notice, got a good estimate, and a day later a great exhaust system in my 21 year old pick up.

I got a flat tire about a quarter mile away and drove my vehicle in to the shop. They were very busy but Lonnie helped me right away and put my spare on because my tire was damaged beyond repair. They were so kind and professional and only charged me a minimal fee. I will definitely be a future customer if I need any additional car work done!

Literally nothing bad to say about this shop. They were patient and understanding with me and my situation, they had no problem with me supplying my own parts (even when it ended up making it take twice a long) and even worked with me when i needed a specialist to look at my issues. Honest and beyond fair pricing, really I cant say enough good things about them, Ill be forever grateful.

I want to thank Nate and his guys for installing two owner furnished catalytic converters on my 2005 Chevy Roadtrek 210 Popular. They started right away after my arrival at 8:00AM and did the job in the estimated two hours at a reasonable cost. I will definitely go there for additional service if needed.

So, I searched out a muffler shop, because Firestone said I needed to so I could get my last O2 sensor replaced. He got good ratings here so I went. I told him my story and he looked at the car. He actually took me out to my vehicle and showed me the sensor and what had happened. They had gotten the sensor 1/2way out and rounded out the but trying to get it out! I couldnt believe it!I made an appointment for the next week and took it back and left the car and went to get lunch across the street.Came back 2 1/2 hours later and soon he was finished and did not have to drop the manifold which would have meant an extra $200.I am SOOOOOOO grateful to Nate and his crew for fixing my last O2 sensor! Unfortunately the check engine light came back on. They are willing to look at it again, I just dont have the money right now. Muffler Man, youre 1St in my book!!

Nate & Lisa the owners are fantastic, Nate gave me a quote to install cats that I purchased online to go on my dodge truck, which was a very fair price, through further conversation he noticed I had a manifold leak to which I instructed him to fix. Picked up my truck today and it sounds great. Muffler Man gets a 5 from me. I will use them again.

I called the muffler man to get a quote on how much it would cost to install a new catalytic converter on my truck. He gave me a quote and a couple of days later I called him back to make an appointment. I was at his shop on time, he started to work on my truck soon after I got there, he did the job in a timely manner and at the price he quoted me. The work was well done, I found him to be polite and professional, him and his wife have a nice shop.

Muffler Man dropped the ball this time, they diagnosed my Mazda CX-5 with the wrong problem proceeded to repair what wasnt the problem and their own mechanic told me to take it to Mazda because they couldnt fix it. I still ended up getting ripped off for $200. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I picked up my car Lisa was speechless with embarrassment and didt even make eye contact when charging me. Mazda fixed the car and Muffler Mans diagnoses was totally wrong.

These guys are awesome. I had an issue with my truck running very rough. They figured out the causes, and fixed them. They didnt charge me extra for the many hours spent diagnosing(my truck was running really rough and had multiple issues) once they figured out what the problem was they only charged me for the cost of correcting the issues and parts. I will definitely be going back there in the future and would recommend them ANY DAY.

I stopped here for a repair a few weeks ago. I expected it to be expensive as the car was making a loud noise when slowing down. They made a quick adjustment and I was on my way.

Pretty disappointed. The work looks fine, but I brought my diesel truck in to have pipe installed...assuming the guy who does mufflers all day every day would know what he was doing. I told him I wanted the existing pipe ran all the way back, so he says 3 pipe all the way back. Today I am unbolting the exhaust to do more work and see that he reduced the pipe from 3.5 or 4 inches down to 3. I did not ask t to have the pipe reduced, nor did I want it reduced. It really sucks to have to hold someones hand to walk them through their job and i would have thought that a professional wouldnt need that, wrong again. Lesson learned, thanks for charging me $250 for a pipe that i now have to remove and fix myself. I will never go back except to let you know what I think.As long as you dont mind getting what you dont want, I guess they will do.
