Excellent service. Called late afternoon, on a Sunday. Alex answered and was very professional. He could have completed and charged me for service call if the door could not have been repairs the same day. However, he asked if I could send him a picture(s) of the issue and once he looked at the pictures he was able to determine what he needed for repair. He gave me a time of arrival, was early, validated what we discussed via phone and text, quoted a reasonable Sunday price and did an excellent job plus. He pm’d the door and ensured all questions were answered and all parts were functioning. Would recommend hands down and call again, if ever needed.

What can I say Alex was professional, friendly and have wonderful customer service. He was knowledgeable on what he was doing. I call him short notice, he call me back told me a quote to fix my springs on the garage door he came fix it within an hour also with warranty. His price is fair and quality is worth it!

Absolutely the best customer service experience! Called for a broken spring at 7:30 am in a panic. He was here by 10:20 and done at 11:20. Also replaced both cables. So pleasant and helpful. This our second experience with them over the years and we are so pleased with how prompt and professional!

Like others have said Alex is awesome. Wish i coulda been here to meet him in person but had to work. Had a broken torsion spring yesterday when i got home. Called them up and had appointment setup for 9am today. He arrived on time. Kept me informed. Replaced my springs and cables in no time, which is what i paid for. He also lubed everything, adjusted the opener, and tightened any loose screws or bolts, and im pretty sure he cleaned the whole door too. All that stuff over and above what i paid. Wont call anyone else from now on. They better give Alex a raise. Hes topnotch.

Alex did a great job trying to troubleshoot over the phone and to make sure he had the correct product when he arrived. He did a few other adjustments to the door springs and such for no extra charge. He even showed me and walked me through how to use everything. Thank you!

I have never left a review on anything before but Alex at Advanced Garages, LLC was too awesome. He came the same day that I called to install my new garage door opener and while he was at it serviced the garage door itself which when operated was louder than some concerts that I have been to. The new garage door opener works great and whatever he did to the actual garage door to make it so quiet while in operation is amazing. Not sure how he did it but Im gonna go with... magic.

This young man is the REAL deal. He came out to my house to do an evaluation/estimate for my insurance. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the opener & so we made an appointment for him to come back & do a installation. I called Advanced Garages this morning to fix my garage door springs and give me a quote for a new garage door opener since mine was a loud fossil. I got new springs put on my door and a basically silent opener. They were able to book me for the same day and after they finished they knocked on my door to teach me how to properly lube my door and reccomended intervals. That threw over the top for us!
