By far one of the BEST dealerships EVER! Danny Baxley was great. Very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping you find the best vehicle for you. In our case, a Graphite 2021 Chevy Traverse!! We totally enjoyed our time at Classic Chevrolet...Marshal White was a wonderful closer and Billy and Tommy made the experience fun.

Truck was in and out in a timely manner. Service Dept was more than accommodating and went over and above on my vehicle. They performed more than I asked for at no additional expense. Thank you Classic Chevy for your consistent reliability!

Called and Michael at service department said they could work me in to replace a water pump since its a smaller job. Went by the next day and he said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. Service manger did call me personally about two hours later and say they could try to work me in Monday. Then about 30 minutes later I received another call letting me know they could make the repairs the next morning. They went above and out of their way to make the misunderstanding right. Thank you for putting your customers first and making things right even when the customer might of been the one who caused it.

Danny is one of the most honest, genuine, and pleasant people to work with. Very upfront and knowledgeable on the costs, the trade-ins, and the features in the automobiles. No sales pressure but genuinely interested in putting you in a vehicle that fits your needs and makes you happy. The rest of the Sales staff (Zephen, Tommy) and Sales Manager (Billy), as well as Marshall in Financing were really focused on providing a pleasant and enjoyable experience. He didnt speak over me because Im a woman, he talked to all of us including our 14 year old son about our pickup and tried to make sure and point out features specific to each of us. He was honest and upfront and didnt try to make a more expensive sale just because he could. He really seemed like he was in it to make sure we got what we needed, not just to make money. The lot was super clean and organized. Even though we didnt use the dealerships banks and went through our own bank for the loan Josh Lemmonds still helped us out with making sure our bank sent over all the necessary paperwork and was super helpful throughout the process.

I give this company 1 star because you have to in order to leave a review but my experience was the most awful I’ve ever had with a dealership! I am from the Texas panhandle and was recently in a wreck that caused my car to burn completely. I have been searching high and low for a vehicle that would suite my families needs. I had spoke with Yvonne via email and text for 3 days when we decided to make the drive to Denison to purchase a Suburban. We set an appointment for Saturday morning after discussing with Yvonne how serious we were about purchasing the suburban and even asking for a deal sheet so we wouldn’t have the car sold from under us before we arrived. She assured us to just be there Saturday morning and they would take care of us. We arrive Saturday morning and the service with Ty was wonderful he showed us the vehicle all the ins and our let us test drive and we were excited and ready to talk numbers. That’s when it all fell apart. After Ty tried talking to the finance department about using the authorization number (because I’m a college student) he came back with devastating news. While we were on our test drive they had signed papers with someone else!! What?! Needless fo say we were hot! We had driven 5 hours bought a hotel room and taken our 6 week old baby on a pointless road trip all to have it sold out from underneath us. At this point we speak to Billy and he asks for more information because apparently they were unaware of the conversations I had been having with Yvonne. After discussing the GM Zach comes and asks us what is going on. We proceeded to explain to him what had happened. He was very kind and told us that if that was the case then we could talk numbers and if it worked out then we would get the vehicle and they would find another for the guy they sold the one we came to look at. At that point we start talking numbers. I know at my credit union I could get a great rate but they promised me they could do better by financing through GM. So we give them our information and the finance guy comes back and is ecstatic to tell us he can’t get us at 5.79%…as well as he had tacked on an extended warranty and GAP. I explained to him we weren’t even close on numbers and again I could go through the credit union for a way lower interest rate. After two separate times of “going back to see what we can do” he came in with the GAP taken off and 3.79%. I explained again that I could get a better interest rate through my credit union he said that they were not going to sell me the car unless we financed through GM. I said “so basically your bullying me into going through y’all for financing or I can’t have the vehicle”. Mind you by this time the vehicle price had gone from $68,890 to $75,000 on the deal sheet. The finance guy stated that “I’m just doing good business by keeping it in the dealership “. At this point I walked away with my daughter because I’m not going to be bullied into buying a car because I’m in a situation with no vehicle not to my own doing and they could care less because they’ve already sold the vehicle. At that time they tell my husband that we should be trying to make a deal because they are selling it to us instead of the other guy. My husband told them they were not going to speak to me or bully me in that manner. Then the finance guy told him we never had a deal to begin with. We left the dealership very angry for how we were treated. The same day we were able to call another dealership and get into a suburban for $12,000 less that they were trying to sell it to us for and the customer service was excellent! Beware of the slimy people they will come out and take you for all your worth if your not firm and willing to walk away. I don’t know how people like this sleep at night taking from people in bad circumstances!

I took my car in for an oil change. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Although they were very busy at the time, it did not take long at all. The trim from the front bumper had come loose on one side. I did not say anything about it. The technician fixed the trim and didnt tell me. What a wonderful surprise I had when I noticed it had been fixed.Just an awesome team all the way around!

