From the beginning of the call the person who answered the phone was unprofessional. Answered the phone rudely and then when I asked how much it would be to put a motorcycle tire on he stated that it would be extra if I had my own tire. We hadn’t even talked about price yet or anything just right away saying it would be extra. Thinking maybe he was having a bad day which we all have I told him that was fine and that I could pay it no problem that I just wanted a tire mounted and balanced on my bike. He then asked what kind of bike I had and I told him I had a Yamaha V Star 1300 to which he responded we don’t work on “those” bikes here. Needless to say they will not be getting my business nor will I be recommending any of my friends go here. Alienating potential customers from hello is probably not the best business model but that’s exactly what these folks are doing. Had they not been super rude on the phone they probably would have also earned my business on a drive belt replacement I need since the rear tire was already going to be off but I guess the money from working on Japanese bikes must be worth less than that from domestics. Rude people.

He found the problem right away on my 2001 harley fat boy. All it was crank shaft sensor and he dyno tune it. Great service. Great price. I will send my friends to him.
