I needed to set up my new phone and Keila was very helpful. She went above and beyond in setung up my phone and transferring my information from and old phones. She had a great attitude and she provided a wonderfull customer service.

After receiving new SIM cards directly from T-Mobile via mail I went to this store to get them swapped out in my phones. I became a new customer during the week of the merger. A female employee here was Unhelpful and Uninterested in helping me after I waited in a line out the door! She blew me off with the excuse that my new iPhones were not compatible, she didn’t even look at phones, and went on to the next customer. Today I went to a different location. The two employees there were very nice and swapped the SIM cards out in my three phones in 5 minutes! Thank you Clermont Florida for having better customer service than Deltona!
Where to begin..... there were NO customers in the store. There were, and I counted a total of 6 people behind the counters. I addressed one of them, a short man with a mustache about buying a new Galaxy phone and asked for more specifics about each option. It was like he didnt want to sell anything. He never left his counter and kept looking at his screen. He never provided any meaningful data on each of the models, as requested, or maybe he didnt have enough technical knowledge to do so. Someone hire technically competent SALES trained employees who want to sell!Horrible service. If I owned this store I would Fire them all!

Wanted to buy/upgrade and open up new account, not sure if they knew what they were doing, because we were told couldnt help us for 24 hours, went to Sanford Tmobile they helped us right away with no problem whatsoever...
Remember the term buyer beware? Use that here. We went in to buy a phone and the sales person kept pushing a free tablet for buying a one year line. So my wife wanted one so we took her up on it. Well we now have a 5th line Im paying for and the tablet is on my bill also. After these items are paid off we will no longer deal with T-Mobil.
I have bought a phone here before and was misled with a package that I was sold. Figured several years later the customer service would be better. Went in today with cash in hand to buy a new Note 20. Nobody greeted me, nobody said someone would be with you soon.... nothing! After several minutes of looking at the different phones I decided to leave and bring my business elsewhere! I must say employees made eye contact with me and even a man came out of the back while I was right there at the back door still did not said nothing to me at all! I have been a tmobile customer since they started the company and will take my business elsewhere if I need to. Very disappointed again with this location.
This was the worst T-Mobile store ever they gave the worst service they werent even willing to bring up my account to assist me and directed me to a different store altogether never again
The girl was very rude, didnt care to help. I went to another store and got 3 phones and the woman there was very nice. You need better customer service and better workers.
The service at this store was terrible. The girl that was there was not helpful and the comments she made were very unprofessional. Not even the store manager was helpful. This girl told me to file an insurance claim when my phone is not broken and tells me Ill get a refurbished phone, my phone is new and my issue was with text messages. I went to another location and they were amazing. I will never return to this store.

Excellent customer service by both moble experts Victor F. and Victor O. They were so patient with us getting me set up on our device. Also, took care of the rest of the customers waiting without stressing out! I have been with Team mobile for many years and very happy.
Update The manager contacted me via text that basically paper work got crossed and let me know I was credited for my tablet on the next bill. Thank you.
This is not a corporate store. This is a franchise store. Representative fail to add insurance after I specific on having insurance, improperly installed tempered glass on S9 I purchased for my fiances birthday including a new S9. Now they refused to honor my purchase of the tempered glass. Due to their negligence.
I recently went in looking for a new phone and purchased the Galaxy S8+. I am normally an iPhone customer but the knowledgeable staff explained the features of this incredible device. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by both Sebastian and Erick and was quickly assisted. When I was checking out they carefully reviewed my bill to make sure everything was cost effective and met my needs. I was thoroughly impressed by how the assistant manger Sebastian was not pressuring at all. We looked at all my options and I am very satisfied with this purchase. Thanks T-moblie Deltona. I will be back and I will be sending my friends!!!!!!
Horrible service! Went in to switch from Verizon and if it werent for my boyfriend this would have deterred me. They had two people working, understandable as I am a retail store manager and know the struggle. However, during the ten minutes we were in here looking neither of those people working greeted us or even attempted to acknowledge our presence. Eventually we got sick of waiting and left to go to another store. Had they actually acknowledged us and let us know they would be right with us, etc. it would have been a different story. Definitely would not recommend this location!
Is good to have a T-mobile in the area everyone was really nice and helpful. Jiselle was really helpful and funny! Really good customer service Ill be going to this store from now on.
This place suck they never know what they doing. on may 18 it was my son bday and my iPhone turn on and never went back on. i went there and went i got there they told me i have to go to iPhone store because i have insurance with t mobile so it covers for them to check them. i got to the iPhone store and they told me that is not true i have to pay and that i was supposed to put a claim with t mobile. i was so upset so i went to another t mobile store in Orlando mall and he fix my phone it took him to google reboot the phone and it work. this is my 3rd bad experience in this mobile store they are lazy and they dont know what they doing.
The service st Tmobile was very good and the staff were helpful and attentive. Keila did an excellent job taking care of our needs.
Victor was the best !! Fixed my problem within minutes. I had the same problem for months driving my self crazy because it’s my business line. Called technical support 7 times in three weeks nothing was done . Victor fixed it and now I’m back to making money !!! Best customer service ever!!! Thank you again Victor !!!

Do not go to this location, one representative tells you one thing another tells you something different. Tried upgrading my phone and it had a small crack in the screen, I was told I could do a deferred trade in and go home with a new phone with my Jump. Service sucks, their customer service is awful they either ignore you or they move on to a customer they know or I get someone who is clueless in regards to what their procedures are. I would drive to Miami before going to this worthless location!!!

Great addition to Deltona. I was pleased to find that there was T-Mobile close to home but even more so when I went inside. I cant say enough about the rep Sebastien whom I felt went far above and beyond the standard in customer service!
So to be honest I don’t have service at my house in Apopka but this isn’t about the phone service. I stay with T-Mobile and deal with it because of the customer service I receive. New management under Stephan and Jayda has really turned this place around. I hope I spelled their names right. I was talking with them for awhile and got to know them a bit. Very friendly and want to help in any way! Sales is a big thing for them but they want to make sure the people are treated right! The people are fun and I enjoy going to the store! Thank for the great experience! And I’m highly recommending this store to anyone!
If you ever have to visit T-MOBILE in Deltona Fl make sure you ask for Sebastian Hernandez he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and customer friendly when I had to open up a new line Sebastian did not use any pressure to make the sale, he answered in detail all my questions thank you offering such a great customer service

When we arrived to T-Mobile, there were three customers and two employees. From that momwnt, It took three hours to change my phone service from metro pcs to T-Mobile; TOTALLY UNPROSESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. Customers like my self, veterans and senior citizen, deserve a quality and rapid service, no less. My first experience with T-Mobile, totally disappointed.
Horrible customer service. Had to wait an hour for someone to acknowledge me while waiting to be seen. Then the representative added additional lines to my account with out my consent. Now having to return to the store to have my account adjusted after dealing and trying to adjust my account with Tmobile representatives over the phone for an additional hour. I have been with Tmobile for 10years this by far has been my worst experience.
I am glad to know we have a t mobile store in Deltona now. The staff is great and clean. Erick and Jayda did a great job with us. Great customer service and very patience with me and my wife. I purchased the BOGO S8.

Honestly excites 2 have a store n deltona. The 2 guys that help sorry dont remember the name were super helpful. The manager himself... Omg real down 2 earth person. Everyone there works as a unit like a family. Super friendly. Compared 2 the sanford store, these ppl wanna treat u like a family friend, not just the next person n line.
