We contracted with Alumashield Metals Industries and gave them a $465 deposit to install a 10 x 20 patio cover. In addition, they agreed to remove an existing concrete patio and install a new concrete pad. It has been one week since they removed the old concrete and built a form for a new pour. Each day we are promised that theyve made arrangements with a concrete company and our slab will be poured. Yesterday, we were told the pour would be at 11am but nobody showed up at the job site. Then we were told the pour would be at 10:30am today and again, nobody showed up. We are left with a hole in the ground and a pile of dirt and sod in our backyard...but no concrete pad or patio cover. The company is a sham and I hope to see them in small claims court shortly.
