Great experience and cheery atmosphere! The folks working there were very friendly and helpful in ensuring I got everything I needed shipped at the best price. The gentleman was kind enough to help repack my box for me. I wish all businesses treated their customers with such care!

Unacceptable! I arrived as scheduled, paid and fill out all information only to find out that the key was not in the lock box. Called the number provided on the box and it went to voicemail. I waited for 20 min and no one called back. I had to cancel the whole rental and wasted my day! Horrible experience!!!

Great location to drop off packages that are pre-label. They add an additional price on top to make profit which is why I only do pre-labels here but they are open more than other locations and better times so they are great for that!

My experience with U-Post was perfect. they have very good service, organized and clean store. I always want to use there store for my FedEx shipment and even sometimes Post Office services also. They have a very good team that will get out of there store with a smile as big as you wont expect to have. Thank you U-Post for the being there for us when we need your help.

This place is a joke. They obviously didnt know what they were doing. Went in to ship 4 packages and they sent 2 of them in the wrong envelopes because they ran out of the Priority ones I wanted. The man said that it was not a problem. Those 2 packages were returned to my door requiring an extra $17.30 each for the Priority Express envelopes the packages were placed in. The mail man seemed very irritated at this place of business for not charging me the correct amount for the envelopes. On top of that, they were extremely slow. The boy seemed like he had never worked a computer before in his life. I was there for at least 20 minutes for something that shouldnt have taken longer than 5. Will only be returning for them to correct their idiotic mistake.
