Well, I heard about a sale on school uniforms at Oodles today. I was excited and happy to stop in to shop. I purchased at least 15-20 size 10 uniforms items and walked out to my car. As I sat in my car, I decided that instead of all size 10s, I should exchange 5 pairs of my size 10s for size 14s. I NEVER even left the parking lot, clothes still in bag. I called into the store and asked if i can come back in and switch a few size 10s for the 14s on the rack and i was told NO Sorry no exchange no returns. I again explained that i just walked out the store sitting in my car clothes NEVER even came out the bag and still told NO Sorry. I am writing this review because as a business owner myself, I think people should use common sense as well as logic to evaluate situations to keep a customer happy. I was NEVER asking for any returns no money back just swap out for bigger size same dollar amounts! Huh? The store would still have the same sale, same amount of items sold and no loss to the store at all, just a happy satisfied customer that would choose to shop again . I am pregnant and was planning on shopping again but the customer service need major HELP and the experience now leaves me giving them the side eye. I would NEVER handle a customer that way, who spent time to come in and patronize my business and never even left the parking lot and wanted to switch out for a different color or size for same item and amount. Smh

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for 8 years and they’ve never let me down. The hometown service is so refreshing and they have good prices but more importantly actual quality items that are well organized. I’ve consigned all my items here too and they have a very fair system. Like any consignment store, you should never do buy out- just consignment. Of course, any store would have to give you much less for that.

I tell all my girls about this store, I have bought cloths for my daughter from here since she was born, I have probably saved hundreds of dollars in clothing expenses, and every outfit is adorable. Even name brand outfits sometimes if you can find them! I LOVE OODLES :D

Oodles is AMAZING! I was first introduced to them in during their last bag sale while I was 7 months pregnant with my son, I could not believe all the clothes I got in one bag for only $15! Since then I have been back numerous times to take stuff in for buy out or consignment and to purchase things for my son. I am looking forward to the next bag sale!!!

Its always such a pleasure shopping here! Prices are great, huge variety of items, and they are usually running some type of sale. They even have cloth diapers at a great price too. They are always posting on their Facebook page new items that come in and will even hold things for you if asked. But the best part is their customer service! They make you feel like more than a customer when you come in. If you havent checked them out yet I highly suggest you do.

This is my go to place for my grandbabies. The staff is super friendly and always goes the extra step in helping me find what I need. I love that they have a wish list and offer a layaway program. The store is always neat and has a great positive atmosphere! A big thumbs up to Oodles! Cant wait for the next bag sale!

If youre shopping here its fine, but nothing super fantastic. I would not consign here however, based on all the previous reviewers experiences. It doesnt surprise me. I like Play It Again Baby on Merritt Island for that even though its 60/40 they are honest, helpful and really nice. Happy shopping everyone!

Nice and clean. The ladies were very pleasant to deal with and were able to sort through my items quickly. They gave way more for items than Once Upon A Child. It js also nice that they take consignments on any day they are open. I will definitely be bringing in more items soon.

I always find amazing items for my grandchildren. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. They assist with finding sizes or styles and also great with notifying you if an item comes in that you have on your wish list. I also bring items in for consignment and find oodles to be fair and considerate to customers.

Great place. I was looking for a place to donate a bunch of stuff. They dont take donations but have a charitable organization that picks up regularly. Glad to see the stuff gifted to us by family will be able to help another family.

Love this place! The store is always kept clean and products are in great shape. I stop in here like once a week, the inventory is always changing! I do think some of the clothing is priced too high but I love the fill a bag specials throughout the year! Overall A+ :)

Very clean, organized, and a few hidden, reasonably priced items among the sea of otherwise moderate and high pricing. My emotional disconnection, and the reason why I may not be inclined to return is the impersonal and unprofessional experience I had with what seemed to be the owner or manager, because everyone else Ive seen working there looks much younger and less stern as the woman who approached my two year old and talked to her like she would an adult, about not being allowed to play inside the baby furniture. My daughter, who had no idea she was doing anything wrong in her toy-store experience, felt such shame and humiliation that she started to cry after experiencing the eviction. Had she offered her hand with a sweet tone to ask her to come out, I wouldnt have minded her approaching my toddler personally; but when it comes to young children, employees should find the parents and ask that they take care of their child themselves, as to not cause trauma to the child or make them feel attacked (Fyi, I was across from them, watching the scene with womans back to me). The woman is not a prude, but can easily pass as one because shes by the book (even checks ID if your credit card isnt signed, which is in the best interest of the store) and unfortunately didnt seem to know how to appear sociable and friendly (maybe under stress?), Which makes me feel uncomfortable in an environment where my daughter and I really looked forward to going to.

