I have used Quick Response Garage Door twice. A few months ago they replaced the springs on a garage door and made it work perfectly. I was very impressed by their price and quick service. I called them again today at another property and after explaining my problem, the owner told me that it was a simple adjustment that I could do myself. Then he walked me through the adjustment on the phone. You could tell that he was happy to help even though he didn’t get a repair call fee. I highly recommend these guys because they care about their customers. Thanks for the help!!!

Thank you so much for sending Anthony out to fix my garage door. service was great and got it working again. Did some general maintenance on the whole system. They responded to the call within 24 hours. Cost was reasonable and appreciated.

Don’t use this company they are total cons. I had them come and repair my garage door. THe service guy wanted $800 to repair my door. It only needed new rollers and the wires to be tightened. The service worker came and didn’t have the tools or rollers to replace. I had him tighten the wires and frame. I cancelled him to do the rest of the job since he had no parts. To this date after numerous calls and emails they have failed to return me $15 in overpayment for work not performed. Hopefully this true review will cause him ti loose much more. Use someone else stay away from Qucj Response !!!!
