Shawna, the receptionist made my appointment with Katherine Levi’s HIS, they are the best.I went in with the hearing aids I had, (not working well )when I left there I could HEAR. She tested, cleaned and adjusted. WOWIf you are looking for excellent service and knowledge this is the place for you. Just tell them hi for me.Thank you Shawna and Katherine for being there for me.

Love the service. This is my 2nd set of hearing aids and with the first set (different company) it was basically here it is, figure it out. Needless to say they didn’t get worn much. But Katherine was very pleasant and informative. And these new hearing aids are awesome. Streaming music, and answering the phone with them is what excites me. No more blue tooth ear pieces that won’t stay in my ears. And these are so tiny no one knows I’m wearing them. I think I’m actually now looking forward to wearing hearing aids, besides the fact that I can now hear a lot better. If you think you need your hearing checked or need new hearing aids go see Katherine, she’ll spend the time with you and make sure you’re comfortable with them before you leave. Awesome place. Awesome staff.

I was very pleased with my visit to Livingston Hearing Aids in Denison Tx the people there made me feel welcome and were very friendly and helpfull i also appreciate their people were wearing mask and providing hand soap. i also noticed the receptionist sanitizing the counter periodically. I was very impressed with my Hearing Specialist, Katherine who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

My Mom & I had a great experience at this place! The staff was very knowledgeable & patient with us, as we had a lot of questions. I highly recommend them for your hearing needs. They have helped make my use of hearing aids a lot easier.

The best hearing aid place in Grayson county. She is so knowledgeable of what she is doing and will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable with your new hearing aids. Would recommend her to anybody.

When I asked for a copy of my hearing test, I was told I would have to pay $75. For a copy of my own records! Do not go here! They overcharge and are not honest.
