This shop was recommended to me to get my brakes done and Im really happy with my experience. I was extremely nervous because the last place I took my previous car to get brake pads replaced did a horrible job and the brakes completely gave out as we drove home. Str8line did an amazing job and is the most honest shop Ive ever been to. This is now the only shop in Texas Ill be trusting with my brakes.

Donn is a great guy and an excellent mechanic. He installed tires, a level lift and shocks on my Suburban. It still needs offset upper control arm bushings to make it align perfectly. I highly recommend Str8line Alignment, theyre good folks to deal with!

I dont write online reviews all that often, but I truly feel this business deserves an endorsement for their excellent service, knowledge and fair pricing. They quoted me a price while on the phone, set up an appointment, completed the service exactly as promised and at the price they quoted. As auto repair and maintenance goes, Str8line Alignment made it as pleasant as possible and have earned the trust and repeat business from another happy customer.

Did the job much faster than I anticipated. Did everything they said they would do and did it right. I would go back and have recommended it to friends. I even heard about this place through a recommendation. I had new struts/ shocks, ball joints, hubs, control arms, brakes and rotors and all was done the day after I dropped it off. The alignment after was right on.

Paid for a full 4 wheel alignment. They only did the front claiming the machine said the rear was correct. Taking to another shop to get the work finished correctly.

Awesome customer service. Called and needed an alignment that day and he worked me in that day. Fair price and I left with confidence that the job was done correctly. About to drop off a 2nd car tomorrow. Highly recommend.

Very clean organized shop, very helpful and knowledgeable guys working there, they do not push products they only do great service. My Jeep needed new Ball Joints, they quickly and efficiently took care of the work, addressed my concerns and made sure everything was working right. Excellent shop.

I hate to give one star but i feel 220.00 dollars for one hour labor is just way to high when i furnish all the parts. They did a great job and are very nice people but when i called and got a quote to get my daughters first car work on and they told me it would take 2 hours to do and the price would be the 220.00 dollars. Well it only took you an hour to do and when i ask about why i was being still charged the two hour rate the person just said we agreed on the 220.00 rate. I hope you do not do this to your other customers. Bad thing is i even told this person about my daughters situation and he seemed not to care.
