We stayed in the cabin Trains I missed...... cozy and updated! Smell of the pines right when we walked in. Such a homey and calm vibe. We needed this place as a getaway and will continue to come back and recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you Courtney and Rebecca:)

Amazing experience good deals. And the guy that helped us load it. Not sure what his name was he had a accent and young. We have never experienced the kind of helped he gave us. He cared and you don’t get help like that from people. Thank y’all.

Horrible customer service. Do not stay in a TinStar Co. cabin in Broken Bow! Pictures on the website and VRBO do NOT correlate to the actual cabins. Please DM us for accurate photos as well as correct info on our stay. Cabins are filthy and not maintained. We have given Courtney multiple attempts to correct raw sewage smell in cabin, hair in bathtubs and shower, filthy kitchen; all to no avail! My sweet husband spent hours setting up the Wifi and cleaned the entire cabin on our vacation. We will never stay in a TinStar Co cabin again. Severely overpriced and ZERO accountability -- owner is off-site and refuses to take any responsibility to correct unsanitary conditions. With abundant options in Broken Bow for high-end cabin rentals, steer clear of TinStar cabins! If we could give ZERO stars, we would!!!

Actually was at the storage building part and they have some excellent buildings there, great owner too, very informative and friendly! We are renting to own soon there!

Cathy ordered a piece of furniture that was not easy to get and even replaced when it came damaged. She was AWESOME! Very personable and treated us like family. When we made the hour drive we found it is worth your time and we should have come to see their inventory before we bought other furniture at the big box stores. Really cool stuff!!

Fantastic folks, make you feel like friends. Outstanding furniture and home decor full of character; its my go to spot. I found out today they offer design services, too. They stayed open late to help my particular wife with designing a couch today. Much thanks!

It is wonderful to walk into a furniture store and immediately be able to picture that couch and love seat with all the accessories in your living room or that dining table and hutch in your dining room. I get that feeling every time I walk into Tin Star Furniture. My home is starting to look like a Tin Star display!This store has everything beautifully displayed which helps in visualizing how it would look in your home. They carry a huge selection in store that can be taken home same day in most cases and what they dont carry, they can get. I have fallen in love with their rustic line but they offer much more than that. The customer service is outstanding. They know me by name and help me pick out the perfect pieces for my home. They have always worked with me on price and even offer a layaway plan that I have used. I cant say enough good things about Tin Star! Love them!

Tin Star went out of their way to help me order a bed rail then completely went out of their way for me to pick it up. Thank you Tin Star for your amazing customer service. Now I have my bed. Very happy. You guys are great.

Super rude owners! And their inventory & products are cheaply made pieces of junk! Spent about $1,000 on a couch and a piece of decor and less than 8 months later the couch is already falling apart!

Everything about Tin Star from the great staff to the prices is wonderful! As a shopper I have found that Tin Star will meet or beat prices I have found at other stores in the area! A great place to find great unique pieces for any room in your house!
