Usually, like most Wal-Marts, its a hit or miss with the service and the time of when your vehicle is being serviced. I have brought my vehicle here off and on for years and about 5 out of 10 times it was a quick oil or tire change and the staff was excellent and friendly. I would recommend going Monday through Thursday and about 30 minutes to an hour after opening if you arent wanting to settle on waiting.

I was really disappointed with these guys. I have a flat tire and they wouldnt put another tire on it for me. I even have the replacement tire in the back of my truck. Now, Ive got to risk a blow out driving somewhere else that will help me with this flat. Ive got to say I used to prefer Walmart because of the prices but now I will not use ever these guys for tires. This really put a bad taste in my mouth.

Customer service is definitely lacking for most of the staff (thats including the female manager). Extremely slow, as if its on purpose and no communication on the progress. They put the wrong oil in another customers car while I was there, that spoke volumes! No attention to detail, appearance, or professionalism. I will never go back

Work was done good but slow to me . I really do not like the staff that much, enough so that Ill probably not return, but maybe its just me . The last couple of times I was there I felt no genuine desire to assist me, it seems like they only do what they have to do .

A little backed up but they did tell me that before I signed the approval. Other than that, I was satisfied with the battery change.

Terrible automotive center! The young lady who came out to my car gave me a lot of attitude and didnt seem to know what she was talking about in terms of tires. I ended up going to Walker Wal-Mart automotive. Save yourself the attitude and frustration and go to Walker instead. Its just too hit and miss at the Denham Springs Wal-Mart!

Do you like it when you bring a brand new car in to get an oil change and the employees break your car? Do you like the resulting damage to cost hundreds of dollars to repair? Do you like having to rent a car because Wal Mart screwed it up so bad that it became undrivable? Do you like when the manager of said employees tries to shift blame to the dealership and imply that youre lying? If so, then this Tire center is for you!

Been waiting for more than 30 minutes to get core fee for my battery. Clerk has called for a CSM twice but still waiting.

Shorthand’s and the wait was terrible. The desk cashier was bordering on rude. They had one mechanic and he acted like he’d rather be any where else. I will probably not return.

Horrible service I waited 3 and a half hours to get tires put on my car I also had one of my rims were scratched now the other three have scratches on them I think they waited until dark to give me my car so I wouldnt be able to see that but when I got home I checked the car and seen the scratches on the other three they kept putting other people in front of me one of the people who was in front of me she had to bring her car back because they put the wrong size tire on her vehicle I will never let them touch my car ever again I will choose a different location to do business with