Great consignment shop for babies and children they have excellent sales like the fill a bag sale and the 50% off sale follow their Facebook for more information on updates on when these great sales are happening. Why purchase overpriced clothing that your children are going to grow out of quickly? They carry all brands from Carters to Baby Gap sometimes youre lucky and can find high-end stuff. Just check it out for yourself.

This is the best babys consignment shop ever! The staff is wonderful! They are very kind and patient, with both my kids. Great deals! Especially on clothes, shoes and the big stuff. I have gotten my sons big boy bed, my daughters baby swing, the list goes on. This store is amazing they have a play area for your child while you shop. They play Disney music. The cleanliness of all the products and they also make sure they are in good condition. Ive been to alot of baby stores and by far this one is my favorite!

I took so much stuff in here (a crib, playpen, clothes, shoes, toys and a newborn bathtub) that they had the nerve to offer me only $12.77 I was in shock. Totally blew my mind. I would rather do the yearly consignment sale when you it least get 75-80% back of your money rather than this place rip you off. And dont think about bringing your children with you because they are not allowed to touch anything without someone telling them to not touch. RIDICULOUS.

Oodles is a great place. It always has sales like bage sales Wich is 15 dollars a bag,my mom has fit 68 pieces of clothes in one bag. They also have shoes.

I am so use to stressing about finances and such that just going shopping makes me anxious, but I just recently visited Oodles Consignment Boutique and it was a big stress reliever. They had EXTREMELY low prices and the clothes were GREAT quality. I even brought some of my gently used clothes and they bought them out, she did take her time looking through them, but I appreciated it because I would not want to sell her clothes with stains or rips, and I wouldnt want to buy that type of quality either. I have previously been to consignment stores and most of them CANT compare to this one. It is ALWAYS so clean when I walk in, and the place smells great! The employees are so NICE, and the manager is so YOUNG, the owner also does a great job. I tell all my friends to go here, they have great deals and they ease stress. I appreciate this store, and I definitely recommend you to go, and see what you think for yourself.

I understand that this is a consignment shop and things you take in, you arent going to get what you paid for, but it is insulting what they offer you for your stuff, and yet their prices are so high. I took in a Leap Pad 2 with 5 games. Its a year old and there are a few scuffs, but there is nothing wrong with it. Originally paid $120 a year ago and each game costs $25. Thats a total of $245 spent. And like I said, I know I wouldnt even get half that amount taking it to a consignment, but when I was offered $12 total for the Leap Pad and all 5 games, I was flat out offended!

Love this place! Its a one stop shop for both my son and daughter. Anything they dont accept goes to a church, which is awesome. Formula and baby food is also available!! I think its like 9.00 a can vs the grocery stores 16.00 and its all in date non expired food. Toy selection is geared twords toddlers and babies. Love this place 5 stars!!

Lets start this off with this store is awesome and its worth every penny when your finational situation is tight. But on the other hand your better off selling your childrens clothes or even donating them to the charity of your choosing. Where do I start I brought in 105 items and in return I received $11. And some changes. Like really... I cant even buy the formula or the diapers they sell with what I received. Their contract must be revised to help the community and not just for profit, everything they receive is from the community am I wrong or what? Lesson learned but Ill still be shopping there.

I have been more than forgiving and been in multiple times only to be reminded that my children are unwelcome to touch anything without someone following them and immediately picking up/inappropriately correcting my two year old for playing with a toy left center store as though its available. I had to speak up and tell the woman to not grab my childs arm and that I am standing right here. If shes not allowed to play with a toy you speak to the parent and ask them to address it. Do NOT grab my innocent unassuming child like she should know better. Its a kids store correct? So why treat children like theyre a bother. I am an attentive considerate patron that always picks up after them should the chance be given. To hover and grab the moment it leaves there hands is exptremely unwelcoming.

