We used this place during the transition to Eric and had terrible service and started going to McKinney. We decided to give them a try again and the service was none the better. It was easy to get a service appointment, they got to our car for oil change and tire rotation. They told my wife we needed a cabin air filter, which is not true because the filter is less than 3 months old. When the car came home it smelled of hot oil. There was oil all over from sloppy work. They charge environmental fees but didnt even use a towel to wipe up the spilled oil. I tried to contact them to complain through the online form and have been ignored.Update: We have been contacted by Classic and they have offered to refund the cost of the service. We actually talked to an Operations Manager and Service Manager.

I tried to give this place a few tries but each time I had a bad experience. The first time I brought my vehicle here to get serviced they provided me suggestions of what could use attention. One of which was one of my vehicles axels was bent. I’ve never heard of this being an easy issue to cause. Not saying it’s impossible but not common. (Fast forward, I took my vehicle to have a different service center check it out and they informed me clearly that this type of axel is meant to provide a fair level of bending for varying road conditions.) A separate time I took my vehicle in to get a diagnostic check. A clerk confirmed that the diagnostic cost would go towards the cost of the repair if I wanted to go through with getting the work done. I eventually went through with the work and at the end, when it came time to pay, I found that the lady did not subtract the cost of the diagnostic test from the original cost of the work being done. They tried charging for the cost of the work, and an additional diagnostic fee. For 15 minutes I had to keep pushing to explain how they were trying to overcharge me for the work they completed. The clerk then tried to pull in another employee to battle me on this issue, to which I then had to explain how the cost was different than what I was originally quoted and why. Minutes later they proceeded to give in, although without being apologetic about their mistake. The whole time the clerk felt shady because it was clear and obvious how they were trying to over charge me. It even get like she knew what she was doing by overcharging me but kept pushing to see if I would give in. I’m not one to speculate but I’ve gotten this impression from this place far too many times. I’m never coming back to this place. I’d rather drive miles for better service, rather than close for convenience.

I had to have this dealership pick up my Toyota Tundra for recall work. Im out of state and cannot get back to take care of it. I dont think they normally do this but it was a recall and the paperwork I received from Toyota offered the service to get the work done. The service department made arrangements for someone to pick up the truck, take it for the recall fix, and return it. They were fantastic from start to finish. I received a call this morning to confirm that someone would be getting the truck. Their service tech, Carlos called when he picked the truck up. A few hours later, the woman from the dealership called to let me know they were finished and returning the truck. Carlos called again to let me know he left the truck and had parked it exactly the same as when he picked it up. I am so grateful for their help and very impressed by the promptness and excellent communication. The two employees I spoke to were also professional and friendly. Five stars for outstanding customer service!

Paid for oil change and tire rotation. I have a wheel with cosmetic damage on the front driver side, so its easy to identify. After my service I noticed that the wheel is still in the same location.You should consider this before you do business here. How can I trust that they will do what ive paid them to? I think I know the answer.

They did a very good job on replacing the part that was recalled on my Highlander. They gave me a car to use for the day. And shined up my car better than brand new when I picked it up I was amazed at how pretty it was. Very pleased everything went so smoothly.

