While the staff is always friendly and helpful, most time your come into this store be prepared to be there for about 30 minutes because there is always a computer down or problems with the system. This location is nearest to my home and I visit it often and face these issues of only having 1 person/computer that youre able to get service from. Super frustrating and the line is pit the door 8/10 times when I go because of these reoccurring issues.

Yes, he was just doing his job.However, Watson helped me unload the million packages out of my filled to the brim car, let me use the stores dolly, scanned/weighed each package quickly and efficiently, and most importantly to me was extremely nice and seemed to enjoy the temporary pain and suffering I put him through.Thanks again, Watson!

Why are they always out of legal sized UPS shipping envelopes? Then try to charge me for an envelope since theyre out of the free envelopes. Also gets defensive because I question why theyre always out. I stated that I ordered some online because theyre always out. Employee says that maybe theyre out because of the same reason I havent received my online order yet. I just placed the order yesterday. What? Instead of getting defensive, maybe you should listen to your customers and try to resolve the issues. Whoever the owner of this store is should get someone to train their employees on good customer service. Theyre busy right now but if another store comes along that has better customer service and inventory levels, thats where my business will go!

This store violated UPS policy by refusing my packages of live fish, all packed to the exact standard specified on the UPS website. This is after dropping off live fish shipments at this location for multiple weeks with prepaid labels and no issues. Made me miss the cut off when I had to go to another store that gladly took my shipments and confirmed the fish could be shipped no problem as always. If these fish die because of the extra day in transit, Id say thats on the manager of this location. Apparently as a franchise the Denham location can make up their own rules on a whim. I will see if thats actually true. According to one UPS source so far, this is not true. This is not over.

Always fast, friendly service. They are professional & show great care in their customers. Im actually very surprised about some of the negative comments. Although Im not saying their critique of this business is disingenuous, my personal experience has been superb! Many of the negative reviews have NOTHING to do with this independently operated business (independent of UPS). Just because it shows the UPS name/insignia on the building, doesnt mean the UPS Corporation owns it. This store has ZERO control over the UPS operation once it leaves their store. And additionally, they have ZERO control when drivers can not or will not delivery it to your business/home but deliver it to this store instead. Think of them as a personal mailbox for UPS. Just as the USPS doesnt own your home mailbox, neither does UPS own these independent UPS Stores. Do you blame your mailbox for delivery or shipping misfortunes? No... blame the people responsible in the shipping/delivery operation once it leaves the mailbox.

Only thing they are capable of is an Amazon return. I tried to ship some docs to Canada and the high school student at the counter had no idea what to do. They called someone out the back who didnt seem anymore capable. I gave up on them as I wasnt sure it would arrive. Went to fedex and in minutes had it shipped for half the cost they quoted me at ups.

Excellent job of getting me and other patrons needs resolved promptly.During COVID lock-down I emailed them about a missing return-to-amazon package I believed I dropped off. Their team did an AMAZING job in spite of working remotely of tracking down my package. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of responsiveness and detail in trying to locate it.In retrospect, the package was never dropped at the store, but the stores actions to track it down were excellent. Thanks!

This UPS store (Denham Springs, LA, Range Ave) lost an $8,000 check that a client of mine needed next day. The tracking number showed that it never left their store. When I called, the girl working counter (Haley) wasnt too sure what to do. Told me UPS would take 7 days to investigate the matter and that I might find out whats going on after that. So now I have an $8,000 check floating out there, my client is unpaid, and UPS cannot give me an answer for 7 days per this stores explanation. When I asked to speak to manager, Haley told me there was no manager present. Splendid is the managers name and shes not there to help me. This stores response and handling of the matter is totally unacceptable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got to the UPS store at 6:32 and they close at 6:30. I had a prepaid/boxed package that just needed to be dropped off. The 5 employees in the store just stared at me and talked/laughed amongst themselves. I tried showing my prepaid label to make them aware that I simply needed to drop the box with them, but they avoided eye contact with me and continued to giggle.I get that you closed 2 minutes ago, but would it inconvenience you that much to take my box, or at least say something to me?

I was in the Denham Springs area for a week and was expecting two packages to be delivered during that time. I called this store before I had the packages shipped, gave my name and explained I was expecting two packages. First one was delivered early and I picked it up without incident. The second package was to be delivered today (3/24). It was refused by the manager of the store as apparently they were not expecting it and didnt know who it was for, regardless of the fact a phone number was left for them, one was present on the package, and I had just been in the day before to pickup the 1st package. I am sure if the task is something simple, not requiring any independent thought, they are perfectly capable. However, if your request deviates from anything the manager is unaccustomed to, go elsewhere as it will clearly be above their ability. I will now have to intercept my package at the FedEx shipping center in Baton Rouge before it is flown back to the shipper. I am sure if they respond, there will be some drivel about how this is my fault, as is typical for service providers to do. However, just know, I provided them the information they requested, left a phone number, and was not requested to do anything else to receive my package other than a photo ID and a $5 charge. It is clear that the employees and managerial staff need to work on internal communication to avoid nonsense like this again.

I have never had a good experience with UPS in the past 5 years of dealing with them. The people at the locations are never of any help and the people online are even worse. When the flood happened I had them put a temporary hold on my mail so it wasn’t getting sent to a house i couldn’t even get to, that went somewhat okay but ever since then even when i’ve sent between 10-15 emails about it, they STILL hold my packages. Now the packages just get held at random access points so I have to go out of my way and miss work hours to get a package because they can’t press what?? two? three buttons to stop holding my mail??

Im okay with the people at the desk but the drivers will almost always bring whatever i order here so that I can pick it up. Im not going to pick it up. Im tired of ordering stuff to be delivered just so that I dont even get it at my house. This is a recent problem and I have a normal house... No reason they shouldnt send it to me. This might not be where I should leave a review but the customers voice is never heard only through a franchise of someone who can get close.

The staff here are wonderful! I have a mailbox with them, use them to ship packages, and even print notes and flyers sometimes. Ive always gotten great service & would recommend them to anyone!

The employees here are extremely nice & professional & pretty much every day they have a giant box of free donuts from the bakery next door.I’m giving a low review because upon renewing my mailbox subscription I asked if I could only renew for a single month because I knew that I was going to be moving soon. I was told that the shortest mailbox rental available was for 3 months. I asked again at the time that I closed out my mailbox if there was anyway that I could be refunded for the 2 months that I wasn’t able to use and I was told that I could not be refunded.I completed a change of address form a week before I moved and a week after I moved they received a very small package that had been shipped internationally for me. Then they told me that I needed to pay for them to forward it to me!I requested that they waive the forwarding fee and forward it to me for free since they had already gotten 2 months of a mailbox subscription out of me that I was not able to use and the manager refused to concede.So after practically stealing $30 from me they then would not even concede the few dollars that it would take to forward me this package that should not have even gotten to them in the first place because I had completed my change of address form within plenty of time.So I’m giving them a low review because of the pettiness on the principle of a few dollars that they weren’t considerate enough to wave after screwing me out of $30.

Brought our Christmas packages to the wrong address and then refused to help in any way even though they had on record that their person brought it to the wrong address. Literally no help at all when my husband called. Now our reordered Christmas presents will be late. Serious bummer
