We stopped in for moving boxes and packing tape and it was about like any other home Depot. The bathrooms were clean, employees are always friendly, the store itself was clean as well as the parking lot. There werent horribly long lines anywhere. I mean all in all it was a pretty standard visit and Im happy.If youre coming here to get something specific this is a good home Depot to go to. From what I could see, everything was stocked and all the employees around were more than willing to help. We got some friendly advice about which boxes and tape we should get for which items we had. Ive moved several times in my life, but for some reason going in and choosing a box seems to be really stressful for no reason at all.Im really happy with the employees here. It also helps that we can just get in and get out when we had tons of people with us who are hungry and tired.

The toy store for grown ups. The random carts and shelves of regular priced merchandise makes this store cluttered and difficult to locate items at times. Our last visit was not ideal, after seeing 7 employees congregating in the isle near the key machine. Not one was able to find they appropriate key to cut a copy for us, and that was after having to interrupt their conversations to ask for help. There was only one older gentleman who didnt come across as being annoyed to have to do his job. Management needs to manage their staff better!

Todays experience was horrible. Upon leaving the store, the door guy literally came inches from someones face just to ask for a receipt. (That was the first time the door guy invaded personal space) This was after watching the customer stand in front of him and check out every item with the cashier. The cashiers also allowed new customers to cut line in front of previous paying customers. The big issue was the door guy. When asked for the receipt, customer told the door guy, you just watched me check out.... After that, the door guy stuck his finger in the customers face as to poke his nose. Who does that? This location is most certainly going down hill with time. Customer service is getting worse for sure. Theres other locations nearby Im sure that you will have a better experience at if this is the new way these people are going to act.

I go to home depot once per day if I need anything or not. It just in my blood. THANKS HOME DEPOT FOR BEING MY FIX.

Visited this store in Denham Springs to purchase some storm doors. Greeted by store employees immediately after entering the store. Staff was very helpful in assisting me in finding the items I was looking for. Store was clean and well stocked. Check out was quick and easy. Products were not damaged and all parts were in the boxes. Very good experience.

Home Depot is one of the worst stores and its class that Ive ever seen. The stores filthy and the employees appear to have no information about what they sell. Whatever you do do not get there stores charge card, trust me on this one. They send the bill to address you havent lived out in 10 years not the one you put on the application for the card. Then they send you a bill with late fees attached because you didnt send in your payment in time. Well the first payment you have no idea when its coming in, so how do you know when to pay or where to pay for that matter matter. The second month I paid the card off in its entirety and cut it up. Im going to Lowes from now on whether its convenient or not. Whether I have to travel 20 miles out of the way I will.

The Home Depot, it is a nice store were you can get all you home building needs. The customer service was good. We were helped by a guy that knew where the parts were that we needed and lead us right to them. I enjoy there wood section because of all the different types they have. I will be back to this Home Depot again.

Have most of what you need, lawn equipment, indoor or out door equipment,almost anything that I need.

HD is HD. Always has what I need at a price I will pay. Their card helps a lot too.

Ordered online and did curbside delivery and was simple and quick. Checked in and waited a few minutes and they brought it out and loaded in my car

This home depot needs to step up the inventory. Its only big box in Denham so its got the market for it. Im starting to go to Lowes(tools and supplies,materials) 6 miles away or Stines(for lumber mostly) 5 miles away to avoid them.

Limited menu. Not a fan. Our waitress was kind and helpfulNot her fault.

The only reason. Im giving it 5 stars is because of 1 employee, Laura, who went above and beyond to make sure that we left with what we came for. She went out of her way to get the grill we wanted and helped us measure it to make sure we could it in our vehicle. She even helped get it in, and no one else there seemed to care to help us out.

Quite possibly the worst hardware store I have ever been to. Most of the employees go out of their way to avoid customers. Today, I decided to stop by here against my better judgment to pick up a battery. It was advertised as $30 but magically became 42 when I got to the register. None of the employees really knew what was going on and insisted that I pay the extra money. Needless to say, Im just going to go to Lowes instead. Almost every time Ive gone into this store, there has been some sort of issue. I think they get away with it because they are the only one in Denham Springs.

Went to price hot water heaters since mine was showing signs of wear. I was shocked to see prices for this item had nearly tripled but still less than the plumber supply store. They claim to have a design center but charges a fee of 100 to come out. Seems like a common rip off to its customers.

