This man knew my son was Military and did not need to take his concealed weapons license course, but when me and my husband walked outside he took advantage of my young son and charged him. a service he was falsely supplying to a Military man. He is a Thief and took advantage of a young soldier who did more by serving our country then most people will ever do. Do not go to this man he will give you false information and take your money. You are a disgrace stealing from a military person.

Sady is very knowledgeable and has a great selection of guns in his shop. He prices his guns comparably and offers deals by sometimes adding a laser to the gun, or a grip extension. If you were to buy all items separately, you would pay more. I have purchased 3 firearms from him and r very pleased. It a pleasure doing business with him. I often stop buy just to see how he doing and say hello.

They said they could schedule a concealed weapon class for a Saturday morning. I kept contacting them about it and they did not contact me back and nothing happened. they were also suppose to find a laser for my gun. again no word back from them. very poor service. dont know how they are still inbusiness.

Total crook. Bought a cc class in advance from him. Then he turns around and tells me he isnt going to even be in town for a month. Month goes by, tells me he isnt allowed to do the class anymore, and sorry no refunds. Complete fraud, and can barely understand his broken English.Response to the Crooks response: We offered to give him a refund, but he would have to bring his credit card, which was the original form of payment, and return the gift certificate.Total lie and fabrication. I brought my card AND returned the gift card. He refused to accept. Plain didnt want to give a refund. Hes probably never given a refund on anything, very stingy and crooked. He lies.

I had to give a review since I was present when Michael Owens (Meek Call) came to Deltona Gun Exchange demanding in a nasty way a refund. The owner was very nice and told him he needed to bring back the Concealed Weapon Gift Certificate that he had bought for his father and credit card so he could get his refund. Mr. Garcia never denied him of a refund. Why did he have to lie and write offensive lies. Is he a sick puppy? My father always told me if you dont have anything good to say dont say anything. People have to remember KARMA. By the way I have never seen anyone as honest as Mr. Garcia. And He is a true christian. I have bought two guns from him and he has helped me in every way possible. Another thing he was an English teacher he speaks excellent English. Great place to get excellent customer service.

I went here to take the concealed weapons class and it was free because Im a veteran. Also bought a 9 mm Taurus that I love. Just took my daughter to the range and taught her to shoot. I felt very comfortable with the selection in his inventory, tidiness of his business and professionalism.I being a firearms owner. There was a particular weapon I was looking to own. After several visits and doing research to find what I had wanted. My decision was clear. The owner assisted me with placing my order having it directly sent from the manufacturer. I do plan on purchasing other firearms for my collection at this location. Happens, there is one in DGEs inventory I will be purchasing. The prices are reasonable and affordable.*Side note* - Do your research. Its up to you to know what best suits you when handling a firearm. Came in to check the place out since a friend send me there to buy a gun. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person. He showed me all his 38 revolvers and my wife said we should get it now since things in Deltona are so bad. So we bought a Charter arms 38 and a holster. When we paid the owners said the holster is free since you guys are a first time buyer. Thank you.

As a Disabled Veteran I was looking to purchase a small firearm. Living in Deltona I saw Deltona gun exchange and stop in Sady was very pleasant. And seemed to like to chat which made me comfortable. I explained what I was looking for and he was very informative and not pressing and he offered layaway. I had a great experience. And recommend his shop. Just remember theres no pleasing everyone..

Took a concealed class in Sanford. Did not know there was a gun store in Deltona. Drove by providence blvd. There it was. Went in and was greeted by the owner told him I need help with my paperwork He kindly filled out for me and helped me without even asking for any kind of payment. Extremely nice guy. Came back yesterday for my second time and bought a gun. He showed me almost everything He had. Took His time and asked are you in a hurry. I answer not at all. He continued to help. Out of about 20 guns I narrowed it to 5. Then He told me feel them and point at the wall and compare all of them and see what exactly feels better and pick the one you like more. I picked a Springfield .9mm and bought a Sticky holster and some specialty bullets called Inceptor. He gave me a few freebies too. He helped me a lot it took me about 2 hours to decide what I wanted. He has to many good gun with lifetime warranty. It is hard to pick. I paid cash and He turned around and gave me back a hundred dollar bill that seemed to be stuck to another. What an honest guy. In some other place they probably would of kept it. He is very pleasant, helpful and 100% honest. If someone reads this review Deltona Gun Exchange should be the place to buy your gun and the place to take your Concealed Class. If they were ten star I give Him 12 in this review. Best gun shop in town!! Been searching everywhere for the 9MM XDS and didnt like the big name brand shops due to pressure for buying a weapon and not providing customer service. I just saw this customer speak poorly of the owner and I had to write a review. I have bought a few guns from Deltona Gun Exchange. People are fast to judge others without a base. The owner is a very helpful and Christian man. The shop true is small but he has over 300 quality hand guns, long guns, and plenty of ammo of all kinds. He does not push anyone in buying any gun. In fact he always says it is better to feel the gun and see what feels good in your hand based on the size of your hand. I know since I have bought a few hand guns and a couple of rifles. He is a gentleman all the way. By the way he has posters all over the shop inside and out of Glocks. It seems that Mr. Bravo was in a bad mood and to fast to judge in 2 minutes in a store.