I bought my Tundra in January 2020 and the sales team was excellent. However, Ive since had maintenance performed on my truck twice and was very dissatisfied both times.My first visit for maintenance was back in July on a day when no other customers were there. All I needed this time was a tire rotation and they completed it in about 10 minutes. However, they did not fix the tire pressure after the rotation, so my front tires were over inflated by 3psi and the rear tires (which are the most dangerous to have under inflated) were under inflated by 3psi. The multi point inspection paper I got from them showed everything they had done and the section that says Tire pressure P.S.I. checked/adjusted to: was left completely blank, indicating they had not even checked the pressure, much less adjusted it. After they finished with my vehicle it sat in the parking lot for almost 45 minutes before I decided to go ask if it was ready to go. They lady apologized and gave me my keys right away. Im assuming she just forgot to give them back to me, which wouldve been more understandable if I hadnt been the only customer there. Also, when I got back in my truck, I noticed someone had lowered my seat all the way down, moved it all the way back, and leaned the seat back a little. It felt like I was sitting like a thug would. I know this is a minor complaint, and sometimes they may need to adjust the seat to drive it, but Im 64 tall and I dont believe anyone there would need to scoot my seat back any further than I had it. Just seems like they did this unnecessarily. My main concern was the tires though. A friend of mine recently died because of a blowout caused by under inflated tires.Today, 12/23/2020, was my second visit for maintenance. This time was regular maintenance, oil change, etc. When I gave them my truck I explained to the young lady what happened last time and asked her to please make sure they adjust the tire pressure after they rotate the tires. This time I got it back with all four tires over inflated. The front tires (shouldve been 30) were 6psi too high and the rear (shouldve been 33) was 1psi high (maybe still warm from driving). Seems like they just added air to both and didnt check them at all. But why would they inflate the front more than the rear when theyre supposed to be less!? I looked at my multi point inspection paper and, yet again, the area where they are supposed to write factory spec psi, checked psi, and adjusted to psi were all blank!I VERY seldom ever leave reviews but this is absolutely unacceptable and a huge liability for the company if they are sending vehicles out the door with improperly inflated tires. This is one of the most important parts of an inspection, why is this being overlooked!?Since I specifically asked them to make sure it is correct this time and they still did not do so, I really hope the owner, or someone who can make things happen, sees this. If the problem is resolved by the time I go for my next vehicle maintenance I will update my review. If not, I will not buy another vehicle from here because the service after the purchase means more to me than a good sales team. Right now this is a great dealership being brought down by a poor service department!Update 1/21/2021: I missed a phone call from the service manager, Bill Fisher, over the holidays. I returned the call the first week of January and had to leave a message, but got no call back. Today I called and left another message. Bill called me right back. I was told hes been watching them to make sure they are checking the tire pressure. Told him I appreciate it.Im certainly not trying to be difficult but I feel this is simple, yet critical, so no excuse for overlooking it.I should be going back for my next service sometime around June. Ill update as soon as I do.Update 1/30/21: My wife brought her RAV4 in for service today, with correct tire pressure, and got it back with all 4 over inflated. Paper was not filled out, yet again. This is absolutely ridiculous and something needs to be done!

There service dept is a big rip off I had a transmission plug my son loosens and he thought was the oil drain plug and the trans plug fell out and I caught it before the trans was completely out of fluid and they put new fluid and drain plug they told me I need a new transmission I told them to just put new fluid and I’ll take it to trans rebuild shop so I drove it out of there shop and it’s still going!!! If it was bad why is it still going almost a year later!!!!

I purchased a new Toyota from Classic Toyota in Dec 2019. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a Vehicle.. EVER !. I have traded-in and purchased personal vehicles for over 20 yrs. This was by far the most painless experience I have ever had. It helps to know exactly what you want ie: (vehicle, color, trim) etc. I drove over 325 miles to come out and purchase this vehicle. I called about 8-10 dealerships all the way between Little rock and Dallas. They had the best price on the vehicle I wanted (by far), there were no additional dealer charges, and the price they wanted was what was advertised online. I worked with JOSH BENEDICT through-out the whole process. The thing that stood-out in the whole process was that JOSH was the only sales person I spoke to from all the dealerships that gave me a price and straight answers on the phone. Everyone else wanted me to drive out to the lots before they gave me a price or they wanted to work with me . I didnt need the shenanigans just a price! When I got there JOSH did a great job showing me the vehicle. There was barely any haggling on the trade value. I pretty much got exactly what I wanted on the trade. The financing dept was excellent. They got me the best rate I qualified for. They did a great job at explaining all the warranty coverage etc. In conclusion I have to say JOSH BENEDICT was an excellent sale person, and I plan on taking a couple of colleagues out to Classic in 2020 to get their vehicles.

Bought a new RAV4 last year from a different location, brought it here to get the scheduled maintenance done and have my USB port looked at. Called, was told to bring in my vehicle and ask for EV and no other details taken, no appointment scheduled it felt like. Brought it in, no one knew what was going on, so we had to wait even longer to have things looked at. Once it was finally done, we were told the USB port was fine, but now my lighter fuse doesnt work at all when it worked right before (it was how I was charging my phone since the USB port didnt work properly). Unorganized, people on the phone are clueless and cant answer basic warranty questions (yall sell toyotas, right?), and now Im having to take my new car somewhere else to have it looked at properly.