Use the 1st entrance when you make that Left into Home Depot. I called last night because I was able to Move by 05:45. Spoke to a Lady, she said I could come as early as 10:30am. I mixed up my Loads and went to my next stop by mistake. Lost 2 hours. I got here at 11:57am. She has an attitude telling me Im an hour late. I apologized and told her the mistake. Mind you, my actual appt was 12:30-15:30. I got here at 11 and she has an attitude. Tried to steal my joy when she saw me speaking to a Gentleman. She asked if I had the other Shippers merchandise on the Trailer. Okay, lady. Get ahold of yourself. Smdh The Man was very nice.Update: It took her 3 hrs to unload 23k lbs. I wasnt brought my paperwork until the next Driver arrived.

I had my worst experience in this store of all The Home Depots I have been in. The staff at the returns and order desks are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Its not like they were mean, but Im hauling a flat bed full of moving boxes close to a 100. Theyre falling everywhere Im standing by their desk and they ignore me. They refuse to give me eye contact or ask if I need assistance. A desk that had at least 7 employees standing there talking.I am a disabled senior if it was not for another customer I would not have made it all the way to the other check out area. I will drive to Lowes going forward.

If you want to catch COVID, this is the place to go. I recently went inside this store only to see a multitude of people without masks. There were signs on the entrance that said that masks were MANDATORY, but apparently the managers at this Home Depot dont care enough about their clients or employees to bother enforcing this very important rule. Avoid the appliance sales at all costs. Employees, when you can find one, dont know anything about the products, shipping, installation and warranties.This store is the poster child for why people say to avoid big box stores in favor of small businesses who are knowledgeable and provide hands-on, courteous service.

Masks wearing not enforced at this store!!! Got email my online order was ready yet when I got there everything ordered (glass shades) was broken. Nice products but need better customer service communication.

Very disappointed in this store, went in at 7pm... 2 hours before they closed. Tried to buy a tree, my husband works late and we have a hard time getting to the store early but I think 2 hours before they close is still reasonable. No one would help us, they brought all garden people in the second we walked out there. They wouldnt even talk to us, then we had some kid in another department page out for someone to help us in garden. He actually said there were plenty of people there in the department that could help us, they only closed the registers not the whole department. No one came to help, asked for a manager, never came to talk to us, asked a cashier what we could do and she actually said go get it yourself. Wow!!! Will never come here again. Contacting corporate in the moring...

Ordered a countertop from Home Depot on July 26. Tracking showed it delivered to the store on August 6. On August 17, after multiple calls to the store and Homedepot.com, a replacement was sent to the store because my original countertop could not be located. It showed as delivered but hadnt been keyed in when taken off the truck. The 2nd countertop showed delivered August 24 according to tracking which was confirmed by 2 homedepot.com personnel. On August 27, I called yet again to see where my item was as I hadnt gotten a pickup email yet. The woman at the home depot store told me it wasnt there and wasnt scheduled to arrive until September 1 despite the tracking saying it was there. On August 28, I called the store again and someone else told me the same thing so I then called homedepot.com once more. That lady was able to confirm that my item was indeed at the store in the warehouse and soon after I got an email saying I could pick it up. The issue was supposedly that the employees werent looking for a reordered item and were searching for the original but the order number was the same so that makes zero sense to me.. Went to home depot and picked up the countertop. Got home and opened the box and its clear this thing has been sitting in their warehouse for weeks as its bowed in the middle. Completely unacceptable but at this point, I have no choice but to use it. Will definitely not use them again for projects.

One of the worst entrance and exit layouts i have seen. You might think park by the entrance, but no. The only exit is at the very opposite end of the store in lumber. Good luck with this cluster.

Customer Service here is the worst I have ever experienced. I brought a mower in for repair 31 days after I bought it and it was over the limit. I had to pay for a warranty repair, while it was in repair they ran over it with a forklift. They wouldnt repair it or refund the money I already paid. The mower was not repaired and they wanted more money for the repair and would not acknowledge the damage by the forklift. The wheel was sideways and wouldnt roll. The air filter was ripped and hanging off. Sad I had to make 4 visits and still no fix.

I rented a stump grinder on a Saturday. Sunday morning it was working at 10am it stopped. We let it cool down for an hour still wouldnt start. Drove almost a hour to swap it out. Still had until 5 bedore it was time to return it and they still wanted to charge me full price. I may be a female but you will not and cannot get over on me.