Very friendly guy. Nice clean organized store with nice NEW weapons.Only complaint is that he is very overpriced.I’m a newbie. I bought my first gun from here and unknowingly paid about $55 more than you can find it at any other regular gun shop. His ammunition is very overpriced too!At the deland gun show everybody was selling the same gun for about $80 less than I paid. So it was a bit upsetting. But... lesson learned.From now on I’ll only be buying from gun shows.Overall deserves 5 stars for the nice store he has, for how friendly, and helpful he is.

I have found myself buying a few guns at Deltona Gun Exchange. The owner is very helpful. He offers layaway plan. He also helped me with the concealed class and all the paper work. He even helped me paying the part through the internet. He is very honest and kind. I have seen him help a few people with the internet finger printing payment. The owner (Sandy) is a very bitter rude man. I went in a couple of days ago and never got greeted (just ignored) so I decided to said hi. I told him I was looking to increase my collection and that I have my concealment licence for about 9 years now so he said when I find something to give him a chance to see what price he can get for the same gun. I told him that would be cool since I rather work with a local shop. Today I go back with some gun options and pricing. Again I have to greet him first (not a big deal but where is the customer friendliness). I tell him and show him on my phone the guns and prices I found and then it all starts. the attitude (he must have known he could even get close) you dont even know who you buying them from people are stupid because they are buying guns from the web and the web suppliers cannot give you costumer service you can ship it here but i will not help you with your purchase in any way. I told him I dont care about if i have to pay him a little more for the gun as I am looking for a local shop. Then he start talking about how the our generation of kids (our future) are the dumbest children of all time. That this was a study he saw on the news, LOL. So I told him to show me that study as I dont believe that to be true. He said thats because I am living a lie (coo-coo) and insults kept coming. He must not have wanted to sell me anything because I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I was calm and smiling (this man is troubled). I then told him I dont believe you are speaking to me in that way. Calling a customer and his children stupid. i am 43 yrs old man, not little boy. I was a customer trying to buy several guns from you but that is not happening now. Guys and Gals, theyre are better gun shops in Orange city or Debary that i was greeted and treated with respect. I will rather give my hard earned money to them. Sorry for this long review but this is only half of what I endure in this shop. I happen to be in the shop with 5 other customers in the shop when Barry grumpy came in. I say grumpy because the owner of the shop said HI and he just walked straight in and again with a grumpy face. He just stood there when we all where participating of a bee conversation. A few minutes earlier there were over 7000 bees in front of the shop and thats why. And grumpy took a business card and did not says anything. He did not even looked around. There is the best selection of high end guns in the shop. How can he say that there is no good selection when he did not even looked. Sady is very helpful in everyway. He showed me about 18 different guns. I was not ready to buy but, I decided to buy since he was so helpful and kind. I will buy again from him since he has so many that I want. If you do not go there and buy from him you will be missing out. He also gave me a few gift. Excellent service. AAA+

I have gone today to a few gun shops in Sanford, Orange City, Deland and the last one was in Deltona. The best one so far that has excellent prices and customer service has been Deltona Gun Exchange. What a beautiful well organized shop. The owner helped me so much is unbelievable. He showed me so many handguns and did not mind how much time I took with the handguns. He explain everything I needed to know about the guns. I ended buying a Glock 27 from him and a sticky holster. He even gave me a free sticker, a pin, and a Glock key chain. I myself have purchased a few guns from this store personal and the great professional and personal greetings u get from the owner Mr. Garcia makes u feel at ease when you deal with such things as purchasing your first to your tenth firearm....His great knowledge makes it great for first time buyers to experience buyers...plus it also great not to have deal with the big corporations stores that are not on a personal one to one basis with the customer at hand. Shop has small selection, no AC, owner Sady(who was the only one there) never said a word to me as I was waiting for nearly 30 minutes while he talked about bees near the door, how much he loves cold goins, and other rambling non sense. Ill be damned if I step foot in that place again!

Deltona Gun Exchange is the most honest gun shop we have ever been to. They have a Gunsmith and give CCW classes that are knowledgeable and relavant. The owner works hard to have the best guns and accessories available for the money. If you have any questions they are answered promptly and if he needs to research it he calls you right back. If you have never been to the Deltona Gun Exchange you need to check them out.

Small selection of guns and ammo, as would be expected of such a small store. The owner on the other hand is hardly to be believed. New to the area and looking around another customer came in and was asking about getting his first handgun. We struck up a conversation on the subject and after I mentioned getting a G17 as a first gun, the owner just started spouting utter garbage about the brand. One of his exact quotes were more than 50 people have been shot by Glocks to which I replied, the only way to shoot yourself with a Glock is to point it at yourself and pull the trigger. His first response was A Glock on a counter at the TSA just went off and shot someone. and he went on about the 50 people again.I dont know if he just hates Glock or if he will bash any gun but the one he had in mind to sell that guy, I didnt stick around to find out. Once he started going on about Glocks warranty; nominally one year but Glocks reputation for customer service for even 20 year old Glocks is nearly legendary, I simply left the store and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a Ruger LC-9 and Ar-15 for my wife and a Springfield and a MPA 5.7X28 for myself. Some bullets and a sticky holster. We also took are Concealed Class there. We learned a lot at the class.