These guys in the new car department were friendly. They want to drive a car up to the front, when we prefer to walk the lot and see the variety of choices. The Toyota Tundra is a bit too plain and lacking in tech and features, so we will be buying a different brand. If in the market for a Toyota, this would be worth checking out.

The last few vehicles we have bought have been from the McKinney/Frisco area. I have never been satisfied with any attempt to buy locally, even though that is my preference. I’m happy to say that after talking to and working with Brett Martin and Nancy Roberts, I am now a satisfied Classic customer. RecentlyI brought my truck to your dealership for an oil change. When I arrived at the Service Department I was promptly greeted. The service writer was very friendly and efficient. I was taken to the waiting room and my vehicle immediately disappeared into the service area. It was quickly serviced by the technician and returned to me. My vehicled had been washed and service in less time than I would have spent at the local twenty minute shop. I had a fantastic experience. The salesman that waited on me was Ted Lynn. He was very nice and calm, & listened to exactly what I wanted. I drive a few cars and picked the one I liked, we did the paperwork and I was driving away in my beautiful Toyota Camry in about 2 and a half hours. Just select you all know that if you come to this place you will not get a full fuel injection service and you might not get your tires rotated and you might have a plug instead of a patch in your tires I know this cuz Ive seen it Eric Bryant thinks he knows whats going on with his shops but he dont know whos running them if you want a good job done dont ask for Steve Jones or Bill Fisher go to the person that runs everything thats Tammy and Miss May other than that you will not get nothing done

The sales guy Josh B was EXCELLENT, however his manager...a lady in her workout clothes was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She told us one price and had us sign it then when we got to finance the price was completely different. She spoke to my husband like he was a child. Said there was no way to give us the price we wanted and saw online. We went to Toyota of McKinney and not only did they give us a BETTER price but we got a better car with more features.

Drive to Dallas OR Ardmore to get your new Toyota or get services done to you existing Toyota. this business front will try to charge you for warranty work and will refuse to fix warranty work you arent willing to pay for out of packet. avoid the risk of being cheated and go to a better dealership ANYTIME you need Toyota assistance.

Closes early on weekends. We were stuck there with an unfixable flat tire and no service department. Weekend before Thanksgiving. No open place to rent a vehicle. Toyota Manager called around and found us a demo NISSAN. We were given the car for a week. NO CHARGE. UNLIMITED MILEAGE. Their way of apologizing for the inconvenience.

Mike Big Mike Nelson provided us with nothing but exceptional service. We went to several other dealerships only to find out that at BOTH dealerships we were told the cars were on site and when we arrived the salesman tried to sell us cars that were priced at new or priced 3K over the initial budget of the car I inquired about. This was not the case at Classic. No hassle. No Push. Big Mike had the cars that we were interested in pulled to the front of the dealership ready for a test drive. He let us get a feel for what we liked and didnt like with no questions asked until we had them! All pricing was up front and honest and even the warranty/finance process at this dealership was an absolute breeze. I would recommend any one of my friends or family to do business with Big Mike!

From initial contact we received text from Brett Martin requesting permission to call in response to an inquiry we made, and asked not to be called. Unfortunately we were bombarded with calls from others. Brett was very professional, and we never felt pressured. He made every effort to find the vehicle best suited to our needs (he knew more than we did). When we went to our appointment, we had no idea that we would buy a car that day. We just purchased a pre-owned 2018 Toyota Tundra from Classic of Texoma and had a very good experience. Our salesman, Mike Nelson (Big Mike) was very knowledgeable about his inventory and helpful showing us his complete selection and sharing his opinions regarding both accessories and retention of resale value. At the point of delivery the vehicle was shined up and delivered with a full tank of fuel. Mike took the time to both explain and setup the different tech components on the dash before letting us go. I especially appreciated his thoroughness in this area. At 61, I didn’t grow up with the advances and conveniences in technology and would have never taken the time to fully learn, set up and enjoy the full scope of my new purchase. As soon as we arrived we were met by an extremely friendly salesman named Big Mike. He listened to what we needed and showed us the best car for us. We test drove it and really liked it. However we didn’t feel rushed. Big Mike said he would show us as many cars as we wanted to see!!!! Highly recommend

I think my wife and I would both agree that 5 stars is accurate, but wed probably go higher if we could. We had a great experience at Classic.The main reason would have to be the staff; not only did they show a great deal of knowledge and professionalism, but their overall friendliness made us feel very welcome. It’s clear that your employees enjoy what they do and the place they work – and that a makes a big difference.Specifically, the zero-pressure, relaxed approach of our salesman, Josh Benedict, was especially refreshing. His personality won us over and we were appreciative of his honesty and patience.We have family and friends at almost all points between Dallas and Oklahoma City, and we will be sure and refer them to Classic in the future.

