This shop is incredible. Ive been going here for nearly 2 years, not long after the shop opened. Ive always had an absolutely pleasant experience no matter who is working that day. This shop is a staple in the Downtown Denison area. Simply entering the store raises your vibe. Its always light and heartwarming. I sometimes stop in just to clear my mind and visit with the beautiful stones and crystals (although I rarely make it out with all my funds still in in my wallet π).
The owner went out of her way to get me a product that I use often ( florida water) .Thank you! I appreciated the warm welcomes from Milo π₯°

The energy in this store was amazing, I love the fact this store is freshly blessed all the time, product selection was amazing and the woman working (couldβve been the owner Iβm not really sure) was amazing so incredibly nice talked with us for about 30ish minutes shared expierences and was all around super helpful I recommend this store I loved it sm

I will never be returning and I plan to gladly let my friends and family know how youβve handled the situation! have a nice day.First of all, I have never felt the need to write a review for a business in my entire life. When I entered βStones of the Heartβ it was extremely off putting that the shop owners asked us to take off our masks when entering. When I told her i was okay with keeping my mask on, she said βWell, Iβve never worn a mask and look at me.β which made my friend and I extremely uncomfortable. Whether you want to wear a mask or not is my business, but NEVER tell a customer to take off their masks. Masks are an extra layer of SAFETY. Itβs absolutely childish to have a sign on the door saying βleave the masks at the door.β Frankly, it is INCREDIBLY disrespectful. COVID is not fake, and your crystals canβt save you from it. I would never shop here again, and as a matter of fact, I left within minutes of entering because of this bizarre encounter. I would never and will never recommend my friends and family to go to this shop, actually I wouldnβt recommend ANYONE to go here. By the way, Iβve been looking at other reviews, the owner is acting as if she is completely agreeing with everyone that decides to wear a mask, but if this were the case there wouldnβt multiple signs on the door stating how masks are not necessary in her shop and she wouldnβt have asked us to TAKE OUR MASKS OFF. Iβve never had such an off putting experience with a small business in my life. if anyone knows of any other crystal shops in or around denison that actually takes the necessary precautions, please let me know !!
