This store is dangerous. We found everything we needed for Halloween decorations (and much more) at great prices. The staff is always friendly and chatty!

Good for decor, kids stuff, and some crafting. Very small section for embroidery and the hoop I got was very poor quality. Good online coupons

There is a newer manager she’s a younger female with short dark hair. She is bar none the worst eat customer service and will guilt trip her employees if they honor coupons or price match anything. The store used to be a daily stop for me since I frequently make art but I will be going somewhere else till she’s gone and newer management that has better customer service replaces her.

A little bit of everything, consider shopping here for family time things to do. Crafting, games, home decor. Create instead of Duplicate.

Theres always an employee around the corner when you need them.I always get my paper products and artificial flowers from here.

Michaels have a tendency to run hot and cold. This one in Denton I would definitely rate cold. we were looking for size 15 seed beads, since they only went to size 11 I asked the manager to refer a local bead store to find them. His response was whats a bead store.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love their new order online and pick up in store capabilities. I was able to order frames online that were 70% off and pick up in store the next day! Great deal, great service. I can’t say enough good things. I get all my frames from Michaels because they are high quality and all you have to do is watch for deals, sales and coupons!

There was a very rude employee that brought my sisters order out today! (December 14th) she was an older lady with glasses! I picked up my order around 11:05 AM. She didn’t acknowledge my sister even after she said hello, and then proceeded to drop her order through the window.

Customer service is poor and they don’t date-check the few perishable goods they carry. Hardly any staff on the sales floor and the ones who were either acted rude or unfriendly and did not acknowledge guests or make an effort to assist further than, “sorry I don’t know anything about paint.” Still a better selection and atmosphere than Hobby Lobby.

We went to get something framed they helped us find an affordable option. The young lady that helped us was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. In our time in the store, I heard them greeting people, chatting with people and it was just a very comfortable experience.

Great sales, great staff, love the online ordering except alot of the items show out of stock online.

I really appreciate the high-quality materials I can find at Michaels. Their framing department blew me away with their excellent staff and technology. They also seem to be able to keep their corporate noses out of employees family planning decisions (you might think this would be a no brainier, but apparently its not something a female employee can take for granted in other craft stores). Michaels gets all of my art/framing supplies business.

I went in to do a price match on an easy press. The lady at the register tell me that they no longer price match. Since when? With all of these signs posted. She calls her manager (will update names later) who says he can’t honor it from Walmart because it’s not from a Walmart in Denton. He had a real bad nasty attitude and walked away saying we’re done when I told him I was calling corporate on him. I’m standing in this store now waiting on corporate to get back on the phone. I feel like if I was white like the lady in front of me who did a price match and she didn’t have the proof...she just told them and they changed it. I will be filing on that because it’s all recorded. Manager name is Duke

It was well organized and clean! Everyone was nice and the cashier even threw on a coupon to my bill! Will definitely be going back for other crafting needs!

The store was pretty busy when I went. It was very well stocked and organized. I purchased a few clearance items and craft items. There was a long line that was attended to promptly and I did not have to wait long. The cashier was very friendly.

My cashier was so amazing!!!!!!!! My only issue that made it not a five star oh, is that I was being followed bye what Im guessing was secret shoppers and a female employee that did not asked if I needed help. It was my first time in a Michaels so of course I took my time and really looked at everything. I guess that made me look like a thief even though I spent way too much money in the store. Oh well I guess they need to be overly cautious?

I had a coupon for 50 percent off for one item. When I got to the register with my one item. The person there was very helpful. Called a manager over and my coupon clearly states 1 item. She came over and said because it had more than one item in the box. It was a little paint set for making models. She said because it had more than one item in the box, the coupon was invalid. So I switched it to a model car, same thing. More than item in the box. A model car become one item. They would not honor there agreement. Not only that, did not have an alternate item I could buy that matches the coupon. Horrible experience. I drove an hour to get there to be told my coupon which was dated the day Im posting this was not any good at all

I love Michaels but the prices are pretty high on a lot of items and though they send you coupons, they dont cover sales merchandise and they put every item in store on clearance, just a tiny bit, to negate the ability to use said coupons. If i had a gift card or was rich, though, Id have a blast in this craft store.

Went to this location on a sunday. Apparently it was inventory day, during business hours. Boxes were stacked all over the isle you couldnt even walk down or get products off the shelves. So ridiculous. After saying something to an employee she just looked at me a shrugged her shoulders.... How about do inventory outside of business hours!!!