I loved the experience I had here at Classic Toyota of Texoma. I have never had a experience where everyone cares about you not how much money they are making on the sale. I have never had anyone willing to go the extra miles like everyone there. They all have the best customer service ever. I have never had anyone stay with me and let me know step by step of what is going on and that is exactly what Mike Big Mike Nelson did. He stayed with me and let me know step by step what was happening. When it came down to where I couldnt afford my first choice which was a rav4 he did what he could do to find the right one for me and did what he could do to get me in the car. He is a wonderful sales man he knows his knowledge on those cars and does a wonderful job. He goes above and beyond of helping the best way possible. If I could give 100 would. On my scale of 1-100 I give Mike Nelson and staff 100!

I found myself needing to purchase a new vehicle after an accident left my Entourage totaled. I hadnt planned on buying a vehicle for several years and had no idea what I wanted. I knew I need a van or something similar because I like to include my seven grandchildren every chance I get. One day I wandered into the dealership Classic of Texoma and just drove around the lot looking at their vehicles. I got out to look at several through out the lot, but it was when i was looking at the Sienna and another that a sales person named Brett approached and offered to help. Until now I had never considered Honda, Toyota or Nissan and if I just hadnt known what I wanted or could afford I probably wouldnt have then either. Brett was awesome right from the start. I test drove the Sienna, after he drove it first and introduced me to it and the features on it. It fit the bill for everything I needed. I also felt very comfortable with the sales person I knew I wanted this vehicle from this sales person. I didnt go to other Toyota dealerships to compare I had full confidence in Brett and Classic of Texoma. Now i had to convince Wade, a staunch Ford man. I had to work that weekend and asked him to go and ask for Brett, just look at it, Of course he didnt. So I got him there the following Saturday. The Sienna I had driven had already sold to my disappointment but he test drove one on the lot and talk to Brett. He was sold, if only because this was the one vehicle that was closest to what I had lost and knew I would be happy with it. I was disappointed that the original one I had looked at wasnt available but was going to go ahead and see what the off the lot price of the other was. I think Brett sensed my hesitation and asked the manager to look at what was available on other lots. They found one and this one had the rear DVD player the only option the first did not have I was looking for. Oh happy day and my vehicle was ready for me on Wednesday. Financing was easy, a lot easier than I have ever experienced. In the past breakfast lunch and dinner should have been included. I realize that because my less than perfect credit rating can produce some challenges the process can take time but honesty and respect mean a lot. Chad gave this to me from the time we were introduced. Again I was comfortable and it happened very quickly. These two gentlemen are priceless and not just because things went my way but they appear sincere in helping the customer, they dont come across cocky, or belittling. They are real people demonstrating, their knowledge and expertise to people in a professional manner that is very hard to find in todays world. I am happy that I chose to wander in to Classic of Texoma that day and will choose to do business with them again. I plan to go to them for all my service needs and hope that I continue to receive the same service from all other departments there.

Took truck in for a checkup before a trip to the mountains...they balanced and rotated my tires 60% tread left. Everything checked out fine. We got halfway to the mountains and cords started showing on tires. Had to buy new tires in downtown Albuquerque. The technician there said whoever balanced your tires...they counter balanced them. We were lucky to see the problem and get it fixed before driving into the mountains.

I came into Dealership about 3:00PM and was greeted by Bill Stafford, I had a low tire warning on my Instrument Panel and Bill said no problem,my Son ask if while we were there could they change the oil? Sure was Bills response, we can also rotate the tires if you like, my son ask since you are going to have the car on the Rack would you also repair the front engine shroud, not a problem Bill said. So in about 45 minutes we drove off the Classic lot with all service work preformed, and a Thanks for your Business from Bill Stafford and the Cashier. A very pleasant experience, Even had a nice talk with Big Mike (Classics TV personality).

Josh Benedict did a great job for us. We made three trips to the dealership trying to decide between a Camry, Rav 4, and a Highlander. He was very patient and did not put any pressure on us.
