I brought in a shot gun to have it cleaned. No call back. They lost the id tag so they never called and i had to id my gun to get it back . Brought a second shotgun to have it cleaned. no call back. They lost the tag again and i had to id . after i got it home i noticed a screw missing so i inspected the gun closer . the magazine was full of dirt and rust. appears it was never touched . It is like they just wiped it down? I really wanted to like this place but to many errors and lack of effort sent me away.

I highly recommend this Gun shop for ALL of your firearms needs. They are honest, reliable and knowledgeable. The level of professionalism is superior to any other gun shop I have ever been in and their prices are better.

This is one of the most knowledgeable shops in the area!! The wealth of knowledge that the staff has is refreshing and the customer service is superb. They will take the time to explain things correctly to you and make sure you are buying the right things instead of just taking your money! They offer support after a sale too which is hard to come by nowadays. Not sure what he negative reviews are about, but you can’t please everyone and some people just like to complain no matter what you do. NO complaints here though! I will be a life-long customer!!

Completely mismanaged store and the entire staff is clueless on how to treat customers. I took my AR in there to get a new hand guard put on it. I was told it would only take 2 weeks, after a month I call them to check on it. I was told that there was a virus that hit everyone in the store and he (he being Brandon the owner/ guy with the beard) would get on it right away. After another week of waiting I call back and Brandons wife tells me it is next on the line up, I ask her how long it will be she tells me ANOTHER 2 WEEKS! Some words were exchanged and then 2 days later my gun was ready. Then she calls my wifes phone ( I cant be on my phone when Im at work) she doesnt identify herself to my wife so my wife then finally tells her who she is and that my gun is ready. I go to pick it up and then Brandon goes on to tell me that my wife was the rude one. At first I thought he was just trying to be funny but then I realized he was serious. Sorry thats not how you talk to your customers especially when you cant deliver in the time frame you promised. Horrible customer service and horrible attitudes from everyone in that store. Stay away.

I went in to purchase my first pistol saturday. Staff was very courteous and knowledgable. Great experience. 12/10 would recommend and return.

Its a great local business staffed by some helpful people. Walking into a store when you know your knowledge is limited can be intimidating. In my experience, that feeling can be heightened at a gun shop. Not here! The staff was very respectful, answering my questions and offering a wealth of information. This place is why it pays to support local businesses. You wont find this service or dedication at the big stores.

Great professionalism, a man that knows his guns, business and how to properly treat people. Rather beginner to the most advanced, Brandon can help you out and guide you. For someone to say that he was disrespectful must not have been in the same place or maybe a law was trying to be broken which being an FFL holder he has to abide by the law. He has helped the local community, olive department and veterans. I will be back time after time.

Love Bayou Gunslingers! Brandon is so awesome! Helpful and honest. Won’t sell you something you don’t need just so he can make a buck. Over Christmas he was extremely busy but answered my text and calls every time. He supports our troops and goes out of his way to contribute to the community. Won’t be disappointed here!!!!Also, it’s a shame the entitled and disgruntled person who made the pervious comment makes a public forum his complaint platform, doesn’t disclose the facts/truth and decides after the fact to defame this company because they can’t comprehend the difference between protect privacy and being rude.

Disgraceful. The man with the beard (from my understanding, hes the owner), has ABSOLUTELY NO regard for customer service. I witnessed him treat another customer, and his mom so disrespectfully. . . I didnt want them to have my $. And I would not want any other person to experience the disrespect that I witnessed.

Used them to transfer an online purchase which was a hard to find pistol. Very nice people to deal with and would definitely shop there for my next purchase. They have a lot in the store, check them out!

Went in there looking for some pins for my AR. asked the lady behind the counter if they had any and she asked some bearded dude. He opened the glass and told me they only had a certain kind threw them on the counter and walked away. I then waited about 3-5 min for someone to check me out while the people behind the counter just kinda stood there. I will never be going back there they were very rude. I will be sticking with BJ Pawn across the street and Jims Firearms.