I just order a new corvette from Classic Chevrolet today. Yes there is a wait due to availability, but they gave me more info than any other dealer I have called. They also believe I will receive my car in much less time than other dealers I spoke to. I highly recommend you giving them a call and ask for Brad in new car sales. And yes my name is Brad also and no I don’t work there. They are fair and give you straight answer’s. But be patient with this particular car order, it will take time. I am really happy with this dealership. I had an issue with the oil filter leaking after a recent oil change. This happens sometimes. A defective filter or the filter getting cross-threaded. It happens. I had my car towed back to the dealership and they found the oil filter was defective. Replaced it and cleaned all the oil that had leaked underneath my car. No hassle. No making me feel like it was something I did or didnt do. I have always had a good experience with this dealership.

The attention to my needs was exceptional. Zephen was friendly and addressed all my questions. I was made to feel important as a customer.

Took the truck in for service and to put on accessories and get VIP Wash. They didnt wash the truck and put the floor liners on dirty floors. Had to take them out and clean them myself. Manager was no help at all.

Was told by service they didnt want to accept vehicles that were ever worked on by any other chevy dealer. I would say if you buy from them and are local and dont plan on driving your vehicle out of town, you might be all right. If there is a possibility the vehicle you buy will go out of town for vacations or commute, I would not buy from them. I am currently paying for a car that I bought from Classic in grapevine. It was a good experience, but I dont think I will buy another car from Classic in the future. God bless. I normally only give one star or five stars, but they did let me use their awning while I found a different dealer to take care of my corvette. Thank and God bless

Tommy Sikes was patient, very helpful and was able to crunch numbers fast. They will work with you! While looking around the lot. People arent overbearing or follow you around to try and make a sale. Very pleasant experience, while making a big decision.

I was sitting in a parking lot at an Orthodontists office on Thursday 10/29 when the battery died on my Escalade. A kind gentleman who was parked behind me in the lot offered to run over to Classic Chevrolet and ask the service department to send someone over to jump the battery. 10 minutes later, the service vehicle shows up and gets the vehicle started. I ended up going over and getting a battery from the dealership. I believe I spoke to Kristi(?) who handled everything with ease and got my vehicle on the road fairly quickly. I just want to say thank you all for your help.

These guys were friendly and helpful, let me walk the lot and look at trucks. Not everywhere wants you to walk the lot, theyd rather bring the car up to the front, so I appreciate that. Although we wont be buying a truck here, these guys are well worth checking out if looking for a Chevy.

I had an awesome experience with Josh Lemmond at Classic in Denison. He was my sales person from the start. Im from the DFW area and Classic Denison was the only dealership in Texas to have exactly what I needed. Thats where my awesome experience ended. After dealing with the finance department, I left falling victim to a common scam referred to as YoYo. Its when you leave a dealership being told your credit is good and there shouldnt be any issues, but you leave with the vehicle without signing anything. There was a small unavoidable hiccup in retrieving my General Motors employee discount authorization, but shouldnt have delayed any of the process. After calling and texting numerous times to return to sign papers, I was met with the excuse that my credit wasnt that good and I would either need to put down $2500 cash to get a better rate (which I wasnt prepared to do), or take the 12.17% offer. I took the higher interest thinking I could just refinance it against my better judgement. They told me our fico score was low, but 624 and 757 is not low, so their reasoning was flawed to put it nicely. Either way, it was deceptive and after finding out that I could get a loan from my bank for 4.65 I started calling them because the bank said it hadnt been titled yet. Oh my goodness, when I started telling them what I needed to do, they started becoming unhinged. It wasnt until I contacted General Motors, which led to a telephone conversation with them, did they reverse everything! I also found out they had tacked on a premier warranty and Gap insurance, without even discussing this with me, totaling over $3000! When I finished this nightmare, I was able to save a few dollars under $16,000.00 over the life of the loan and I could get an extended warranty with my General Motors employee discount much, much cheaper. I learned a lesson with this, as easy as it usually has been as a GM employee to purchase, dont be naive and coast through the process like have done in the past. There are snakes lurking about ready to strike! I would say it would be fine to purchase from this dealership but you need to be aware about the different scams and pressure tactics that all dealerships play. They dont like being called out on their immoral practices and can get pretty nasty when you call them out on them. Thank goodness for GM, they were a huge advocate for me but not everyone has the luxury I have! Beware and youll be fine!

AMAZING place! I cannot say enough great things about this place. We got the same truck that Durant had-but they wouldnt work with us in Durant-didnt even want to barter. We had called Classic that morning before we went to Durant and their numbers were a little high. After Durant was not willing to work with us in the slightest, we gave up and decided it wasnt meant to be. Then Classic called us back later that afternoon with a deal that we had requested-they made the numbers work-and we were driving home in our new truck that afternoon!!! They went above and beyond for us and we will be return customers!!! We are now Classic customers!