This place is a total rip off. DO NOT GO THERE. We dropped 3 bags of clothes off there including new school uniforms. They said that they would give us $4 for all that. I tried calling them to tell them I would get the clothes back but their phone was always busy. They are closed by the time Im off work so after 3 days I finally got them and they told me to bad they donated the clothes. They were extremely rude telling me maybe next time I should read the policy. Rude, rip off, and their stuff is not nice. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This has been an alright consignment shop, except that as a consignor they always have a reason for why they wont take an item. This becomes very frustrating when you take the time to sort, load and deliver items just to get at least half of them back as no thank yous. Aside from a few other minor complaints, my final one is that before I moved out of town I called Oodles to confirm when my most recent drop offs were going to be cleared off the floor so I could pick up my last check. They gave me the date, but didnt bother telling me it is against their policy to mail a check to a consignor...even if they have moved out of state. WHAT?!? So, now they just get to keep my money??? At least let me send a written notarized letter to Oodles requesting the balance of my account be mailed to me...they could even deduct for the envelope and stamp (so they wouldnt lose any money on doing what is right). It just shows the kind of service and care they have for their consignors ...save your time and hassle...dont consign here.

I have a lots of nice baby stuff some other items are kind of pricey but overall decent.

Very Clean, organized, good quality and great staff.

When you bring your baby items to swap out or buy out they offer you very little. For example a close to new Zen swing with removable carrier to use around the house and also can switch which direction to swing baby with vibration and sounds of nature. They only gave 15 dollars but yet sold it for close to a hundred. Their items are expensive. The only cheap things are the toys. Now we know we might as well donate to someone in need then get ripped off so they can profit from it.

They offer the going rate on clothes you want to sell, offer unbelievable deals (occasionally) on most in store, and were SUPER helpful the last time my wife and I visited!!

This store ripped us off of a bunch of clothes that belonged to our daughter. We dropped it off Saturday and they called us on Sunday offering 8 dollars. Just in hangers alone there was at least 40 bucks. Nevertheless, they are only open from 9 am - 6pm which is working hours for the average person. I checked in on Tuesday September 13th their phones was not working so I sent a message through their face book page and was told they donated all the clothes. BEWARE!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUMBAGS!!!!!!

Ive gotten a lot of clothes from here but I finally did consignment on the clothes I actually never bought from there but never used. they took 2 things which was things I actually bought myself. offered me $4 which is crap when they charge the same amount as walmart. I called 2 days after to find out they donated my things which I checked the box on my paper saying I wanted it back!!! I couldnt pick up what they couldnt take because they close early and I work 10 to 8pm everyday. was completely unfair and the lady I talked to was beyond rude. I am never going back!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed I dropped off a vanity and other items. They said they called and left a message but I did not get the missed call and just a little over 24 hours all of my stuff is taken and supposedly donated to a company that they could not provide a number to. They say you have to pick up no thank yous in 24 hours so be sure you do if not it will be theirs.Will not be going here ever again. Very bad experience.

Very displeased with the service at Oodles Consignment and the people there are very VERY RUDE!, I have come in a couple times and they always close early and in my opinion can care less about making money because just this last time I went they close at 3pm i made it there with 10 mins left and she said we are closed and I said what do you mean I have 10 mins? and she said sorry I already closed the drawer....um I am sorry but anyone who refuses business is completely nuts and its beyond me why they would set a closing time at 3pm which is pretty early anyways and then actually close at 2:50pm and refuse a paying customer 10 mins because they made the mistake of closing the drawer early, which is complete laziness in my opinion. These people do not know how to run a business. I also have to mention their kids leave toys laying all over the place and when I tripped on one and almost fell and I was 35 weeks pregnant mind you, they did not even apologize or offer to pick up the toys.... They dont care about you as a customer so I STRONGLY URGE PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! and they have also jacked up the prices sense the first time I went there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, OR MONEY! MOST OF THE TIME THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY OR CLOSE EARLY, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SEVERELY LACKING!
