Always a wonderful experience with T-mobile. Have been with them for 4 years now. The employees are professional and knowledgeable. The few times I have called T-mobile for information or help, they have always been helpful and professional. I have no complaints and highly recommend that you switch over to them if you arent already a customer.

Came here once when new to town a couple months ago and got hotspot upgrade done and questions answered with no issues.Came back a second time to add more data through a 5g hotspot and add a plan for my wife and Adrian was more than helpful.Unfortunately our area is waiting for the internet service but I look forward to coming back to this location when its more widely available and getting it done.Awesome staff, awesome store. Good job, guys.

We recently moved to a rural area And found out Hughes net was our only Internet option which if you know anything about Hughes net, is no option. We reluctantly checked with T-Mobile not expecting very much. It turns out their coverage is excellent in our area! Adrian patiently spent time answering our questions and taking excellent care of us. We not only got Wi-Fi with T-Mobile but changed carriers for our cell phones. A speed check revealed we are getting 20 megs download and a whopping 45 megs upload!. That’s insane! Previously we had century link which didn’t even come close to this. And this is just a hotspot. We’re looking forward to the time when whole house high speed Internet is available in our area. We are now very happy T-Mobile customers. Adrian in Deming is wonderful! Thank you!

Never did I ever think to jump ship from Verizon. The employees Adrian and Jared explained to me very well about the coverage my phone would have. Not only was my bill less than Verizon but I got to leave with better phones than what I had! I already got my first bill and guess what!?! Every thing was explained correctly so no surprises on my bill. I have to say I am very pleased with my service.

This was by far one of the worst experiences for my grandparents ever. my grandma went in for a new screen protector on her iPhone we currently have att She was told unless she had T-Mobile they would be unable to help her mind you her iPhone was completely paid off and unlocked. She now went from not paying a phone bill to paying around 100 a month when she even told this man why would I pay for a phone when my grandsons pays mine he then told her well dont u want your own account so that way when you need help we can help you because we are just right here. I dont believe you have to be a customer to get help or buy a new screen protector all this man seen was dollor and how he could take advantage of them.They got her to switch to T-Mobile but refused to use her old phone told her it was not compatible with their services which is a complete lie because their policy States you can bring any phone from any network as long as its unlocked So not only did they take her paid off phone but they downgraded her to a smaller phone told her it would be a free swap which was a lie she was put on the 24 Instalment plan they also told her She would need a apple watch for the phone to work properly Which means when we went to cancel they are now charging us for the phone. They also told her She would need all new plugs and chargers for her new phone Which we all know is lie Because all iPhone chargers are the same They took advantage over them Knowing they did not know how this works they also tacked on every accessory you could think of We have filed complaints with corporate and the Better Business Bureau These people are taken advantage of the Elderly because they know they know no better. I believe this mans name is Adrian and the store manager did nothing and stuck by his side I will continue to push this issue until something is done.

The store is new and attractive. The service policy protects customers from Covid-19. The store manager, Jared Rivera, is not only very competent technically; but, extremely helpful in overcoming bureaucratic hurdles outside the purview of T-mobile.
